1359769 Ο) 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明是關於一種,塡充在產生於收容有很多藥片或 膠囊等的固體物的玻璃瓶或塑膠製品等之包裝用容器的上 部空間,藉此用來作爲緩衝材來發揮功能的容器塡充物。 【先前技術】 本案申請人們已於專利文獻1記載揭示有作爲這種習 知塡充物。 〔專利文獻1〕日本特開2003 -403 3 5號公報 這種習知塡充物亦如第5圖及第6圖所示,一端被開 放另一端爲結塊部21,且形成爲筒狀具有彈性的網狀材 22,朝外側將其開放端捲起形成環狀盤繞部23,並將該環 狀盤繞部23依序盤繞到上述結塊部21作成塊狀體。這種 習知塡充物的結塊部是將網狀物的另一端部熔接成平坦的 圓板狀而成的。 上述習知塡充物放入容器的上部空間之前,結塊部21 位在比環狀盤繞部23更朝上方突出的位置,而得以捏著 該結塊部21容易地塞進到容器內。但是,將蓋子裝於容 器時’會如第7圖所示,因該蓋子將結塊部21往朝下方 推,伴隨於此,僅最外層24的網狀鼓起而會使盤繞形成 鬆弛狀態的情形。如此僅最外層24成爲鼓起狀態時,容 器內容物的緩衝功能會大幅地降低的同時,藥片會進入到 鼓起的最外層24的網狀物的中心部,藥片會在取出塡充 -5- (3) (3)1359769 網狀物的軸向另一端所形成的。握持部的硬度只要可抵抗 環狀盤繞部的彈力足以使該環狀盤繞部變形的程度即可。 再者,與該網狀物另外形成的構件若使用具有除濕功能的 樹脂(例如:商標名「dry keep(卜·歹彳牛一 7°)®」,就能 有助於容器內的濕度的控制。且,上述握持部最好爲非圓 形的剖面,可例如爲:具有預定長度與軸向長度的平板狀、 剖面十字形狀、剖面V字形狀、剖面W字形狀、剖面3 字形狀等。據此,將握持部塞進到環狀盤繞部中心時,環 狀盤繞部會因在周向複數處歪斜的變形,更可提昇各層間 的一體性,且得以更確實地防止僅最外層的鼓起。再者, 因握持部的上端面以面接觸或複數點(最好是3點以上) 的點接觸在蓋子的頂面,所以,以蓋子頂面推入握持部 時,握持部變的不易倒下。 又,上述握持部的軸長可比上述環狀盤繞部的軸長 小。據此,將握持部塞進環狀盤繞部的中心孔至握持部與 環狀盤繞部的上端一致爲止時,可使環狀盤繞部的下端部 的下部孔變的更窄,故更能防止藥片等進入到該下部孔。 此外,握持部的軸長最好比環狀盤繞部的軸長的1/5,更 好的是可比1/4還大,又更好的是可比1/3還大。 根據本發明,即使將握持部塞入環狀盤繞部的中心, 也可防止只有最外層的鼓起,結果,可謀求緩衝功能的確 保,並且可防止不慎讓容器內部的藥片等掉落的情形。且 由於會因塡塞效果使環狀盤繞部再往內側盤繞,而可消除 最外層的鼓起或鬆弛,並達到更緊固的效果。 (4) (4)1359769 【實施方式】 〔用以實施發明的最佳形態〕 以下,依據圖面說明本發明的實施形態。 第1圖〜第3圖表示本發明的一實施形態的容器塡充 物1,該塡充物1是塡充在收容有很多藥片或膠囊等的固 體內容物的容器的上部空間,發揮作爲許多內容物的緩衝 材的功能,其基本構成是與揭示於日本特開2003-4〇335 號公報的構成同樣。 本實施形態的塡充物1,具備有:將具有伸縮性和彈 性的筒狀塑膠製的網狀物2的軸向一端側朝徑向外側不斷 捲起至網狀物2的軸向另一端爲止,而形成盤繞多成層的 環狀盤繞部3;與設在網狀物2的軸向另一端的硬質握持 部4。塞進容器的上部空間前,如第3圖所示,握持部4 突出在比環狀盤繞部3更上方的位置,塞進容器內後,在 容器蓋上蓋子時,如第1圖所示,形成以蓋子的頂面將握 持部4推入環狀盤繞部3的中心孔至握持部4的上端部與 環狀盤繞部3的上端一致爲止。 握持部4是將筒狀網狀物2的軸向另一端部(圖中上 端部)的軸向預定長度的區域綑綁成預定的形狀及大小以 熔接的方式所形成,本實施形態中,是構成平板狀的。該 握持部4的軸長是作成沒有將握持部4塞進中心孔5時的 環狀盤繞部3的軸長的大約一半左右的長度,握持部4的 最大寬度W是作成環狀盤捲部3的中心孔5的直徑r的 -8 - (5) (5)1359769 U〜3倍。此外,握持部4的軸長是指:具有足以達成本 發明之作用的硬度及寬度的部分的軸長,而環狀盤繞部3 的軸長是指:環狀盤繞部的高度尺寸。 根據本實施形態的塡充物1,如第1圖所示,以容器 蓋子的頂板將握持部4推進環狀盤繞部3的中心孔5時, 以握持部4的板面方向的兩處將環狀盤繞部3從內側撐 開’藉此’將構成環狀盤繞部3的各層變成盤繞爲一體, 而可防止僅最外層的鼓起。再者,握持部由於僅存在到環 狀盤繞部3的軸向中途部爲止,所以,在環狀盤繞部的下 端部附近形成環狀盤繞部3的各層朝徑向內側鼓出的狀 態,而使其下部孔6變的更窄,且可有效果地防止藥片等 進入到下部孔6內。 此外,筒狀網狀物2的材質雖適合使用一般的塑料之 例如:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚 酯、乙烯醋酸乙酯、或尼龍等,但即使是該等的發泡體也 同樣可以利用。網狀物的線徑從適用於小型包裝容器內的 固體製劑的塡充物來看,最理想的是直徑5mm以下。而 網狀物的網眼的大小,由於在使用時被壓縮在包裝容器內 所以固體製劑不會從網眼跑出來,但使用一邊20mm以下 的網狀物的話則較實用。此外,網眼的形狀並不限於菱 形,亦可形成爲:正方形、矩形、三角形、六角形或圓形 等。 本發明並不侷限於上述實施形態之物,可適當地更改 設計。例如:上述握持部可作成如第4圖所示之剖面非圓 -9- (6) 1359769 形的各種構造。根據該等變形實施例的握持部’因爲握持 部的上端面會面接觸在蓋子的頂面’所以’以蓋子推入握 持部時握持部不易倒下。 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖爲本發明的一實施形態的塡充物的使用狀態的 縱剖視圖。 # 第2圖爲該塡充物的俯視圖》 第3圖爲該塡充物的縱剖視圖。 第4圖表示該塡充物的握持部的各種變形實施例 (a )〜(f) ’上列爲俯視圖,下列爲前視圖。 第5圖爲習知塡充物的俯視圖。 第6圖爲習知塡充物的縱剖視圖。 第7圖爲習知塡充物的使用狀態的縱剖視圖。 _ 【主要元件符號說明】 1 :塡充物 2 :網狀物 3 :環狀盤繞部 4 :握持部 5 :中心孔 6 :下部孔 21 :固定部 22 :網狀材 -10- (7) (7)13597691359769 Ο 发明 发明 发明 发明 发明 【 【 【 【 【 【 【 【 【 【 【 【 【 【 【 【 】 】 】 , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , This is used as a container filling function that functions as a cushioning material.
