The present invention is a waterproof type fire sensor, and provides a fire sensor that prevents a wire from coming into contact with a peripheral wall of a circuit board housing portion. Further, the present invention provides a direct-install type fire sensor in which a main body is screwed to a ceiling or the like, and can be easily installed.

Conventionally, the waterproof type fire sensor has a configuration in which the lead wire is opposed to the peripheral wall of the circuit board housing portion when the wire extends from the surface of the filler. Moreover, when the conventional fire sensor is attached to the ceiling, the main body is placed on the ceiling by hand and screwed to a pair of mounting holes, so that the work efficiency is not good.

[Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent No. 2589154

In the conventional waterproof fire sensor, the lead wire is in contact with the peripheral wall of the circuit board accommodating portion via the vicinity of the bottom of the circuit board accommodating portion and extending from the surface of the filler. Therefore, the circumference of the wire is poorly filled, and there is a problem that water repellency is poor. Moreover, since the conventional fire sensor is initially screwed to a specific position of the ceiling by two mounting screws, it is difficult to adjust the position of the fire sensor when it is necessary to finely adjust the position of the fire sensor.

An object of the present invention is to provide a fire sensor in which a lead wire connected to a circuit board is not in contact with a peripheral wall of a circuit board housing portion when the sealing material is filled in a circuit board housing portion of a waterproof fire sensor. Poor filling. Further, the present invention provides a fire sensor in which a main body is a direct attachment type fire sensor that is screwed to a ceiling or the like, and can be easily attached to a desired position.

A fire sensor according to the present invention is characterized in that: a sensor body; a circuit board on which a sensor or an electric component is mounted; a circuit board housing portion that houses the circuit board; a wire connected to the circuit board; and a sealing of the circuit board housing portion a material; a peripheral wall of the circuit board housing portion provided in the sensor body; and a guide wall lower than the peripheral wall on the inner side of the peripheral wall. Further, when the sealing material is filled, the wire has a specific gap with respect to the peripheral wall and is induced by the guide wall.

A fire sensor according to the present invention includes: a main body fixed to a ceiling by a mounting screw; and a screw mounting hole provided in a pair of slightly elongated holes of the main body, wherein at least one of the screw mounting holes is provided A notch portion into which the head of the mounting screw fixed to the ceiling is inserted is formed. Further, the fire sensor includes: a main body fixed to a ceiling by a mounting screw; a screw mounting hole provided in a pair of slightly elongated holes of the main body; and a peripheral wall of the screw mounting hole, wherein the fire sensor is provided : at least a notch portion of the head portion of the mounting screw formed on one of the peripheral hole walls; and the left and right and vertical directions are corrected after the notch portion is passed through the head of the mounting screw fixed to the ceiling. And guiding the screw guide to the screw mounting hole.

In the fire sensor of the present invention, when the sealing material is filled, the lead wire connected to the circuit board is guided to the center by the guide wall provided on the inner side of the peripheral wall of the circuit board housing portion, so that the lead wire and the peripheral wall are not caused. Contact can prevent the occurrence of poor filling. Further, in the fire sensor of the present invention, after the head of one mounting screw temporarily fixed to the ceiling or the like is inserted into the notch portion, the sensor body is slid, and the mounting screw is placed in the screw mounting hole and locked. In this manner, the main body is temporarily fixed to one of the mounting screws, the position of the sensor body is finely adjusted, and other mounting screws are screwed and fixed. Therefore, the aforementioned fire sensor can be simply installed at a desired position, and work efficiency can be improved. Moreover, since the screw guide portion is provided, the mounting screw can be smoothly guided to the mounting hole. Therefore, it is possible to speed up the installation work.

Fig. 1 is a rear view of a thermal sensor 20 which is an example of a fire sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A of Fig. 1. 3 is an enlarged view of a main part showing a positional relationship between the peripheral wall 11 of the circuit board housing portion 3 and the guide wall 7. The sensor body 1 having a slightly bottomed cylindrical shape is provided with a circuit board housing portion 3 at the center. Further, the circuit board housing portion 3 has an insertion hole 15 and a guide wall 7 of the heat sensitive portion 8. The screw attachment holes 4a and 4b for attaching the thermal sensor 20 to a ceiling or the like are provided to face the both sides of the inclined surface 14 of the sensor body 1. A guard 10 for protecting the heat sensitive portion 8 and the heat collecting plate 9 is attached to the front side of the sensor body 1. The thermal sensor 20 is formed of a waterproof structure by filling the circuit board housing portion 3 with the sealing material 6.

The screw attachment hole 4a is formed in a slightly elongated hole shape, and the screw attachment hole 4b is provided with a part of the slightly elongated hole shape, and the screw guide portion 12 is provided. Therefore, the first mounting screw 18 that is temporarily screwed to the ceiling is immediately guided to the second screw attachment hole 4b by the screw guide portion 12, and is screwed. Moreover, the second mounting screw (not shown) is screwed into the first screw attachment hole 4a. Thereby, the workability of the heat sensor 20 to the ceiling can be improved.

4f。Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of a main part of a screw guide portion 12 of the thermal sensor 20 of an example of a fire sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention. In other words, the notch portion 16 is formed on the side of the front end portion 4d of the screw mounting hole 4b, that is, the peripheral wall 4g on the center side of the sensor body 1. Therefore, the second screw attachment hole 4b is opened toward the center of the sensor body 1, and is formed in a U shape. The notch portion is formed to have a size that can be inserted into the head portion 18a of the first mounting screw 18. A screw guide portion 12 is provided in the vicinity of the notch hole 16. The screw guide portion 12 is provided with a left-right direction regulating member 12a for restricting the position in the horizontal direction, and an up-and-down direction regulating member 12b for restricting the position in the vertical direction. Further, a plurality of reinforcing projections 4f are provided in the vicinity of the peripheral wall 4g.

The peripheral wall 11 of the circuit board housing portion 3 is formed in a slightly square shape to accommodate the circuit board 2. The height of the peripheral wall 11 is set such that the electronic component (not shown) attached to the circuit board 2 can be completely sealed by the filling of the sealing material 6. The plurality of wires 5 electrically connected to the circuit board 2 are induced in the center direction when passing through the guide walls 7 provided on the bottom portion 13 of the circuit board housing portion 3, and are not in contact with the wires at the surface height of the sealing member 6. 5 is in contact with the peripheral wall 11. Therefore, the sealed sealing material 6 flows into the gap between the wire 5 and the peripheral wall 11, and the outer periphery of the wire 5 is surely covered with the sealing material 6. Therefore, the sealing material 6 does not cause a filling failure, and the circuit board 2 of the thermal sensor 20 does not become immersed in water.

The guide wall 7 is formed in a plate shape and is disposed at any position on the bottom portion 13 of the circuit board housing portion 3. The size and shape of the guide wall 7 are arbitrarily set in accordance with the position or the number of the wires 5 of the circuit board housing portion 3. Further, in the thermal sensor 20, the partition wall 7a is provided around the plurality of wires 5, but the partition wall 7a may not be provided. Further, the height of the guide wall 7 and the partition wall 7a is lower than the peripheral wall 11 of the circuit board accommodating portion 3, and when the sealing material 6 is filled in the vicinity of the height of the peripheral wall 11, the guide wall 7 and the partition wall 7a are set to be buried. Thereby, the sealing material 6 does not cause cracking or peeling by the guide wall 7 and the partition wall 7a.

5。Here, an example of the mounting procedure of the thermal sensor 20 configured as described above will be described. Further, the circuit board 2 is provided with a heat sensitive portion 8 or the like of an electronic component not previously described, and a plurality of wires 5 are connected.

First, the circuit board housing portion 3 of the sensor body 1 is placed in the circuit board 2. At this time, the heat sensitive portion 8 and the lead wire 5 are set on the bottom portion 13 side of the circuit board housing portion 3, and the lead wire 5 is bent toward the top side of the circuit board housing portion 3 by the guide wall 7. At this time, the heat sensitive portion 8 is inserted into the insertion hole 15 provided in the sensor body 1. The circuit board 2 is temporarily fixed by the positioning of the sensor body 1 (not shown), and then screwed.

Then, the heat collecting plate 9 is fitted to the front end of the heat sensitive portion 8, and the caulking portion (not shown) is protected by an adhesive or the like. Further, the guard 10 is locked and fixed to the sensor body 1. The sensor body 1 and the guard 10 may be fixed by being attached or affixed or locked.

Then, the sealing material 6 is filled in the circuit board housing portion 3. At this time, the surface height of the sealing material 6 is equal to or less than the top surface of the circuit board housing portion 3 and is equal to or larger than the top surface of the guide wall 7. Further, the plurality of wires 5 are separated from each other by the guide wall 7 and the peripheral wall 11, and since the sealing member 6 flows into the gap, no filling failure occurs. Conventionally, in the curing of the sealing material 6, the wire 5 is not in contact with the peripheral wall 11, and is fixed by a tool or the like, but is not required in the fire sensor of the present invention. Further, in addition to the thermal sensor 20, the same effect can be obtained even with a flame sensor, a smoke sensor, or the like.

Next, the procedure of attaching to the ceiling surface of this embodiment will be described.

Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a mounting step of the thermal sensor 20 which is an example of a fire sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention. First, the first mounting screw 18 is temporarily fixed to a specific portion in the vicinity of the through hole 27 of the ceiling 25. At this time, the interval between the bottom surface 18c of the head portion 18a and the ceiling 25 is higher than the height of the peripheral wall 4g.

The sensor wiring 29 disposed on the back side of the ceiling 25 and the wires 5 of the thermal sensor 20 are crimped and integrated.

Then, the sensor body 1 of the thermal sensor 20 is held by the hand so that the head portion 18a of the first mounting screw 18 approaches the notch portion 16. At this time, the notch portion 16 can be set to a position at which the position of the first mounting screw 18 can be confirmed from below. Then, after the notch portion 16 is inserted into the head portion 18a of the first mounting screw 18, the sensor body 1 is pulled straight ahead.

As a result, the outer rim of the head portion 18a of the first mounting screw 18 abuts against the right and left direction restricting members 12a constituting the approximately wide shape to restrict the moving direction, and the top portion 18b of the head portion 18a is slightly convex. The up-and-down direction restricting member 12b abuts and restricts the moving direction.

Therefore, since the first mounting screw 18 can easily correct the offset in the left-right direction and the vertical direction by the screw guide portion 12, the second screw mounting hole 4b is guided to the second screw mounting hole 4b via the notch portion 16 to the bottom surface of the top portion 18b. It moves along the locking end face 4e of the peripheral wall 4g. Moreover, the angle of expansion of the left-right direction regulating member 12a or the inclination angle of the ceiling surface of the up-and-down direction regulating member 12b may be set in alignment with the position of the lower end of the notch portion 16.

As a result, the rear end portion 4c of the second screw attachment hole 4b abuts against the first mounting screw 18, and does not excessively move. At this time, since the sensor body 1 is in a one-sided state, even if the hand is detached from the sensor body 1, it does not fall.

Then, if necessary, the sensor body 1 is moved or rotated about the first mounting screw 18 to adjust the fixed position of the thermal sensor 20. Then, when the desired position is determined, a mounting screw (not shown) is screwed and fixed to the first screw attachment hole 4a. Then, the first mounting screw 18 is locked, and the mounting operation is completed in a state indicated by a one-point lock line in Fig. 5 .
