Description

太陽能保暖養殖系統
本發明係關於一種具保暖太陽能養殖系統;特別關於一種漁塭具保暖太陽能養殖系統者,該裝置係利用太陽能吸熱與系統水面下傳熱之原理使用而導致水溫溫度提高可降低魚苗死亡率者。
現今養殖業未見此設備,正也因為如此,所以期望能在漁塭養殖上開發此系統,不但降低業者成本的損失,也因一切取之大自然資源而達節能省碳,增加家漁民之收入與降低寒害之風險,習用瓦斯加熱或其他燃燒加熱,在使用上造成許多麻煩與限制,成本過高,而當今技術水平卻未能有效率的取得大自然的能源使用及提供較好之技術或產品,實有待提升與突破。
本發明係關於一種太陽能保暖養殖系統3(敬請參考第一圖所示),主要乃在養殖漁塭外圍之固定基板31架設放長搖桿32與收合搖桿33,俾以控制轉軸34上方之捲簾長廊1(敬請參考第二圖所示)可收合或放長之功能(敬請參考第一圖與第四圖所示),該捲簾長廊1係藉由集熱板10與支撐浪板11外搭貼合透光帆布13並形成真空室12(敬請參考第一圖所示)所組成者,在捲簾長廊1之兩旁有導線20繫住定位(敬請參考第三圖所示),當陽光照射經透光帆布13集熱在底層之集熱板10上,因真空室12之真空隔熱功能而使熱不能回傳僅能散熱至魚塭池中之水面以提升水溫,達保暖之效益者(敬請參考第五圖所示)。
利用白天太陽能照射於該系統上於真空吸熱效應,而反應至水面下溫度提升而保持水中之溫度應有的提升效果,達到溫度提升保暖。
本發明發展一成本低,能提供連續保暖漁塭溫度之方法,該系統養殖裝置,不僅能使漁溫溫度之提升保暖,也可使養殖業者之省電、環保且魚苗凍死之死亡降低,降低業者風險損失。
本發明之效果能提供連續提升水中溫度之方法,及利用太陽能的光能轉換熱能之效應,而達到省能發揮效果之方法。
本發明於實際使用時(敬請參考第五圖所示),當陽光照射在捲簾長廊1上,經透光帆布13(敬請參考第二圖所示)集熱在底層之集熱板10上,因真空室12之真空隔熱功能而使熱不能回傳僅能散熱至魚塭池中之水面以提升水溫,達保暖之效益者。
太陽能保暖養殖系統,一可轉動之放長搖桿32及收合搖桿33固定漁塭兩側上;以捲軸形式作動此系統並依導線20為線軌道方式作為連接(請參考第二圖與第四圖)。
本發明可依養殖所需之範圍要求,此裝置長度與寬度不受限制之改變而達到實施之要求。

  1. 一種太陽能保暖養殖系統,主要乃在養殖漁塭外圍之固定基板架設放長搖桿與收合搖桿,以控制轉軸上方之捲簾長廊達可收合或放長之功能,該捲簾長廊係藉由集熱板與支撐浪板外搭貼合透光帆布並形成真空室所組成者,在捲簾長廊之兩旁有導線繫住定位,當陽光照射經透光帆布集熱在底層之集熱板上,因真空室之真空隔熱功能而使熱不能回傳僅能散熱至魚塭池中之水面以提升水溫,達保暖之效益者。
