Abstract
An electric power adapter for connecting electrical equipment and electric socket is disclosed. The electric power adapter has a main body, and the main body has a pair of pins and a pair of sockets on the surface. The pins connect the socket and the sockets connect the electrical equipment. An electric power controller is installed in the main body and has a processor electrically connected to a power IC, a wireless RF module, and a switch. The wireless RF module receives a remote control signal to drive the switch to form a closed circuit or an open circuit. The power IC is to detect the electrical power consumed by the electrical equipment and to control the on/off states of the switch. Thereby, this invention can cut off the electric power in real time and achieve functions of electric power saving, and further accurately control the electrical power consumption.
