Claims (3)
- 一種具相對權重及節能控制之儀錶裝置,包括有:一系統節能偵測單元;一計量及計算單元,係與系統節能偵測單元連接,用以統計電流及計算權重等相關用電訊息;一設定單元,係與系統節能偵測單元連接,用以設定系統預設用電量及各負載點之用電優先權;以及一控制單元,係與系統節能偵測單元連接,係可進行卸載控制程序及迴路斷電控制程序,其中,該設定單元係可設定配電系統之各負載點(node)用電優先權及第一階段與第二階段之預設用電量,並利用該計量及計算單元直接轉換成相對電價,以反映系統各負載點之輸配電損失,若該系統節能偵測單元偵測到系統用電量高於第一階段之預設用電量,則啟動該控制單元進行卸載控制程序及迴路斷電控制程序。
- 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之具相對權重及節能控制之儀錶裝置,其中,該卸載控制程序於進行時,係於第一階段抓取用電優先權最低之各負載點,並以計量及計算單元計算各負載點相對權重,之後再選定權重最大負載點進行卸載,且於每次卸載控制後均會進行實際用電差量與預計用電差量之比較,進而判斷用電量是否降至復電限值,若達復電限值則進行卸載負載點之復電策略控制。
- 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之具相對權重及節能控制之儀錶裝置,其中,該迴路斷電控制程序於進行時,係於第二階段中計算目前用電與預設用電量之用電差量,並抓取供電末端 用電優先權最低之各末端負載點(end_node),並以計量及計算單元計算各末端負載點是否具連續供電鏈且供電鏈容量小於電差量,若否則進行卸載控制程序,若是則決定該供電鏈之各負載點數及計算平均相對權重,之後再選平均相對權重最大之供電鏈進行迴路斷電,且於每次迴路斷電後均會進行實際用電差量與預計用電差量之比較,進而判斷用電量是否降至復電限值,若達復電限值則進行斷電供電鏈迴路之復電策略控制。
