Description
本發明與跑步機有關,特別是有關於一種跑步機之跑步帶的防偏移機構。
跑步機是一種常見的運動器材,主要是在跑步板的前後兩端分別設置一前滾筒及一後滾筒,再繞置一跑步帶於前、後兩滾筒上,藉由一馬達驅動前滾筒轉動,即可透過後滾筒來驅動跑步帶形成循環轉動,此時便可提供使用者在跑步帶上跑步,以達到運動健身的效果。
由於跑步帶在製作過程中會受到接合位置及本身材質的影響,造成跑步帶在試運轉的過程中會朝某一邊偏移,為了解決跑步帶偏移的問題,目前的跑步機大多已經具備一防偏移機構來讓調校人員能夠適時調整跑步帶的位置。然而,為了因應不同使用者的需求,某些跑步機會配備一台伺服馬達來驅動跑步帶進行反轉,讓使用者在反轉的跑步帶上進行倒退走的運動,藉以訓練平衡感及不同部位的肌肉群,但是反轉的跑步帶仍然會受到前述相同因素的影響而產生偏移現象,不過同樣的防偏移機構卻沒有辦法針對跑步帶在反轉過程中所產生的偏移進行調整,因而增加調校上的困難度。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種跑步機之跑步帶的防偏移機構,其可對產生偏移的跑步帶進行調整,特別適用於跑步帶在反轉時的狀況。
為了達成上述目的,本發明之防偏移機構包含有至少一導桿及至少一壓軸,其中:該導桿設於該跑步機之底座,並可相對該跑步帶產生縱向位移;該壓軸可轉動地套設於該導桿,可受該導桿之帶動而迫緊該跑步機之跑步帶,藉以達到將產生偏移的跑步帶調整至中間位置之目的。
更佳地,該導桿的數目為一,該導桿之兩端分別經由一調整組件與該底座之一橫桿連接,各該調整組件具有一螺栓與二螺帽,各該螺栓螺接於該導桿之一螺孔且以其末端穿設於該橫桿之一固定孔內,該二螺帽螺接於該螺栓之末端且將該橫桿夾持在中間。藉此,該導桿便可透過與各該螺栓之間的螺接關係而相對該跑步帶產生傾斜偏擺。
更佳地,該導桿的數目為二,各該導桿之一端經由一調整組件與該底座之一橫桿連接,各該調整組件具有一螺栓與二螺帽,各該螺栓螺接於該導桿之一螺孔且以其末端穿設於該橫桿之一固定孔內,該二螺帽螺接於該螺栓之末端且將該橫桿夾持在中間。藉此,各該導桿便可透過與各該螺栓之間的螺接關係而相對該跑步帶產生縱向位移。
為了詳細說明本發明之結構、特徵及功效所在,茲列舉二較佳實施例並配合下列圖式說明如後。
請先參閱第一圖,為應用本發明第一較佳實施例之防偏移機構20的跑步機10,圖中所顯示的跑步機10包含有一底座12、一設於底座12之跑步板14、以及一繞設於跑步板14之跑步帶16,其中,底座12的後端具有一橫桿122,橫桿122之兩端分別具有一固定孔124,如第二圖所示,一前滾筒(圖中未示)及一後滾筒18分別位於跑步板14之前後兩端,前滾筒可受一伺服馬達(圖中未示)的驅動而連帶後滾筒18來帶動跑步帶16繞著跑步板14形成循環轉動。請再參閱第二圖,本發明第一較佳實施例之防偏移機構20包含有一導桿30、二調整組件40,以及二壓軸50。
導桿30在本實施例的數目為一,係位於跑步板14之下方與跑步帶16之間且接近於後滾筒18,如第一及三圖所示,導桿30之兩端分別具有一螺孔32與橫桿122之固定孔124相互對應,如第二圖所示。
各調整組件40具有一螺栓42、二螺帽44,以及二墊圈46,如第二及三圖所示,螺栓42螺接於導桿30之螺孔32且以其末端穿設於橫桿122之固定孔124內,而且,螺栓42的外徑略小於固定孔124之孔徑,使得螺栓42之末端能藉由與固定孔124之間的間隙而有活動的空間;該二螺帽44螺接於螺栓42之末端且將橫桿122夾持在中間;各墊圈46套設於螺栓42且位於螺帽44與橫桿122之間。藉此,導桿30之兩端便能利用各調整組件40而分別相對跑步帶16縱向位移,讓導桿30能相對跑步帶16產生傾斜偏擺。
各壓軸50可轉動地套設於導桿30之一端且與跑步帶16之間恆保持在接觸的狀態,可受導桿30之傾斜偏擺而迫緊跑步帶16。各壓軸50遠離導桿30之螺孔32的一端
具有一收縮部52,收縮部52的截面積朝遠離螺孔32的方向逐漸減少,用以避免壓軸50與跑步帶16之間產生過度的摩擦而損壞跑步帶16。
經由上述結構可知,若跑步帶16在反轉的過程中出現往左偏移的狀況時,調校人員可利用一工具(如六角扳手)以逆時鐘方向轉動位於跑步帶16左側的螺栓42,讓導桿30之左端藉由與螺栓42之間的螺接關係而朝跑步帶16下移,此時的壓軸50便會隨著導桿30下壓迫緊跑步帶16之左側,以增加跑步帶16在反轉時往左偏移的阻力而保持在中間的位置,如第四圖所示;相同地,若跑步帶16出現往右偏移的狀況時,則是轉動位於跑步帶16右側的螺栓42,讓壓軸50隨著導桿30下壓迫緊跑步帶16之右側,以增加跑步帶16在反轉時往右偏移的阻力而達到調整的目的,如第五圖所示。
在此需要加以補充說明的是,壓軸50的數目不一定要兩個,只要至少一個即可,如第六圖所示,當要針對跑步帶16之偏移進行調整時,同樣是根據跑步帶16在反轉時所偏移的方向來轉動其中一個螺栓42,讓壓軸50隨著導桿30之傾斜偏擺來下壓迫緊跑步帶16,以達到調整跑步帶16之目的。
另一方面,如第七圖所示,為本發明第二較佳實施例所提供之防偏移機構60,包含有二導桿70、二調整組件80,以及二壓軸90,其中,導桿70、調整組件80,以及壓軸90之間的結構關係與上述實施例相同,在此容不再贅述,惟其差異在於各導桿70之一端徑向地延伸出一支撐臂72,各支撐臂72之末端藉由一樞軸74樞設於跑步機10之底座12,以增加導桿70的支撐強度。藉此,如第八圖所示,調校人員即可依據跑步帶16之偏移方向來轉動其中一個調整組件80之螺栓82,或者同時轉動兩個調整組件80之螺栓82,讓與其相螺接之導桿70可受到螺栓82的驅動而朝跑步帶16下移,此時的壓軸90便會隨著導桿70來增加對跑步帶16的壓力,藉以達到將產生偏移的跑步帶16調整至中間位置之目的。
綜上所陳,本發明之防偏移機構藉由螺栓與螺孔之間的簡單配合來控制導桿產生縱向位移,迫使壓軸可隨著導桿之作動來對跑步帶在反轉時所產生的偏移進行調整,操作過程相當的簡單,可有效降低跑步帶在反轉時進行調校的困難度而達到本發明之目的。

Claims (7)
- 一種跑步機之跑步帶的防偏移機構,該跑步機包含有一底座、一設於該底座之跑步板,以及一繞設於該跑步板之跑步帶,其中該底座之後端具有一橫桿,該跑步板之後端設有一後滾筒,該防偏移機構包含有:一導桿,位於該跑步板之下方與該跑步帶之間且接近於該後滾筒,並可相對該跑步帶縱向位移地與該跑步機之底座連接,該導桿之兩端分別經由一調整組件與該底座連接,各該調整組件具有一螺栓與二螺帽,各該螺栓螺接於該導桿之一螺孔且以其末端穿設於該橫桿之一固定孔內,該二螺帽螺接於該螺栓之末端且將該橫桿夾持在中間;以及至少一壓軸,可轉動地套設於該導桿,可受該導桿之帶動而迫緊該跑步帶,藉以將該跑步帶調整至中間位置。
- 如請求項1所述之用於跑步機之跑步帶的防偏移機構,其中該壓軸的數目為二而分別設於該導桿之兩端。
- 如請求項1所述之用於跑步機之跑步帶的防偏移機構,其中該橫桿之固定孔的孔徑略大於該螺栓之外徑。
- 如請求項1所述之用於跑步機之跑步帶的防偏移機構,其中該導桿的數目為二,各該導桿之一端經由一調整組件與該底座連接,各該調整組件具有一螺栓與二螺帽,各該螺栓螺接於一該導桿之一螺孔且以其末端穿設於該底座之一固定孔內,該二螺帽螺接於該螺栓之末端且將該橫桿夾持在中間;該壓軸的數目為二而分別設於一該導桿。
- 如請求項2或4所述之用於跑步機之跑步帶的防偏 移機構,其中各該壓軸遠離該導桿之螺孔的一端具有一收縮部,該收縮部的截面積朝遠離該螺孔的方向逐漸減少。
- 如請求項4所述之用於跑步機之跑步帶的防偏移機構,其中各該導桿之一端徑向地延伸出一支撐臂,各該支撐臂之末端藉由一樞軸樞設於該跑步機之底座。
- 如請求項1所述之用於跑步機之跑步帶的防偏移機構,其中該壓軸與該跑步帶之間恆保持接觸。
