This invention is to provide a formula of surface treatment on the substrates by using an inorganic coatings and surface polishing, which uses inorganic plating solution onto glass, tile, polished porcelain, marble, granite, artificial stone, etc., whose great amount of pores distributed on the surface is uniformly dispersed and filled up by the plating solution using physical polishing method in order to impart properties such as high leveling degree, surface brightness enhancement, hydrophilicity, stain-resistance, weatherability, and chemical resistance. Anti-bacterial material can also be added to strengthen its anti-bacterial effect. In particular, the surface hydrophilicity of the coated substrate can be increased to reduce the water drops formed by surface tension during raining to prevent the coated substrate from influence of the leaf-burn phenomenon which will damage its appearance and its service lifespan, such that stain resistance can be effectively enhanced.
