圖1 8係顯示開閉構造的第1變形例之構造圖,圖1 9 係顯示開閉構造的第2變形例之構造圖,圖20係顯示開 -23- (21) 1295214 EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a door device and a door device therefor, and relates to a door device for opening and closing a wall by moving a plurality of doors, and The working machine of the door device. [Prior Art] _ In the past, the center of the machine tool for working machines (the machine for machining the workpiece (work; the workpiece) became the iron machine bed of the machine body, and was installed to cover the machine. A splash cover is provided around the body. The splash cover protects the machine from the outside and prevents the chips scattered by the mechanical body from scattering to the outside. In front of the splash cover, a front view is provided. In the rectangular portion, a door device that opens and closes at least two doors in parallel with the opening portion is provided in the opening portion. Thereby, the operator slides the doors in parallel with each other to open the opening portion, and the workpiece is set by the workpiece. On the platform of the mechanical body. In such a door device, it is proposed, for example, to sew the slit to position the guide roller along the downstream gate of the a line of rail. a door device that is adjacent to the upstream of the guide roller, so that a plurality of the doors are independent, and can be supported to move in parallel along one side of the rail (refer to Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-26 1 74 1). Due to Guide mechanical, detailed center of the opening) mechanical body; and . In the box-type splash-proof cover body of the machine tool, the opening portion of the pollution-shaped portion is moved in the same direction, so that the opening and closing openings can be formed in the door, and the guides of the other doors located in the extending direction are privileged. The other side of the rail (1) 1295214 on the opposite side of the side does not need to be provided with a space for the door, so that the door device can be miniaturized. As shown in FIG. 3, in a state where the opening portion 4 is closed by the left door 5 and the right door 6, the guide rail 33 of the main body rail supporting portion 30 is completely protected by the protective sheet 80 and the protective sheet -20-(18) 1295214 8 5 . Covered by land. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the chips scattered by the machining area from adhering to the guide rail 3 3 ' during the operation of the center of the implement, and to smoothly maintain the movement of the left door 5. Referring to Figs. 15 to 1 7, the movement states of the respective rollers regarding the movement of the left door 5 and the right door 6 will be described. As described above, in Fig. 15 to Fig. 7, the inner surface side of the front wall portion 3 is shown. Therefore, for convenience of explanation, the right side in the drawing is referred to as "the left side of the front wall portion 3", and the left side in the figure is "Right side of the front wall portion 3". As shown in Fig. 15, when the opening portion 4 is opened, the left door 5 and the right door 6 are both located on the left side. At this time, the rollers 4 5, 4 8 , and 45 of the roller support portion 40 of the left door 5 are located closer to the rollers 5 5 , 5 8 , and 5 5 of the roller support portion 50 of the right door 6 . Direction side (left side in Figure 15). In this state, most of the left end portion (the left side in Fig. 15) of the guide rail 33 of the main body rail supporting portion 30 is exposed. Further, the rollers 5 5, 5 8 and 5 5 of the roller supporting portion 50 are in contact with the left side surface of the guide rail 43 of the roller supporting portion 40 located on the left side of the splash cover 2. As shown in FIG. 16, when the handle 10 of the right door 6 is grasped (refer to FIG. 1) and moved to the right side (the left side in FIG. 16), the rollers 55, 58 of the roller support portion 50 of the right door 6, The guide rail 43 of the roller support portion 40 that has been rolled by the left door 5 moves to the vicinity of the substantially center of the opening portion 4 when moving to the intermediate position of the guide rail 43. By the above-described chasing, the left door 5 follows the movement of the right door 6, and moves slightly toward the right side. At this time, the rollers 45, 48, 45 of the roller supporting portion 40 of the left door 5 are rolled onto the guide rails 3 of the main body rail supporting portion 30. When the left door 5 is moved to the right side -21 - (19) 1295214, since the guide rail 43 of the roller support portion 40 of the left door 5 also moves, the right door 6 also moves toward the right side and the left door is displaced. Thereby, the right door moved on the guide rail 43 can be made to be approximately half of the moving distance of the actual right door 6. The opening and closing of the right door 6 is promptly performed to reduce the opening and closing, and the opening portion 4 is gradually sealed by the right door 6 and the left door 5 | As shown in Fig. 17, the roller supporting portions 50 2 Φ 58 and 55 of the right door 6 are formed. The roller of the roller support portion 40 of the left door 5 is substantially at the same position, and the abutment portion 4b of the right end of the opening portion 4 of the buffer portion 39' of the right door 6 causes the right door 6 at this time, the protective sheets 80, 85 The body rail branch rail 3 3 is completely covered (refer to Figs. 15, 16). Since the machine center is started to be cut after the opening portion 4 has been cut, the processed chips or coolant will come into contact with the protective sheets 80 and 85, and the chips will be deposited on the guide rails of the main body rail support portion 3 3 3 ® The guide rails 43 of the portion 40 are also extended substantially vertically downward, and the droplets of the chips or the droplets of the coolant are also dropped. The movement of the rollers 45, 48, 45 of the guide rail 33 and the rolling of the guides 5 5, 5 8 and 5 5 can be often performed. As described above, the door device 20 of the present embodiment is the opening 4 of the splash guard 2 in the center of the machine tool, and includes the left door 5 and the right door that can open and close the opening 4 in the door device 20, When the opening portion 4 is closed, the protective sheets 80 and 85 at the lower end portions of the left door 5 and the right door 6 can move the same distance to the right side 5 by the moving distance 6, thereby being labor-intensive. Then close. Roller 5 5, 45, 48, 45, 39 abuts the movement stops. The guidance of the k part 30 is closed. The area is scattered and therefore can be prevented. The roller is supported so that even if the cutting is smooth, the rolling of the roller 4 3 is set to work. Specifically, the device of 6. They are respectively disposed on the guide rails 3 3 of the main body rail supporting portions 30 for guiding the lower sides of the left door -22-(20) 1295214 5 to the left and right. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the chips from being deposited on the guide rails 3 3 . Since the guide rails 43 of the roller supporting portion 40 that guide the lower side of the right door 6 toward the left and right are substantially vertically downward, the cuttings are dropped even if the chips come into contact with the guide rails 43. Therefore, the left door 5 and the right door 6 can be moved smoothly. Since the main body rail support portion 30 is formed to have substantially the same length as the lower end portion of the opening portion 4 (see FIG. 5), when the opening portion 4 is closed by the left door 5 and the right door 6, the main body rail support portion 30 is not opened. The lower end portion of the portion 4 protrudes, and the left door 5 is placed on the body rail support portion 30. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the cutting chips from falling onto the main body rail supporting portion 30. When the left door 5 is moved to the right side, the guide rails 43 of the roller support portion 40 of the left door 5 are also moved to the right side, so that the right door 6 can also simultaneously move to the right side by the amount of movement distance corresponding to the left door 5. Thereby, the moving distance of the right door 6 moved on the guide rail 43 can be made substantially half of the moving distance of the actual right door 6. Therefore, the opening and closing of the right door 6 can be quickly performed, and the labor associated with opening and closing can be reduced. Further, the door device of the present invention can be variously modified. For example, the opening and closing structure of the left door 5 and the right door 6 of the above-described embodiment is constituted by the main body rail supporting portion 30, the roller supporting portion 40, the roller supporting portion 5, and the like, but the configuration is also changed by The installation combination of the track and the roller reaches at least three variants.
