Description

Display device with enhanced back-hanging structure

The present invention relates to a display device; and more particularly to a display device that can be hung on a wall.

Since the liquid crystal display (Liquid Crystal Display) has become the mainstream of the current flat panel display, its thickness and overall weight have also been declining with the advancement of technology. The thinning of the liquid crystal display and the reduction of the overall weight also increase the convenience and possibility of the liquid crystal display in the installation position. Therefore, in addition to standing on the table or TV cabinet with the desktop foot, the wall-mounted liquid crystal display with the wall mount is also included in the market to be selectively disposed on the wall. However, the wall-mounted liquid crystal display corresponding to the back cover of the wall mount needs to be correspondingly adjusted to be firmly disposed on the wall mount. Therefore, the manufacturer must consider the relationship between the structural strength of the back cover and the overall weight of the liquid crystal display to ensure that the back cover does not break due to the excessive weight of the liquid crystal display and the liquid crystal display is prevented from falling. In addition, manufacturers must also consider the number of components used in wall mounts to reduce the cost and market competitiveness of wall-mounted liquid crystal displays.

1 is a cross-sectional view of a conventional wall-mounted liquid crystal display 10. As shown in FIG. 1 , the conventional wall-mounted liquid crystal display 10 includes a back cover 11 , a panel module 12 , a rivet 13 , a wall hanging iron 14 , and a wall mount 15 . The back cover 11 is provided with a through hole for the wall hanging iron 14 . Pass through and connect to the panel module 12. The wall-mounted iron bar 14 is provided with a screw hole corresponding to one end of the through-hole of the back cover 11 for the rivet 13 to pass through the hole of the wall hanger 15 and is coupled to the wall-mounted iron bar 14 and thereby connecting the conventional wall-mounted liquid crystal display 10 to the wall mount 15. In the conventional wall-mounted liquid crystal display 10 shown in FIG. 1, the rivet 13 serves as a force-receiving member of the wall mount 15 and serves to support the weight of the conventional wall-mounted liquid crystal display 10. This wall-hanging structure can support a heavier liquid crystal display, but the overall manufacturing cost is higher due to the use of more components.

2 is a cross-sectional view of another conventional wall-mounted liquid crystal display 10. As shown in FIG. 2 , the conventional wall-mounted liquid crystal display 10 includes a back cover 11 , a panel module 12 , a rivet 13 , and a connecting member 16 . The connecting member 16 is disposed on the inner surface of the back cover 11 facing the panel module 12 . In addition, the back cover 11 is provided with a through hole for the partial connecting member to pass through the through hole from the inner surface of the back cover 11. The connecting member 16 corresponding to the through hole of the back cover 11 includes a screw hole for the rivet 13 to pass through the through hole (not shown) of the wall mount 15 and is coupled to the connecting member 16, thereby connecting the conventional wall mounted liquid crystal display 10 On the wall mount 15. In the conventional wall-mounted liquid crystal display 10 shown in FIG. 2, the back cover 11 supports all the weights of the conventional wall-mounted liquid crystal display 10; however, since the thickness of the back cover 11 is thin, it may be caused by excessive weight. 11 structural damage. In other words, the support structure cannot support a heavy-duty liquid crystal display.

It can be seen that the bottleneck of the wall-mounted liquid crystal display is how to reduce the number of components used and reduce the weight of the component, while taking into consideration the strength of the support structure and the cost of the overall manufacturing.

4A is a cross-sectional view of the display device 100 of the present invention shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4A, the bottom plate 310 is the bottom of the base 220 of the panel module 200. The material strength of the bottom plate 310 is preferably higher than the material strength of the back cover 300. The material strength preferably includes rigidity, tensile strength, pressure resistance or other parameters. In this embodiment, the bottom plate 310 and the back cover 300 are respectively made of a metal material and a plastic material, but are not limited thereto; in different embodiments, the bottom plate 310 and the back cover 300 may simultaneously use the same metal material or both Made of plastic materials.

310。In this embodiment, the anchoring portion 320 includes a pile tube 321 and a first connecting member 322, wherein the first connecting member 322 is preferably a rivet, but is not limited thereto; the first connecting member 322 also includes a screw or the like Functional connection element. Therefore, the present invention shares the overall weight of the display device 100 by the structure formed by the anchor portion 320 of the back cover 300 and the back plate 310 and the connection relationship thereof. In other words, the connection relationship between the anchor portion 320 of the back cover 300 and the back plate 310 converts the single layer structure of the original back cover 300 into a composite structure with better strength combined with the back plate 310.

In addition, since the cylindrical shape of the anchoring portion 320 of the present embodiment has a considerable structural strength, the anchoring portion 320 can maintain the weight of the display device 100 while saving the weight of the display device 100 while saving the number of used components. The manufacturing cost of the display device 100. In addition, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4A, the pile pipe 321 has a shape of a tapered cylinder, but is not limited thereto; in different embodiments, the pile pipe 321 may also have a cylinder, a square column or other suitable shape. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4A, in the direction from the outer surface of the back cover 300 approaching the bottom plate 310, the diameter of the pile pipe 321 is gradually decreased as the top surface 323 approaches the bottom plate 310; however, in different embodiments, the pile tube 321 is also Maintain a fixed diameter.

Please refer to FIG. 4A and FIG. 4B simultaneously, wherein FIG. 4B is a schematic view of the connecting sleeve shown in FIG. 4A. The wall-mounting portion 330 further includes a through-hole and a connecting sleeve 332.
