Claims (32)

  1. 一種光源,其包括:一固態介電材料之透光波導具有:至少部分光傳輸的法拉第柵欄,其環繞該波導,一燈泡腔室,其位在該波導及該法拉第柵欄內,光放射傳輸穿透該法拉第柵欄以及一天線凹角,其位在該波導及該法拉第柵欄內及一燈泡,其具有一微波可激發的填充物,該燈泡係容納於該燈泡腔室中。

  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項之光源,其中,該塞子係密封至該透光波導。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第6項之光源,其中,該透光波導係具有二部件,一者或兩者具有於該二部件之共同連結表面處所形成之腔室。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項之光源,其中,該二部件被固定在一起。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項之光源,其中,該二部件被密封在一起。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1-3項任一項之光源,其中,該燈泡於該腔室內係分離未固定的。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第1-3項任一項之光源,其中,該燈泡被固定於該腔室內。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第14項之光源,其中,藉由將該燈泡之莖部熔接至該波導而密封該燈泡。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第1-3項任一項之光源,其中,該燈泡、塞子(提供處)及波導之封套係為玻璃材料並藉由局部熔化該材料而被固定或密封在一起。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第1-3項任一項之光源,其中,該燈泡、塞子(提供處)及波導之封套係為玻璃材料並藉由局部熔化玻璃熔料而被固定或密封在一起。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第5項之光源,其中,藉由該法拉第柵欄將該燈泡留在該腔室中。
  19. 如申請專利範圍第5項之光源,其中,藉由一介電 材料之管狀物將該燈泡留在該腔室中。
  20. 如申請專利範圍第19項之光源,其中,該腔室開啟處之表面係該透光波導之一背表面,且該管狀物係被一部分法拉第柵欄所留住。
  21. 如申請專利範圍第18項之光源,其中,該燈泡具有位在該管狀物之一內部末端中之延伸部。
  22. 如申請專利範圍第19項之光源,其中,該管狀物提供該天線凹角。
  23. 如申請專利範圍第1-3項任一項之光源,其中,該法拉第柵欄包含一固態部分,其跨越該透光波導之背面而延伸至其橫向限度,以及一夾鉗,其將該固態部分和該波導夾在一起並連接該固態部分至該法拉第柵欄之發光的前面部分。
