1272060 (1) 玖、發明說明 【發明所屬的技術領域】 本發明是關於支座構件,特別是關於設置在紡車式捲 線器的支座構件。 【先行技術】 一般來說,是以紡車式捲線器來進行,將活餌穿在釣 勾上作爲釣組來進行釣魚的所謂的活餌釣法。在這種情況 ’在將釣組投擲出去之後,則將釣竿放置在竿座讓把手或 轉子不會碰到地面,讓活餌暫時自由游動,釣者則暫時等 待。在這種情況,特別是當在碼頭或堤防進行活餌釣法時 ’就很難放置竿座。而即使安裝竿座,當爲了變更釣點而 頻繁地移動時,必須拿著竿座移動會很麻煩。而由於當釣 到魚時需要直接進行捲繞操作,而如果安裝於竿座上就很 難進行靈敏的捲繞操作。 因此’如日本實開平4 — 9 1 6 7 5號公報所揭示的 習知的構造,是把將金屬棒彎曲的梯形的支座構件安裝在 捲線器主體所形成的卡合部的構造。在這種捲線器,由於 支座構件是安裝在捲線器主體,不需要進行對竿座的安裝 ’可簡單地搬運,當釣到魚時可直接進行捲繞操作。 【發明內容】 【發明欲解決的課題】 上述公報所揭示的捲線器,是把梯形的支座構件安裝 -4- (2) 1272060 在捲線器主體所形成的卡合部,當釣到魚時可直接進行捲 繞操作。可是,這種支座構件,由於是使金屬棒彎曲來形 成梯形,所以支座構件的加工較麻煩,其構造可能會很複 雜。 而且由於要在捲線器主體形成支座構件安裝專用的卡 合部,所以很難在傳統的捲線器安裝支座構件。 本發明的課題,針對設置於紡車式捲線器的支座構件 ,要作成能以簡單的構造來安裝於傳統的捲線器。 【用以解決課題的手段】 第1發明的紡車式捲線器的支座構件,是在左右兩側 部具有把手安裝部,且在沒有安裝著用來使轉子旋轉的把 手的側邊的把手安裝部,安裝著蓋子構件的紡車式捲線器 的支座構件,是具備有:形成爲棒狀的主體構件、設置在 主體構件的其中一端可代替蓋子構件安裝於把手安裝部的 安裝部、以及設置在主體構件的另一端,在將紡車式捲線 器安裝於釣竿的狀態中,可與釣竿一起接觸地面而讓轉子 的旋轉軌跡與地面隔著距離的接地部。 在這種支座構件中,在進行活餌釣法時,是將安裝部 代替蓋子構件安裝在把手安裝部,且藉由使接地部接觸地 面,則可將捲線器立起。由於主體構件是形成爲棒狀’所 以支座構件的加工會變得很容易’支座構件的構造會很簡 單。而藉由形成可自由裝卸地安裝於把手安裝部的安裝部 ,則可將支座構件安裝在傳統的捲線器。 -5- (3) 1272060 第2發明的支座構件,是針對第1發明的支座構件, 蓋子構件及安裝部是以螺栓固定的方式固定在把手安裝部 。在這種情況,藉由在蓋子構件及安裝部或把手安裝部形 成公螺紋或母螺紋,則可確實且容易地安裝支座構件。 第3發明的支座構件,是針對第1或2發明的支座構 件,主體構件是鋁合金製的構件。在這種情況,藉由以鋁 合金來形成主體構件,讓主以構件的加工更容易。 第4發明的支座構件,是針對第1、2或3發明的支 座構件,接地部是設置成與主體構件不同的個體。在這種 情況,例如,可以用不同材質的構件來形成接地部與主體 構件。 第5發明的支座構件,是針對第4發明的支座構件, 接地部是不鏽鋼合金製的構件。在這種情況,由於利用不 鏽鋼合金來形成接地部,所以可以將用來接觸地面的接地 部的強度維持得很高。 【發明實施方式】 本發明的一種實施方式的紡車式捲線器,如第1圖及 第2圖所示,是在沿著釣竿R的長軸方向的軸周圍捲繞釣 線的捲線器,是具備有:具備有把手1的捲線器主體2、 可自由旋轉地支承在捲線器主體2的前部的轉子3、以及 配置在轉子3的前部用來捲繞釣線的捲線筒4。 捲線器主體2,如第1圖及第2圖所示,例如是合成 樹脂製的,是具有:安裝在釣竿R的前後很長的安裝部2 -6 - (4) 1272060 c、與安裝部2 c隔著間隔配置且在內部具有機構收容空 間的捲線器體2 a、以及用來連結安裝部2 c與捲線器體 2 a的腳部2 b。在捲線器體2 a的兩側部,如第1圖及 第3圖所示,可裝卸地安裝著把手1的把手安裝部2 d是 突出形成。而在沒有安裝把手1的側邊的把手安裝部2 d ,可安裝著如第3圖所示的支座構件7 0或第5圖所示的 蓋子構件8 0。 支座構件70,如第3圖及第4圖所示,是具有:形 成爲棒狀的主體構件7 1、設置在主體構件7 1的其中一 端的安裝部7 2、以及設置在主體構件7 1的另一端的接 地部7 3。 主體構件7 1 ,如第4圖所示,在捲線器安裝於釣竿 R的狀態,是可與釣竿R —起接觸地面而讓轉子3的旋轉 軌跡與地面G隔著距離。接地部7 3 ,是設置成與主體構 件7 1不同個體的構件且是不鏽鋼合金製的構件。 蓋子構件8 0,如第5圖及第6圖所示是安裝在沒有 安裝把手1的側邊的把手安裝部2 d。在蓋子構件8 0, 如第6圖所示,是形成有用來螺合於把手安裝部2 d的沒 有圖示的母螺紋部的公螺紋部8 0 a。 在捲線器體2 a的內部,如第2圖所示,是設置有: 用來使轉子3旋轉的轉子驅動機構5、用來制動轉子3的 放線方向的旋轉的柄制動機構6、以及經由捲線軸8來使 捲線筒4朝前後往復移動的往復機構2 0。 轉子3 ,如第2圖所示,例如是合成樹脂製或金屬製 (5) 1272060 的,是可自由旋轉地被支承在捲線器主體2 °轉子3 ’具 有:圓筒部3 a、以及相互相對向設置在圓筒部3 a的側 邊的第一臂部3 b及第二臂部3 c。在第一臂部3 b的前 端與第二臂部3 c的前端部’設置有可自由擺動的環形臂 9。藉由該環形臂9來將釣線導引至捲線筒4。 捲線筒4,如第2圖所示,是配置在轉子3的第一臂 部3 b與第二臂部3 b之間,是可自由裝卸且不能旋轉地 被安裝在捲線軸8的前端。捲線筒4,具有:在外周捲繞 釣線藉由金屬薄板所形成的捲線體部4 a 、在捲線體部4 a的後端部藉由金屬薄板一體成形的筒狀的裙部4 b、以 及安裝在捲線體部4 a的內周側的合成樹脂製的內筒構件 4 c 〇 轉子驅動機構5 ,如第2圖所示,是具有:與固定著 把手1的把手軸1 0 —起旋轉的主齒輪1 1、以及嚙合於 該主齒輪1 1的小齒輪1 2。把手軸1 0,是可自由旋轉 地被支承在捲線器主體2。小齒輪1 2是形成爲筒狀,小 齒輪1 2的前部是貫穿轉子3朝向捲線筒4側延伸。 柄制動機構6,是具有:制動部1 6、用來調整操作 制動部1 6的制動力的制動柄1 7、用來將制動部1 6操 作成預定制動狀態的輔助柄1 8、以及用來將制動柄1 7 朝向偏離安裝部2 c的方向彈壓的線圈彈簧1 9。 在該支座構件7 0,在進行活餌釣法的情況,可代替 蓋子構件8 0將安裝部7 2安裝在把手安裝部2 d,藉由 使接地部7 3與釣竿R —起接觸地面而讓轉子3的旋轉軌 -8- (6) 1272060 跡與地面G隔著距離,則可以將捲線器立起。由於主體構 件7 1是形成爲棒狀,所以支座構件7 0的加工會很容易 ’支座構件7 0的構造很簡單。藉由形成可自由裝卸地安 裝在把手安裝部2 d的安裝部2,則可以將支座構件7 0 安裝在習知的捲線器。 【其他實施方式】 (a )在上述實施方式中,雖然是用柄制動式的紡車式 捲線器爲例子來說明,可是本發明並不限於此,其他紡車 式捲線器也適用本發明。 (b)在上述實施方式中,雖然是以不同的個體來設置 鋁合金製的主體構件7 1、與不鏽鋼合金製的接地部7 3 ,如第7圖所示,也可以將主體構件7 1與接地部7 3 — 體成型。主體構件7 1與接地部7 3的材質並沒有限定。 【發明效果】 φ 設置於本發明的紡車式捲線器的支座構件’由於具備 有:形成爲棒狀的主體構件、代替用來封閉把手安裝部的 蓋子構件的可安裝的安裝部、以及在紡車式捲線器安裝於 釣竿的狀態可與釣竿一起接觸地面讓轉子的旋轉軌跡與地 面隔著距離的接地部,所以能以簡單的構造來安裝於以往 的捲線器。 【圖式簡單說明】 -9 - (7) 1272060 第1圖是本發明的一種實施方式的紡車式捲線器的側 面圖。 第2圖是上述紡車式捲線器的側面剖面圖。 第3圖是安裝著支座構件的上述紡車式捲線器的背面 圖。 第4圖是上述支座構件的剖面圖。 第5圖是安裝著蓋子構件的上述紡車式捲線器的背面 圖。 第6圖是上述蓋子構件的剖面圖。 第7圖是其他實施方式的第4圖相稱圖。 【圖號說明】 1 :把手 2 :捲線器主體 2 d :把手安裝部 3 :轉子 4 :捲線筒 7 0 :支座構件 71:主體構件 7 2 :安裝部 7 3 :接地部 8 0 :蓋子構件 G :地面 R :釣竿 -10-1272060 (1) Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a holder member, and more particularly to a holder member provided in a spinning reel.
