1334739 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明基本上係關於一無線通信系統,特別是,本發明係關 於使用傳輸多樣化以在如此之系統中支持點對多點頻道。 【先前技術】 於無線通信系統中,對於使用點對多點服務之需求不斷的增 加’而在點對多點服務中,一個傳輸點係同時傳送資料至多個接 收點。點對多點服務之例子是多媒體廣播(multimediabroadcast) 及多重傳送服務(multicast service )。 無線通信系統中一般使用之概念是傳輸多樣化。在傳輸多樣 化中,多個天線元件係被用以傳輸相同的服務信號,而藉由每一 個天線,所傳輸之信號之相位及振幅皆會加以調整,因此,整體 的傳輸係會被強迫朝向一所需之接收器,而在系統中之其他接收 器則自該服務傳輸中接收較少量或是沒有接收到任何傳輸能量。 對點對點服務而言,傳輸多樣化可被用以隔離使用者,並且據此 而增加整體之無線資源效能(radi〇 resource efflcienCy )。 雖然傳輸多樣化可被用來讓無線資源之使用更為有效,但在 點對多點通信中應用傳輸多樣化是有問題的。接收點對多點通信 之使用者在地理上付出如此之多,以致於傳輸多樣化可能會降低 一些使用者所接收之信號的品質,另外,來自多個使用者之相位 及振幅資訊需要加以處理,並且來自多個使用者的資訊可能會相 5
