Description
本發明是有關於一種T型閥,特別是指一種可供與醫療用具配合使用的T型閥。
參閱圖1,為美國專利案US6,725,858號的一種可供將噴霧藥罐連接在病患供氣管路的T型閥9,其具有一T型管91以及設置在T型管91內的一控制閥92,T型管91具有相連通的一橫向管部911以及一縱向管部912,控制閥92包括一閥門921、一連接在閥門921下方的滑動件922以及一彈簧923,滑動件922是設置在縱向管部912內,閥門921底部連接滑動件922並且遮蓋在縱向管部912連通橫向管部911的管口處,彈簧923是設置在縱向管部912內並且抵接在縱向管部912與滑動件922之間,藉由彈簧923提供的偏壓力,可使閥門921常態抵在縱向管部912的管口,使T形管91常態處在縱向管部912與橫向管部911不相連通的狀態。
T型閥9在使用時,噴霧藥罐是由縱向管部912的底端插入並且將閥門921往上撐離縱向管部912的管口,且噴霧藥罐內填充有藥劑並且另外連接有一進氣管,橫向管部911兩端則分別連接氣體來源(如氧氣)與病患,藉由連接噴霧藥罐的進氣管送入噴霧藥罐內的氣體,能將噴霧藥罐內的藥劑吹入T型管9,並且隨著來自於氣體來源的氣體送入病患口中。
然而,由於這種T型閥9的T型管91只有橫向管部911的兩端管口以及縱向管部912底端管口連通外界,因此,在T型閥9的組裝過程中,要將閥門921、彈簧923及滑動件922裝入T型管91內,具有較高的困難度。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種構件較易於組裝的T型閥。
於是,本發明T型閥是可供配合一例如噴霧藥罐的醫療用具使用,藉由T型閥將噴霧藥罐與輸送氣體給病患的供氣管路連接,使噴霧藥罐內的藥劑可隨著供氣管路內的氣體送入病患口中。
該T型閥包含一T型管、一頂蓋、一彈簧及一活動閥件。該T型管包括一橫向管部及一由該橫向管部往下延伸的縱向管部,該橫向管部用以連接至病患端,該縱向管部具有一連通該橫向管部的頂端管口及一底端管口,該底端管口可供連接該醫療用具,該橫向管部對應於該頂端管口上方之管壁更設有一開口,該頂蓋可活動的蓋設於該開口,該彈簧設置於該橫向管部內,該活動閥件具有一受該彈簧壓抵而常態遮蓋該頂端管口的閥門,該活動閥件能受力而可彈性地往上位移,使該縱向管部與該橫向管部相連通。
本發明之功效在於由於活動閥件、彈簧以及頂蓋是可供由橫向管部的開口裝入T型管內,故相較於以往的結構,在構件的組裝作業上便較容易進行。
有關本發明之前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效,在以下配合參考圖式之一個較佳實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的呈現。
參閱圖2、圖5,本發明T型閥100的一個較佳實施例是可供連接一用以連接至病患的供氣管路72以及一噴霧藥罐71,以供噴霧藥罐71內的藥劑藉由T型閥100經供氣管路72送入病患口中。該T型閥100包含一T型管1、一呈平板狀的頂蓋2、一彈簧3、一活動閥件4以及一軟墊5。
參閱圖2至圖4,T型管1包括一橫向管部11以及一由橫向管部11兩端之間的一處往下延伸的縱向管部12,縱向管部12具有一連通橫向管部11的頂端管口121以及一底端管口122,在本實施例中,頂端管口121是伸入位在橫向管部11內而在橫向管部11的管壁內形成一隆起的肩部126,且橫向管部11對應於縱向管部12頂端管口121的上方管壁還設有一開口111,其作用稍後說明。
活動閥件4、彈簧3與軟墊5都是裝設在T形管1內。其中,活動閥件4包括一閥門41、一由閥門41底面往下延伸的延伸部42以及複數由閥門41頂面往上凸出的弧形片43,實際結構中,延伸部42可以是呈倒U形的片狀結構,活動閥件4是藉由其延伸部42往下伸入縱向管部12內,使得閥門41得以靠抵蓋設在橫向管部11內隆起的肩部126上,藉此遮蔽在縱向管部12的頂端管口121,阻斷縱向管部12頂端管口121與橫向管部11之間的連通,當活動閥件
4被由下往上推動時,便能使閥門41往上離開肩部126,進而開放縱向管部12的頂端管口121與橫向管部11之間的連通。
彈簧3為壓縮彈簧,設置在橫向管部11內並且偏壓於活動閥件4的閥門41,使得活動閥件4的閥門41常態下是處在遮蔽縱向管部12頂端管口121的狀態,實際結構組裝時,彈簧3可以是由橫向管部11的開口111往下置入橫向管部11而底端抵接在活動閥件4的閥門41上並且套設在弧形片43的外圍,接著,再將頂蓋2蓋設在橫向管部11的開口111處,使彈簧3頂端得以抵接在頂蓋2,以保持於施予閥門41一定偏壓力道的狀態。
本實施例中,彈簧3可選用簧圈直徑大於橫向管部11內徑的彈簧,避免彈簧3輕易地異位到橫向管部11內而阻擋到橫向管部11內的氣體流動。
在本實施例中,頂蓋2包括一大致呈板狀而用以遮蔽橫向管部11的開口111的蓋板21、一由蓋板21底面往下延伸的針軸22以及一由蓋板21底面往下延伸並且圍繞針軸22的環壁23,當蓋板21蓋設在橫向管部11的開口111時,針軸22往下伸入橫向管部11內,環壁23則嵌入在開口111內緣,且較佳者,環壁23底緣處可形成有往下延伸的勾狀結構或干涉結構,藉以當蓋板21蓋設於橫向管部11的開口111時,勾狀結構或干涉結構能勾住開口111兩側的管壁或與其產生干涉配合,使頂蓋2能較穩定地蓋設在橫向管部11的開口111處。
參閱圖4、圖5,T型閥100與供氣管路72及噴霧藥罐71的連接方式通常是橫向管部11一端連接供氣管路72,另一端則連接至病患端,噴霧藥罐71是連接在縱向管部12的底端,本實施例所使用的噴霧藥罐71頂部往上延伸形成有一管部712,故噴霧藥罐71是藉由管部712往上插入縱向管部12的底端開口122而與T型管1連接,且當噴霧藥罐71的管部712插入縱向管部12時,會抵觸到活動閥件4的延伸部42並且將其往上推移,同時壓縮壓縮彈簧3,藉此將閥門41往上推離頂端管口121,使縱向管部12的頂端管口121與橫向管部11相連通,而由於噴霧藥罐71通常會連接另一進氣管路711,因此,噴霧藥罐71內的藥劑便可藉由從進氣管路711進入的氣體吹送而往上經由T型管1送入病患口中。
為使活動閥件4能較正常並且順利地在縱向管部12內上下位移,在本實施例中,縱向管部12的內壁還形成有一導槽結構123,用以導引活動閥件4相對於縱向管部12上下位移。配合本實施例的活動閥件4的延伸部42構造,導槽結構123實際上可以是分別形成在縱向管部12兩相對側管壁的導引槽124,而每一個導引槽124可以是由相間隔並且縱向延伸的兩凸片125界定出,當活動閥件4設置在縱向管部12內時,片狀延伸部42兩側分別局部伸入兩導引槽124內,因而能藉由導引槽124產生導引活動閥件4上下位移的作用,除此之外,凸片125縱向延伸的長度可以是使得當噴霧藥罐71的管部712插入縱向管部125並且將滑動閥件4往上撐移到抵觸到凸片125時,閥門41洽可被往上位移至所需的高度,換言之,本發明該等凸片125的設置除了形成導引槽124用以導引滑動閥件4的上下位移以外,更可用來限制噴霧藥罐71的管部712能插入T型管1縱向管部12的深度。
在本實施例中,軟墊5大致呈薄片狀並且設有一長條狀的穿槽51,軟墊5是藉由其穿槽51套設在活動閥件4的延伸部42而位在閥門41下方,其材質可以是矽膠、橡膠或其他具彈性的材質,由於軟墊5具有一定程度的可壓縮性,當閥門41遮蓋在縱向管部12頂端管口121時,藉由軟墊5墊置在閥門41與頂端管口121的肩部126之間以及彈簧3所提供的偏壓力,可避免閥門41與縱向管部12頂端管口121之間產生縫隙而發生供氣管路72的氣體由縱向管部12漏出的問題,除此之外,藉由軟墊5的設置,也可降低閥門41與縱向管部12的頂端管口121的肩部126因為直接接觸而產生磨耗。
除此之外,藉由頂蓋2針軸22的設置,可限制活動閥件4只能被往上推抵至閥門41抵觸到針軸22底端,藉此可避免活動閥件4被推入橫向管部11太深而致使閥門41被卡在頂蓋2的環壁23而無法落下。
再較佳者,該T型閥100還可包含一底蓋6,該底蓋6具有一連接端61與一蓋板端62,連接端61可連接在T型管1的一處,例如本實施例的圖式所示,T型管1更可包括凸出形成在橫向管部11一處外壁面並且大致呈蘑菇狀的凸塊112,連接端61可以是套設在該凸塊112,蓋板端62則可用以當T型閥100不使用時蓋設在縱向管部12的底端管口122。
如上所述,本發明的T型閥100由於活動閥件4、彈簧3以及頂蓋2是可供由橫向管部11的開口111裝入T型管1內,故相較於以往的結構,在構件的組裝作業上便較容易進行,故確實能達成本發明的目的。
除之之外,在本實施例中由於延伸部42是呈倒U型的片狀結構,一方面可節省材料,另一方面,也可降低由噴霧藥罐71通過縱向管部12的藥劑所受到的阻力。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (6)
- 一種T型閥,適於配合一醫療用具使用,該T型閥包含:一T型管,包括一橫向管部及一由該橫向管部往下延伸的縱向管部,該橫向管部用以連接至病患端,該縱向管部具有一連通該橫向管部的頂端管口、一形成於縱向管部內壁的導槽結構,及一底端管口,該底端管口可供連接該醫療用具,該導槽結構包括分別形成於該縱向管部兩相對側內壁的二導引槽,每一導引槽由二相間隔從該縱向管部內壁延伸出的凸片界定,該橫向管部對應於該頂端管口上方之管壁更設有一開口;一頂蓋,呈平板狀且可活動的蓋設於該開口,並包括一用以蓋設於該開口的蓋板、一由該蓋板往下延伸的針軸,以及一由該蓋板往下延伸並且圍繞該針軸的環壁,當該蓋板蓋設於該開口,該環壁嵌入該開口內緣,該針軸伸入該橫向管部內;一彈簧,設置於該橫向管部內連接該頂蓋且可穿過該開口,且簧圈直徑大於該橫向管部內徑;以及一活動閥件,可穿過該開口並具有一受該彈簧偏壓而常態遮蓋該頂端管口的閥門、一由該閥門往下延伸而伸入該縱向管部的延伸部,及由該閥門頂面往上凸出的至少一弧形片,該彈簧底端抵接於該閥門並套設於該弧形片外圍,該活動閥件能受力而可彈性地往上位移,使該縱向管部與該橫向管部相連通,該延伸部兩側局部伸 入該導槽結構的該等導引槽,藉此受導引相對於該縱向管部上下位移,並能受力往上位移而將該閥門撐離該頂端管口,該閥門受該軸針限制僅能往上位移至抵觸於該針軸。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之T型閥,其中,該延伸部呈倒U型片體。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之T型閥,其中,該彈簧頂端抵接於該頂蓋,底端抵接於該閥門。
- 依據申請專利範圍第3項所述之T型閥,其中,該縱向管部的頂端管口伸入該橫向管部內而於該橫向管部內形成一肩部,該閥門係靠抵於該肩部上而遮蓋該頂端管口。
- 依據申請專利範圍第4項所述之T型閥,更包含一設置於該閥門底面的軟墊。
- 依據申請專利範圍第5項所述之T型閥,其中,該軟墊呈薄片狀並且設有一穿槽供套設於該活動閥件的延伸部而位於該閥門下方。
