Description
The present invention relates to a drawer guide rail having a carrier rail fixed to a specific one and a running rail connectable to a drawer.
There are many known types of drawer guide rails of the above type, and in some types, one or several intermediate rails are provided between the carrying rail and the running rail (which is fixed to the side of the drawer). Increase the effective pull-out length.
These conventional drawer guide rails have heretofore been horizontally extended and built into related furniture, and this horizontal mounting arrangement cannot be changed.
Drawers are generally pulled and pushed back to the closed position, but in the recent years of manufacturing furniture, some new structures have been developed, in which a drawer can be at least self-moving to the open position. To this end, how many complicated drives are required to date.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a drawer guide rail that automatically opens a drawer at least in a simple manner.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the carrier rail can be fixed in a manner that is pivotable about a horizontal axis and supports a distance from the shaft on a height adjustment device, or The height adjustment device is connected by means of which the carrier rail and the entire guide rail are inclined at least along an inclined position which is lowered toward the specific front side of the home.
If such a drawer guide rail is used for a drawer, the drawer can be automatically opened by tilting the drawer guide rail, where the principle of a schief plane is used.
According to another concept of the invention, the drawer guiding rail can also be tilted down to the rear side of the home via the height adjusting device, so that the closing action of a drawer can also be automated.
Therefore, it is no longer necessary to use a complicated drive for opening a drawer (and possibly also for closing), in other words, the drawer guide rail can be tilted via the height adjustment device by means of a relatively simple structure.
Thus, for example, a height adjustment device can be implemented by constructing it with a rack and a pinion, where the pinion can be driven by a simple electric motor.
If this is not the case, the height adjustment device can also be formed by a horizontally adjustable wedge (which supports the carrier rail), wherein the wedge must be moved in a horizontal direction via a relatively simple driving means.
Other embodiments of the leveling device and other features of the invention are found in the dependent claims.
Embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings and are described in detail below.
In Fig. 1, reference numeral (1) denotes a specific section in which a drawer (2) is guided to move via drawer guide rails (3) provided on the left and right sides.
Each of the drawer guide rails includes a carrying rail (3a) that can be fixed to the home specific (1) and a running rail (3b) that can be connected to the drawer (2). If necessary, a middle rail (3c) may be provided between the carrying rail (3a) and the running rail (3b) to increase the pulling length, as shown in Figs. 2-8.
Here, each of the carrying rails (3a) is fixed to the home specific (1) in a manner pivotable about a horizontal axis (4), and a distance from the shaft (4) and a height adjusting device (5)
Coupling or connecting, the carrying rail (3a) and the entire drawer guide (3) can be tilted about the horizontal axis (4) toward the front side (1a) of the home, as shown in FIG.
The carrying rail (3a) can be connected to or supported by the height adjustment device (5).
It is also possible to design the movement gap space of the height adjustment device (5) such that the carrier rail (3a) and the entire drawer guide (3) can also be lowered to an oblique position which is lowered toward the rear side (1b) of the furniture.
If a predetermined inclined position of the drawer guide rails (3) [they are provided on both sides of the drawer (2)] is reached, the drawer is automatically opened due to gravity or automatically moved back to the closed position by the open position.
Here, the drawer guiding unit (3) can be provided with a conventional end stop bumper.
Here, the front side of the drawer guide rail (3) adjacent to the front side (1a) of the home should preferably be provided with a bearing (4b) having a bearing hole (4a), one of which is fixed to the furniture. The bearing pin (not shown) on the body side is embedded in the bearing hole (4a), so that each drawer guide (3) can be supported on the furniture (1) in a simple manner to be pivotable about a horizontal axis (4). .
The height adjustment device (5) can be implemented in many ways in terms of structure.
The embodiment of Figures 2-8 shows a variety of different possible ways.
For example, in the embodiment of Fig. 2, the carrying rail (3a) on the specific side of the home and the rear end region of the back bearing (4b) of the entire drawer guide (3) are supported by a lifting piston (6). On the piston rod (6a), wherein the lifting piston (6) is fixed on the concrete (1). By moving the piston rod out/moving in, the rear end of the furniture guide rail (3) - corresponding to the horizontal position of the bearing (4b) - can be raised or lowered. Correspondingly, the drawer guide rail (3) occupies a tilted position, and this position is home
The direction of the front side (1a) of the body or the direction of the specific rear side (1b) of the house is lowered.
In the embodiment of the invention of Fig. 3, in order to raise or lower the corresponding rear end region of a drawer guide rail (3), a rack is fixed on the carrying rail (3a) on the specific side of the home ( 7), it meshes with a pinion (7a) supporting a specific side of the home, which raises or lowers the rear end region of the drawer guide rail (3).
This function of ascending or descending can also be achieved in that, as shown in Fig. 4, the carrying rail (3a) provided on the specific side of the home is supported on the wedge (8) which can be horizontally passed via an electric motor ( 8a) Move.
If in this case the drawer guide rail (3) can be tilted in two directions as described above, this concept is designed such that the carrier rail (3a) rests approximately in the center position of the wedge when in the horizontal position.
The drawer guide rail (3) can also be pivoted about the rotating shaft (4) in such a manner that the carrying rail (3a) is supported on a double metal plate (9), and the double metal plate (9) can be used. The heating device (9a) shown schematically is heated.
Figure 6 shows another possible way of constructing the height adjustment device (5). It can be seen that there is an electrically driven screw (9b) fixed to the specific side of the home, which is embedded in a plate (9c). The plate (9c) is provided with a corresponding internal thread which is connected to the carrying rail (3a) and which serves as a nut for the screw.
The embodiment of Fig. 7 is a height adjustment device (5) in which a guide pin (10) is fixed to the carrier rail (3a), and the guide pin (10) is embedded in a slider (10b) (which can be driven by the motor) Moving in the horizontal direction) in the curved guide or sliding guide (10a).
The height adjusting device (5) according to the embodiment of Fig. 8 is driven by a
The rotating control cam (11) is formed, and the rear end of the carrying rail (3a) facing away from the bearing (4b) is supported on the control cam (11).
Figure 9 shows a modified design of a curved guide or sliding guide (10a) according to the embodiment of Figure 7, where the slider (10b) is in the neutral (neutral) position of the drawer (i.e., at The push-in state is dependent on a central section of the curved guide or sliding guide which extends horizontally. The two end sections of the curve or the sliding guide (10a) are inclined downwardly or obliquely up to the middle section, so that the drawer guide rail can be moved to a specific front side or moved to the rear. The side enters an inclined position.
In Fig. 10, the positional relationship is shown: drawer guide rails (3) of a drawer [which are arranged on the left and right sides of a drawer in a conventional manner] can be adjusted by means of some mechanisms (represented by symbolic symbols). The example of Figure 10 can be traced back to the basic embodiment of Figure 4, in which a wedge (8) is utilized to raise or lower the drawer guide rail (3). As can be seen from Fig. 10, the two wedges (8) [the ones required for the left and right drawer guide rails (3)] are coupled to each other by a cross frame (8b), so that one drawer can be used with only one drive. The drawer guide rail (3) rises or falls and the movement of the ascending or descending is synchronized here.
Correspondingly, other adjustment drives or adjustment mechanisms for the drawer guide rails (3) provided on the left or right side can also be synchronized with each other. For example, the pinion gears (7a) can be connected via a rod or a cross as shown in the basic arrangement of FIG. The racks are coupled to each other so that the two pinions (7a) can be driven by only one drive and the adjustment movements can be synchronized.
The control of the drive and the adjustment mechanism should also be explained. It can of course be designed so that we can accommodate each position of the drawer from the end position.
When detected, it is moved back to its neutral horizontal position to avoid a hard collision at the end position of the drawer.
It is also important to note that the advantage of the design of the present invention is that the entire system of adjustment and movement of the drawer is independent of its loading state. Therefore, basically, when the loading weight is large, a large capacity is required to remove and move the drawer, so this large force can be said to occur automatically, because the drawer is controlled to some extent via the inclined plane switch or the closeor, so the whole system Basically an automatic adjuster.
The illustrated embodiment is only part of the many possibilities for forming the height adjustment device (5), wherein the substantially preferred structure here is as labor-saving as possible.
Each height adjustment device (5) can be activated via a related actuator or switch in a manner not shown, for example, in response to contact with the drawer (2), or by direct contact or proximity .
The implementation of the entire concept of the invention described herein requires the use of a drawer guide rail (3) having a minimum frictional resistance in each case, so that such a small inclination of the drawer guide rail (3) is sufficient for one drawer. (2) Can come out of a specific (1) or move it back to its closed position.
