一種具有火警逃生之電梯總成,係於一建築物所設之至少一電梯系統,配置有至少一電力供應系統、一進排氣轉換系統、一逃生指示系統及一區域控制中心,其中:該電梯系統,係包含一設置於該建築物其電梯車道內之一電梯車廂,以及一控制該電梯車廂升降作動之驅動主機,該電梯車道頂部係接鄰一機房,該電梯車廂所對應每一樓層的停車出口,係為各樓層之公共空間,另該機房內則容設有該電力供應系統、進排氣轉換系統及一區域控制中心;該電力供應系統,其包含一公電供應單元、一電力轉換裝置及一發電裝置;該逃生指示系統,係與該區域控制中心連線,並受其訊號之控制以指示人員迅速逃離火場者;該進排氣轉換系統,其係由一進排氣裝置、一送氣管、至少一個以上設於電梯車道內之第一感測器,以及至少一個以上設於各樓層公共空間之第二感測器所組成;該區域控制中心,係具有運算比對能力,並與一總控制中心連線,該區間控制中心接收該第一感測器、第二感測器所偵測之環境溫度值及煙霧偵測值,並與設定溫度值及設定煙霧偵測值進行比對後,根據比對結果以控制該進排氣裝置的強制供風作動,以及控制各樓層公共區間其供風口的風門(或風扇)與送氣管其梯間內供風口的風門(或風扇)的出風風量。 An elevator assembly having a fire escape, which is disposed in at least one elevator system of a building, configured with at least one power supply system, an intake and exhaust conversion system, an escape indication system, and a regional control center, wherein: The elevator system includes an elevator car disposed in an elevator lane of the building, and a driving host that controls the elevator car to move up and down.
