Claims (9)

  1. 一種背光模組，包含：一光學組件；一光源模組，包含一基板與一發光元件，該發光元件位於該基板；一背蓋，包含一本體與一承載件，該本體承載該光學組件，該承載件連接於該本體並朝遠離該光學組件之方向彎折，該光源模組位於該承載件，其中，該發光元件位於該光學組件之側邊，該承載件與該本體相連之處形成一段差，該段差之高度大於等於該基板之厚度，其中，該承載件包含：一基部，包含一第一端與一第二端；一第一承載部，一端連接於該基部之該第一端，另一端連接於該本體；及一第二承載部，一端連接於該基部之該第二端，與該第一承載部位於同一平面上而形成一承載面，用以承載該光源模組；及一框架，一端與該承載件相結合，另一端夾持該光學組件。
  2. 如請求項1之背光模組，其中該光學組件之一部分位於該本體上，另一部分位於該基板上。
  3. 如請求項1之背光模組，其中該基部與該光源模組之該基板之間相隔一間距。
  4. 如請求項1之背光模組，其中該第一承載部與該第二承載部分別由該基部朝相反之方向延伸。
  5. 如請求項4之背光模組，其中該框架包含一定位部，該第二承載部嵌合於該定位部。
  6. 如請求項1之背光模組，其中該第二承載部由該基部朝該第一承載部之方向延伸。
  7. 如請求項1之背光模組，其中該框架包含一傾斜面，該基部包含一卡合面，該卡合面抵貼於該傾斜面而使該承載件卡合於該框架。
  8. 如請求項1之背光模組，其中該框架包含一定位部，該基板之一端嵌合於該定位部。
  9. 如請求項1之背光模組，其中該承載件經由一結合件固定於該框架上。
