本實施例中所揭露之第一卡合結構114與第二卡合結構116為凹槽,第三卡合結構124為凸塊,但在其他實施例之中,第一卡合結構114與第二卡合結構116可為凸塊,第三卡合結構124可為凹槽,在此不再贅述。

須注意的是,前述所揭露之膠帶捲盤為透過第三卡合結構選擇性地與第一卡合結構或是第二卡合結構卡合,藉以改變第一捲盤碟片與第二捲盤碟片之間的間距,但亦可視實際需求設計使第一捲盤碟片上具有兩組以上高度差不同的卡合結構,使得第一捲盤碟片與第二捲盤碟片之間可以具有兩種以上不同的間距。當然,本領域從業人員亦可依需求於第二捲盤適當地增加更多卡合結構,而使膠帶捲盤適用於兩種以上寬度的膠帶,增加使用上的彈性,此不贅述。
本發明實際提供了一種新式卡合機構,以透過旋轉卡合的方式卡合第一捲盤碟片與第二捲盤碟片。雖然前述實施例中多以可改變盤間間距的膠帶捲盤作為說明,即第一捲盤碟片上具有兩種或兩種以上高度不同的卡合結構。但實際應用上,若是不需要調整膠帶捲盤的盤間間距,第一捲盤碟片可以僅具有單一高度的卡合結構,透過旋轉卡合的方式快速地卡合第一捲盤碟片與第二捲盤碟片構成膠帶捲盤。
由上述本發明較佳實施例可知,應用本發明具有下列優點。本發明之膠帶捲盤透過旋轉的方式卡合第一捲盤碟片及第二捲盤碟片。其中第二捲盤碟片上之第三卡合結構可以選擇性地卡入第一捲盤碟片上具有高度差之第一卡合結構或是第二卡合結構,藉以改變第一捲盤碟片與第二捲盤碟片之間的間距,使得膠帶捲盤可以用以放置兩種或兩種以上不同寬度的膠帶,使得庫存管理更為靈活。
