Claims (8)

  1. 一種場發射燈，包括：一外殼部，係具有一內側表面；一網狀陰極部，係被該外殼部包圍於其中，其中該網狀陰極部為棒狀、曲面結構、球狀或碗狀結構；一陽極部，係形成於該外殼部之部分該內側表面；以及一發光層，係形成於該陽極部之部分表面上；其中，該發光層因電子撞擊而產生之光線係由該外殼部之未形成該陽極部於其上之部分該內側表面射出該場發射燈。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之場發射燈，其中該外殼部之材質係為鈉鈣玻璃、鈉玻璃、硼玻璃、鉛玻璃、石英玻璃或無鹼金屬玻璃。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之場發射燈，其中該外殼部係為管狀。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之場發射燈，其中，該曲面結構係朝向該陽極部。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之場發射燈，其中該外殼部係為燈泡狀。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之場發射燈泡，其中，該碗狀結構之開口係朝向該外殼部之未形成該陽極部於其上之部分該內側表面。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之場發射燈，其中該陽極部係為金屬薄膜。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之場發射燈，其中該金屬薄膜係為鋁薄膜、鎳薄膜、金薄膜、銀薄膜或錫薄膜。
