Claims (14)

  1. 一種觸控通訊系統,其包含:一觸控面板,具有一表面以接收多數個觸控點;一控制器,連接至該觸控面板,用以接收該觸控面板的該多數個觸控點所傳送的資料;多數個導電片,用以放置於該觸控面板之表面;以及一切換控制單元,連接至該多數個導電片;其中,藉由該切換控制單元切換該多數個導電片兩兩之間為電氣連接或非電氣連接,使得該觸控面板偵測對應該多數個導電片之觸控點的數目,用以代表其資料狀態,進而將該資料狀態傳送至該控制器。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之觸控通訊系統,其中,該多數個導電片為二個導電片,藉由該切換控制單元切換該二個導電片之間為前述非電氣連接,使得該觸控面板偵測到零個觸控點,用以代表一第一資料狀態,藉由該切換控制單元切換該二個導電片之間為前述電氣連接,使該控面板偵測到兩個觸控點,用以代表一第二資料狀態。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之觸控通訊系統,其中,該切換控制單元為一微控制單元,該微控制單元具有兩支一般目的輸出輸入接腳,用以分別連接至該二個導電片,當該兩支一般目的輸出輸入接腳為輸出一低電位時,該切換控制單元為導通,使得該二個導電片之間為前述電氣連接,否則,該切換控制單元為不導通,該二個導電片之間為前述非電氣連接。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之觸控通訊系統,其中,當該第一資料狀態所持續時間超過該觸控面板偵測時間三倍時,該控制器判斷該資料狀態為邏輯0,以及當該第二資料狀態所持續時間超過該觸控面板偵測時間三倍時,該控制器判斷該資料狀態為邏輯1。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之觸控通訊系統,其中,該多數個導電片為三個導電片,藉由該切換控制單元切換該三個導電片兩兩之間皆為非電氣連接,使該觸控面板偵測到零個觸控點,用以代表一起始狀態,藉由該切換控制單元切換該三個導電片中之僅兩個導電片為前述電氣連接,使該觸控面板偵測到兩個觸控點,以代表一第一資料狀態,藉由該切換控制單元切換該三個導電片兩兩之間皆為前述電氣連接,使得該觸控面板偵測到三個觸控點,用以代表一第二資料狀態。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之觸控通訊系統,其中,該切換控制單元為一微控制單元,該微控制單元具有三支一般目的輸出輸入接腳,用以分別連接至該三個導電片,當該三支一般目的輸出輸入接腳為浮接時,該三個導電片兩兩之間皆為前述非電氣連接,該觸控面板偵測到零個觸控點,當該三支一般目的輸出輸入接腳中僅兩支接腳輸出為一低電位時,對應之兩個導電片為前述電氣連接,該控面板偵測到兩個觸控點,以及當該三支一般目的輸出輸入接腳均輸出為該低電位時,對應之三個導電片兩兩之間皆為前述電氣連接,該控面板偵測到三個觸控點。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之觸控通訊系統,其中,當該控制器偵測到該起始狀態與該第二資料狀態時,該控制器判斷該資料狀態為邏輯1,以及當該控制器偵測到該起始狀態與該第一資料狀態時,該控制器判斷該資料狀態為邏輯0。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之觸控通訊系統,其中,該三個導電片於該觸控面板之表面形成一三角形。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之觸控通訊系統,其更包含:一感光元件,連接至該切換控制單元的一輸入接腳,該感光元件放置於該觸控面板之表面,並置於該三角形之內。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之觸控通訊系統,其中,該控制器藉由對應於該感光元件之觸控面板表面顯示不同之亮度,用以傳送資料至該切換控制單元。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之觸控通訊系統,其中,該多數個導電片包括一第一導電片、一第二導電片、及一第三導電片,用以放置於該觸控面板之表面並形成一三角形,藉由該切換控制單元切換該第一導電片、該第二導電片、及該第三導電片兩兩之間皆為前述非電氣連接,使得該觸控面板偵測到零個觸控點,用以代表一第一資料狀態,藉由該切換控制單元切換該第一導電片及該第三導電片之間為前述電氣連接,使得該觸控面板偵測到該第一導電片及該第三導電片對應位置處有二個觸控點,用以代表一第二資料狀態,藉由該切換控制單 元切換該第一導電片及該第二導電片之間為前述電氣連接,使得該觸控面板偵測到該第一導電片及該第二導電片對應位置處有二個觸控點,用以代表一第三資料狀態,以及藉由該切換控制單元切換該第二導電片及該第三導電片之間為電氣連接,使得該觸控面板偵測到該第二導電片及該第三導電片對應位置處有二個觸控點,用以代表一第四資料狀態。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之觸控通訊系統,其中,當該控面板偵測到該第一資料狀態時,該控制器判斷該資料狀態為邏輯00,當該控面板偵測到該第二資料狀態時,該控制器判斷該資料狀態為邏輯01,當該控面板偵測到該第三資料狀態時,該控制器判斷該資料狀態為邏輯10,以及當該控面板偵測到該第四資料狀態時,該控制器判斷該資料狀態為邏輯11。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之觸控通訊系統,其中,該多數個導電片包括一第一導電片、一第二導電片、一第三導電片、及一第四導電片,係用以放置於該觸控面板之表面並形成一菱形,當中,該第一導電片及該第二導電片為該菱形對向之兩點,以及該第一導電片及該第四導電片為該菱形相鄰之兩點,藉由該切換控制單元切換該第一導電片及該第四導電片之間為前述電氣連接,使該觸控面板偵測到該第一導電片及該第四導電片對應位置處有二個觸控點,用以代表一第一資料狀態,藉由該切換控制單元切換該第一導電片及該第二導電片之間為前述電氣連接,使該觸控面板偵測到該第一導電 片及該第二導電片對應位置處有二個觸控點,用以代表一第二資料狀態,藉由該切換控制單元切換該第一導電片及該第四導電片之間為前述電氣連接、且該第一導電片及該第二導電片之間為前述電氣連接,使該觸控面板偵測到該第一導電片、該第二導電片及該第四導電片對應位置處有三個觸控點,用以代表一第三資料狀態,以及藉由該切換控制單元切換該第一導電片及該第四導電片之間為前述電氣連接、該第一導電片及該第二導電片之間為前述電氣連接、且第一導電片及該第三導電片之間為前述電氣連接,使得該觸控面板偵測到該第一導電片、該第二導電片、該第三導電片及該第四導電片對應位置處有四個觸控點,用以代表一第四資料狀態。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第13項所述之觸控通訊系統,其中,當該控面板偵測到該第一資料狀態時,該控制器判斷該資料狀態為邏輯00,當該控面板偵測到該第二資料狀態時,該控制器判斷該資料狀態為邏輯01,該控面板偵測到該第三資料狀態時,該控制器判斷該資料狀態為邏輯10,以及當該控面板偵測到該第四資料狀態時,該控制器判斷該資料狀態為邏輯11。
