Description
本發明係關於一流體容器,其具有一可變形之頸部,其使得該容器之嘴部之角度可在兩種穩定的狀態之間變化,且具體而言,本發明係關於一種嬰兒用之奶瓶。
已知之做法是,在一瓶子上提供某種機構,以藉由向該瓶子之嘴部附接一撓性噴口來使該開口轉變角度。這有助於將內容物倒出,且亦對於哺乳嬰兒提供了一改良的角度。然而,具有一分離的附件誠屬不便且具有潛在污染之風險。吾人亦知將一傾倒器製成撓性,例如具有伸縮類型之結構,因而無需額外的附件。然而,該撓性部分預定可自由移動且通常需要雙手使用。且撓性傾倒器不便填充、儲存及運輸,而有利的是,該類容器形狀紮實,可有效地包裝。此外,撓性傾倒器及噴口傾向於不穩定,若該撓性部分在運輸或使用中移動,則可能會造成一些問題。
根據本發明,提供一流體容器,其包括一本體,該本體具有一頸部及一嘴部,該容器可從一第一穩定狀態變形至一第二穩定狀態,而允許改變該嘴部之相對角度。在一較佳實施例中,該容器在該頸部可變形。在本說明書中,術語「頸部」定義的是一緊鄰該容器之該嘴部之區域。較佳的是,該容器可逆向變形以可視需要允許恢復至先前狀態。
較佳的是,在該第一狀態下,該頸部在一側界定一通道,在該第二狀態下,藉由接近其側壁,將該通道閉合。較佳地配置該通道以確保該頸部在一期望之方向上移動。
在該較佳實施例中,該嘴部在使用中可選定兩個末端位置中之一者。在該第一狀態下,該容器之該嘴部係位於該習知(通常為竪直的)之位置,所以可輕易填充該容器;當該容器形狀更為扎實且因此包裝更有效時,該容器可更適於運輸及儲存。在此狀態下,該頸部與容器具有一共同的旋轉軸。由於該第一狀態是穩定的,故無需用以緊固該頸部進而確保該容器維持該扎實形狀的機構。在該第二位置,該嘴部係可配置成一角度,以幫助傾倒或哺喂;在此狀態下,該嘴部與該容器之軸不對準。在哺喂一嬰兒時,該角度使得哺喂者可採用一更舒服的胳膊位置。此外,可以一角度固定該嘴部之事實便於單手傾倒或哺喂。在哺喂嬰兒時,第二隻手可騰出以支托該幼兒。
此外,若該容器之軸缐相對於該頸部之軸線為高,則該頸部將湧滿流體,直到較大百分比之內容物被施配。由於這避免了吸入空氣(對於嬰兒來說尤感不舒服),此一配置在哺喂時大有裨益。從該第一狀態下移動到第二狀態下,該容器體積變化不大,較佳小於5%。
較佳的是,該通道在一上邊緣與一下邊緣之間為V型,較佳為非規則V型,使得該V包括一長側壁邊緣及一短側壁邊緣。該通道一般係橫切該容器之該垂直軸缐。較佳的是,該長側壁與該短側壁在該通道之底部相交成一50°至90°之角,且更佳為65°至85°。
較佳的是,該短側壁更為接近該瓶嘴。
在一較佳實施例中,該長側壁與該短側壁之寬度在最大深度點之比例為1.25至1.75,且更佳為1.40至1.60。
該通道可延伸圍繞大體超過該頸部之一半周長,較佳圍繞該頸部之大體上整個周長。一延伸圍繞該頸部之通道可較寬,且因而可更適於允許該等側壁接近。一較寬的通道可獲得較大之偏轉角,且因此變形之程度更大。
較佳的是,在該通道之長度中心的一點處,該通道之寬度及深度增加至最大值,且較佳的是,該通道之上邊緣與該嘴部成一斜角。該通道較佳相對於該容器之一垂直面或垂直軸線成對稱。
該通道之上邊緣較佳為平面的,且該下邊緣亦較佳為平面的。
可提供一個以上之通道。這提供一或數個中間穩定狀態,或在不造成通道過深之情形下實現一大的角變形之可能性。
該容器一般為一可模製彈性塑膠體,諸如PET或聚乙烯,且在正常使用中,其為同一類本身經調適以保持形狀,以便例如在不論充滿或是空蕩時均可垂直站立。
在一較佳實施例中,該容器之該嘴部係由一薄膜封閉。該薄膜較佳提供一氣密,且可例如為一塑膠/箔複合物,其係熔接至該嘴部且具有一可將其移除之拉片。
若在該第一狀態下將此一密封物附接於該頸部,則可使
得該容器更好地抵抗可能於堆疊期間施加之垂直負荷。此等負荷有減少該容器之體積的傾向,且當內容物處於壓力之下時,該等負荷受到抵抗。在使用中,移除該密封物可消除此抵抗力,且該頸部可能發生變形。在分配該等內容物之前,該密封物亦防止移動至第二狀態或從第二狀態移開,這可避免該容器壁疲勞。一緊密安裝之密封物,諸如一螺紋帽,可提供相同的益處。
該容器較佳為一多層塑膠模製體,其具有合適的氧氣障壁及光障壁,以防止內容物品質降級。其他層可提供色彩障壁及一污物障壁。在一較佳實施例中,該容器可包含一透明壁部分,以容許決定該等內容物之液面高度。此一板片可例如包括一透明條帶,其自底部延伸至該頸部,且寬度為2-3 mm。此類型之液面高度計有利於防止對嬰兒的過度哺喂。
在該可替代性實施例中,一透明容器上可置有一套筒,提供作為一紫外線屏障。此一套筒可容易地印刷有關於容器內容物之資訊,且可包含一透明壁部分,以提供一水位指示器。該套筒可僅位於該容器之該可變形區域上。
在一較佳實施例中,此一套筒係收縮地捲繞於該容器上,且亦可向上延伸並覆蓋該容器密封物以提供一干擾指示器。一合適的弱線允許該干擾指示器部分可被移除,進而允許打開該容器。此一套筒亦可強化一根據本發明之容器之剛度,以便在運輸及儲存中可更好地抵抗垂直負荷。在使用中,移除該套筒或該套筒之一部分可促進自該第一狀態變形至該第二狀態。
下文將以舉例之方式參考附圖來描述根據本發明之一流體容器。
在下文之描述中,該流體容器是一容積為250 ml之吹塑瓶子10,用於哺喂嬰兒。該瓶子10係由塑膠製成且包括一本體12、嘴部14,而一頸部16是介於二者間。該頸部16界定一通道18。該通道18延伸圍繞該頸部16之整個周長。該通道18之上邊緣20及下邊緣22均為平面的,且與該瓶子10之該嘴部14成斜角。該上邊緣20係與該垂直軸缐成一83°之角,且該下邊緣22係與該垂直軸缐成一71°之角(該垂直軸缐係由圖1中之一虛線指示)。因此,在一與鉸接區域24徑向相對之一區域26中,該通道18之寬度自鉸接區域24增加至最大值。該通道18之深度在該鉸接區域24中亦最小,且在該徑向相對區域26內最大。該通道18為V型,且因一長的下側壁28且一短的上側壁30而為不對稱的。該短側壁30最靠近該瓶子10之該嘴部14。
該瓶子10之該嘴部14上具有螺紋32。該瓶子10係填滿流體,且應用一螺紋蓋(未顯示)以供運輸。在使用中,一具有一奶嘴36之螺紋環形物34係緊固至該嘴部14以代替該蓋子。向該區域26(在該區域中該通道18最寬)上方之該瓶子10之該嘴部區域14施加壓力,使得該上邊緣20圍繞該鉸接區域24朝該下邊緣22樞轉。該嘴部14之相對角度因而改變。繼續施加壓力,直到到達一位置,在該位置,該V型通道之該等側壁28、30「鎖定」,使得該嘴部處於一新的穩定狀態(參見圖4)。
該等側壁28、30之鎖定能力將取決於熟習此項技術者所了解之諸多因素的結合,且包含例如該通道18之深度與頸部16之直徑的比例。其他可考慮在內之因素可為材料厚度、材料性質、該通道18之深度、該通道18之寬度,以及該頸部16之直徑。經驗測試將允許根據所欲結果決定該等性質之成功組合。下文為可適用於一PET容器之尺寸之實例。
頸部16之直徑:45 mm通道18之最大寬度:11 mm通道18之最大深度:6 mm長側壁28之長度:6 mm短側壁30之長度:9 mm側壁28與側壁30之間的角度:70°在該實施例中,所描述之瓶子10係用於裝納流體來哺餵嬰兒,但根據本發明之瓶子亦可用以裝納任何可傾倒之物質,例如粉末。
根據本發明之一容器可計劃為一次性的或可再利用的。若將其計劃為可再利用的,則塑膠為製造該瓶子的一合適材料,如本實施例中所述。熟習此項技術者可選擇一類別合適之塑膠加以利用。若將該容器計劃為一次性的,則其他材料也適合。雖可設想的是一塑膠容器,其他材料,如鋁亦為適合之製造材料。
儘管在該實施例中,所描述的作為該瓶子之附屬物是一具有用於哺喂之一奶嘴之蓋子,但亦可使用具有一噴口之蓋子代替之,以產生一哺喂量杯配置。
亦可在該瓶子之本體上提供一或一個以上把手。
在該實施例中,該瓶子10之該本體12是平滑的,但亦可提供紋理,例如肋體以方便抓握,或提供粗體文字或圖片作為標記。
本發明描述的係關於一瓶子,其具有一通道,該通道被閉合以提供一有角度之頸部。或者,該通道可被打開以提供一有角度的頸部,且當於該第一穩定狀態下可能會產生大量垂直負荷時,此一構造尤為有益。

Claims (8)
- 一種流體容器,適合哺餵嬰兒,該容器包括一本體,該本體具有一頸部及一嘴部,該容器在其頸部可從一第一穩定狀態變形至一第二穩定狀態,藉此改變該嘴部之相對角度,其中:a)在該第一穩定狀態,該頸部在其一側界定一通道,其大致呈V形且橫越該容器之直立軸;b)該V形通道包含一上邊緣及一較長之下邊緣;c)該V形通道包括一長下側壁及一短上側壁,該下側壁與上側壁之比率在最大通道深度處約為1.25:1至1.75:1;及d)該通道在第二穩定狀態時藉由互相接近之該下側壁與上側壁而關閉且界定由該第一穩定狀態至第二穩定狀態之預定移動方向。
- 如請求項1之流體容器,其中該通道延伸圍繞該頸部,該通道相對於一垂直平面為對稱的,且在該平面之任一側自一最小深度增加至一最大深度。
