然而’上述習知之轉軸基座與轉軸托架之間俘直接以 複數峨及输,彼此緊密接觸摩擦方式^ 使用-段時間之後,塾片及摩擦片會因為磨耗 現象,同時因摩擦所魅之熱量於㈣上亦無法有效ί遞 及散熱。此外,當上述鬆動現象產生之後,若放任 則此轉軸結構便無法再調整及固定所需之角度、致 轉軸結構失效。 ^ 【發明内容】 本發明之目的在於提供—種顯示裝置之傾角轉抽结 構’乃在於轉軸托架旋轉至—定角度時,限位部與轉轴托 6 ,連動,更進—步使限位部壓迫彈簧 h改變轉動彈簧組件相對於難基座所需的扭矩= ^發明之顯示裝置之傾角_結構,係裝設於一顯示 彈if—底座之間。此傾角轉轴結構包括-轉軸基座、— 一二j件轉轴托架及一轉轴。其中轉袖基座兩側具有 轉部及—第二延伸部,且第—延伸料連接於-專,套^轉軸套件係平行於轉軸基座並與第二延伸部形 預定王間彈頁組件則具有—限位部設置於預設空間 姑限位部與第-延伸部之間係設置—控並相對平行 衣轉軸套件,且控制桿套合—彈箬於宜中。 又,轉軸托钱成-U字型,具有—底座及其兩側面, 此兩側面分別具有-中心孔相餘_套件之中心貫孔, 且底座係_至少-螺絲鎖合於控·。最後,轉抽係貫 穿亚固_軸托架之兩側中心孔、轉軸套件、及限位部a 【實施方式】 、,魏合圖示詳述本發明「顯示裝置之傾角轉轴結構」, 並列舉較佳實施例說明如下: 請參照圖卜係為本發明之顯示裝置及其傾角轉轴結 構之示意圖。傾角轉軸結構100係裝設於一顯示裝置i及 -底座2之間,且傾角轉轴結構觸以轉轴扭力設計來調 整顯示裝置1之傾角角度。 為了使上述傾角轉軸結構100更加清楚,接著請參照 圖2 ’係為本發明之傾角轉轴結構之組立示意圖。傾角轉 軸結構10G包括-轉軸基座收、一彈膂組件⑴4 一轉轴 托架105、及一轉轴]〇6。 轉軸基座102係成一 U字型,u字型兩側分別i有相 對之-第-延伸部體及-第二延伸部腦。其中第一 延伸部1022之面積係大於第二延伸部_之面積,且第 —延伸部1022及第二延伸部丨〇24分別具有一中心孔 1021。第-延伸部1〇22並連接—轉軸套件聰,且轉軸 套件1026為-具有中心貫孔1〇23之長筒結構。如圖所示, 轉軸套件1026平行於熱祕撤,並鮮二延伸部刪 形成-預定㈣103 ’且巾心孔〗〇21係相對於中心貫孔 1023。上述之轉軸基座】〇2、第一延伸部]、第二延伸 部1024與轉軸套件1026係為一體成形之結構。 彈簧組件104至少由一限位部1〇42、一控制桿1〇44、 及—彈簧1046所組成。限位部1〇42係緊密配置於預設空 間103内,且限位部1042與第一延伸部1〇22之間係設置 二控制桿刪並減平行於轉絲件娜,接著在控制 桿1044外套合一彈簧觸於其中。另外,控制桿刪 與延伸部1022之間更具有一凸塊1〇47,其中彈簧1〇46 為連接於凸塊】047,另一端連接於限位部1〇42,並以凸 塊1047與限位部丨042對彈簧1〇46形成止擋作用。 如圖所示,限位部1042具有複數個卡合凸塊】〇43可 卡入第二延伸部丨024之中心孔]〇21内,且第二延伸部 =2\之中心孔〗〇2丨外圍具有複數個相對之凹口。如此可 藉由"周正卡合凸塊丨043之卡人程度,來改變轉動轉軸基座 102相對於限位部1042之彈簧]046所需的扭矩力量。 接著,轉軸托架105亦成一 U字型,具有—底座丨〇52 及其兩側面1054,可與轉軸基座102將彈簧組件ι〇4及轉 軸套件1026包覆其中。兩側面1054分別具有一中心孔 1056相對於轉軸套件1026之中心貫孔1〇23,且底座1〇52 更包括一結合孔丨〇58 ,並以至少一螺絲】鎖固於結合 孔1058與凸塊丨047。並利用轉軸丨〇6,貫穿並固定轉軸基 座】〇2之中心孔102卜轉軸托架丨〇2之兩側$心孔ι〇56、 轉軸套件104、及限位部1〇42。藉由上述螺絲1〇57與轉軸 川6之結合利用,進而使轉軸基座1〇2、彈簧組件⑴4、及 轉軸托架105得以組合。 此外,第二延伸部】〇24外側係設置一固定部件】〇8, 固疋部件108具有一凸柱用以穿過轉軸托架1〇5之側面中 心孔1056及限位部1〇42及其控制桿〗044,且利用至少一 螺絲鎖入此凸柱加以鎖固。固定部件]〇8並設置一孔洞相 對於第二延伸部1〇24之中心孔1〇21,且以一螺絲穿過上 述之孔洞結合於中心孔】〇21。 附帶一提,第一延伸部1〇22外側與結合之轉軸托架 105側面之間更包括一摩擦片1Q9,以作為控制桿1〇44與 相對於轉軸基座1〇2轉動時之接觸面的摩擦阻力。 人請參照圖3及圖4,係為本發明之傾角轉軸結構之組 合不意圖、及沿著圖3之aa,線段剖面之橫截面示意圖。 ^如圖所示,當轉轴托架1〇5旋轉至一定角度時,限位 = =42與轉軸托架1〇5連動,進一步使限位部丨〇42壓迫 單汽1046’並將彈簧丨〇46產生之壓力傳遞到控制桿 以,變轉動彈簀組件丨04相對於轉軸基座102所需的扭矩 力I。另外,藉由調整轉軸托架1〇5之底座1〇52之移動傾 角角度,控制控制桿1〇44及限位部1〇42之凸塊】〇43的連 卞合於第二延伸部 勒,進而可使限位部1〇42之凸塊 1024以固定所調整之傾角角度。 ^換言之,轉軸106所需摩擦力係由轉軸基座102上的 延伸部1G22、控制桿]_、及彈们⑽在轉轴托架 + %轉至疋角度日守,限位部丨是與轉軸托架】仍連 ^第二延伸部刪之凹口與限位部购之凸塊產生相對 ^動,帶祕位部购壓迫彈簧祕並麵力傳遞到控 制桿1044,使得控制桿聰與第一延伸部】〇22摩擦力增 加’補償所得摩擦力,進而達到控制轉軸扭力的目的。藉曰 者控制第二延伸部聰之凹σ與限位部】_之凸塊的^ 合調整並對應彈簧】_的彈力,可使轉軸扭力更加穩定。 本發明具備下列躲及優點:—、採用彈簧控制轉轴 扭力,如此可以不必使用習知的塾片,故可避免其所衍生 之塾片長時期使用產生磨耗之問題。二、使用彈菁可 本降低。三、實施例中提及之固定部件可免於使用,並利 =幸 專軸及控制桿之凸塊一樣可達到傾角轉轴結構的鎖固效 -來縣。四、由於習知數個墊片堆疊播壓所 可來壓力料致第-延伸部及熱姑之 更劇,因此本發縣稀轉糾,同樣不會破壞上^ 接觸面,並可節省成本。 上列詳細制料對本發雜佳實補之具體說 惟上述實施例並非用以限制本發明之專利範圍,凡未脫離 本發明技频神所软料實喊變更,均 之專利範圍中。 、本木 1342422 【圖式簡單說明】 圖〗係為本發明之顯示裝置及其傾角轉軸結構之示音 圖。 '、思 圖2係為本發明之傾角轉軸結構之組立示意圖。 圖3係為本發明之傾角轉轴結構之組合示意圖。 圖4係為圖3之aa,線段剖面之橫截面示意圖。
