15 1269820 【圖式簡單說明】 苐1圖 第2圖 第3圖 第4圖 =月:關之織物之部分放大圖 紗構成層紗之構成圖,(a)為第1之叠層 :!2,)為第2疊層紗之構成圖 I 關之其他織物之部分放大圖 :第=示織物之構成構件之疊層物之構成 物之構成圖1之$層物構成圖,⑻為第Η層 【符號說明】 A、Β 織物 2 第2疊層紗 5、6 豐層物 5b、6b金屬層 第1疊層紗 纖維 合成樹 月曰薄骐1269820 坎, invention description: [Technical field to which the invention belongs], the present invention relates to a fabric and a fiber product, which is safe, and has a long-lasting anti-touch, antibacterial, anti-mildew effect, and can decompose and purify harmful substances. 2 fabrics that can generate negative ions and fiber products made of fiber products. [Prior Art] Since the past, 'has insect, antibacterial, anti-mildew effect, ==! users have, for example, specific active ingredients in The production of a fiber product of the raw material fiber, or the attachment of such an active ingredient to the mouth of the dyeing process, has been developed and utilized as a laminated yarn or laminate formed by sandwiching an antibacterial metal = layered structure between synthetic resin films. 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。 It is also possible to use a material that can produce a potential difference, such as the 夕 金属 metal, which is sandwiched between a synthetic resin thin film and a fiber-reinforced product of a farmer's layer or a layered material. (For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2003-328237) ^ is 'It is said that negative ions have the effect of making people comfortable, but there are smashed micro-powders that can be used to produce negative ions or pulverized micro-powders of calcium carbide. ·Incorporated and coated fiber products' also have been developed and used to restore soil. J user 〇 (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2000-73254). However, these fiber products have the following problems. Using a fiber product of a laminated yarn or a laminate, against bacteria, viruses, and 1269820: - Although some molds are effective, they cannot expect to completely control their proliferation mouths, fleas, insects, etc., and the proliferation control of large-scale fungi and plankton cannot be controlled by lively strong black mold, red mold, red mold, etc. In addition, in the production of potential differences, most of the metal "laminate yarns or laminates, need to vaporize most of the metal and have high manufacturing costs. Mountain, and then use wood products or tourmalin fiber products, wood j Stone The cause of the problem is easy to fall off due to external stimuli such as washing, and there is a problem that it is impossible to maintain its performance. + Moreover, the fiber products with anti-insect, antibacterial, anti-mildew effect and S-negative ion ability have not been developed yet. The purpose is to solve the above problems, to provide a kind of fabric and fiber, ', product' with anti-insect, antibacterial and anti-mildew effects, and at the same time can generate negative ions, and to eliminate the stimulation of harmful substances or vibrations, etc. The first fabric according to the present invention has a first-layer woven fabric, which is a synthetic resin, which does not impair the user's touch, aesthetics, functional reality, and the like. The metal 35 is vapor-deposited on one side of the film, and the metal layer between the synthetic resin films of the vapor-mineral and the metal layers is bonded to the inner surface to form a sandwich structure, and the sandwich structure is cut into a yarn shape. 1 and the second laminated yarn is a metal having a potential difference from a metal layer constituting the second laminated yarn, and is vapor-deposited on one surface of the synthetic resin film, and the both sides of the metal layer are vapor-deposited. The metal film between the resin films is bonded to each other inwardly to form a 1269820 sandwich structure, and the sandwich structure is formed into a yarn shape, and these are used as a part of the original yarn. Further, the second fabric according to the present invention, The third woven fabric and the second woven fabric are arranged to intersect with each other. The third woven fabric according to the present invention has an i-th laminate, which is a surface-vapor-bonded metal layer of a synthetic resin film. The two layers of the synthetic resin film of the same metal layer are bonded to each other to form an in-line surface, and the sandwich structure is formed by pulverizing the sandwich structure; and the second layer layer is formed and structured. The metal layer of the i-th laminated yarn has a potential difference metal, vapor deposition = one side of the synthetic resin film, and the metal layer between the synthetic resin films on which the metal layer is vapor-deposited is inwardly merged with each other to form a sandwich structure. Then, the sandwich structure is pulverized, and these are attached to the fabric. Further, in the fiber product according to the present invention, the above fabric is used as a part of the material. In this way, the fabric and the fiber product according to the present invention are caused by a potential difference between the laminated yarns or laminates containing different kinds of metals, that is, the function of a so-called battery, and the weak current is generated to generate insect proof, antibacterial, and anti-mildew. Negative ions occur. In addition, since the metal layer is protected by the synthetic resin film, and the exposed surface is subjected to a rubbing cost of $, the fabric and the fiber clothing mouth are laminated with the laminated yarn and the laminate as a constituent element, or a bleaching agent is used, and the insect pest is not reduced. • Sterilization and anti-mildew effect • Negative ion generation effect, and the appearance of the woven fabric, the laminate, and the woven fabric and the fiber product which are constituent elements are not deteriorated due to the blackening of the metal layer. 1269820 [Embodiment] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a partially enlarged view of a first dyed fabric (fabric A) of one of the fabrics of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the fabric A is a first-layer laminated yarn, a first-stacked yarn, and a yarn 3, according to the first laminated yarn i/yarn 3/second stack yarn 2/yarn 3/first laminated yarn. 1/Yarn 3/2nd laminated yarn 2... The plain weave fabric in a certain order. Further, the interval between the i-th laminated yarn i and the second laminated yarn 2 is about 丄 to ga, but the relationship between the desired effect and the cost is preferably about 2 to 15 mm. ... Figure 2 shows the first laminated yarn! Or an enlarged view of the second laminated yarn 2, which is produced by the following steps. In the following, in the case of the laminated yarn 1, the manufacturing process of the second laminated yarn 2 is the same as the manufacturing process of the second layered yarn 2 except for the metal layer described later. The process is omitted except for the different parts of the province. First, in the synthetic resin film la, the metal is steamed into a metal layer lb by a vacuum evaporation method or an ion-vapor method. Then, the metal layer of the synthetic resin film la of the metal layer 1b is bonded to the inner surface by an adhesive to form a sandwich structure in which the metal layer 1b is sandwiched by the synthetic film la. Finally, the laminated structure 1 is completed by cutting the sandwich structure in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, the width of the laminated yarn, in consideration of economy and feeling to the skin, is preferably about 100 to 500 #m, but considering the quality of the fabric, the ease of the cutting process, etc., 150 to 250 //m It is better. Here, the synthetic resin film la is a film made of polyester, polyamide, polyolefin or the like, and has a thickness of about 4 to 5 〇 ^ m, and about 6 to 12 g for the softness of the product 1269820. should. Iron, = metal constituting the metal layers 1b and 2b, can be considered gold, gold, gold, etc., as long as the metal layer 1b and the second laminated yarn can produce a potential difference between =2b' Various metals can be used. To the combination with the metal layer 2b, there are, for example, tin, stellite, yang and silver, iron and copper, aluminum and gold, and the like. As the polyacrylic acid-drying agent, a polyurethane dry-cleaning agent, a polyester-based dry-cleaning agent, a mixture, or the like can be considered. However, in consideration of the safety of the fabric, a low-complexity poly-I system is preferred. Further, the laminated yarn 2 is a fabric which is used for one of the surface of the synthetic resin film and the other side is coated with a synthetic resin. For the purpose of the present invention, the legal non-woven fabric (the fabric is about the second surface of the non-woven fabric made of the fiber 4) is mixed with the dry agent net and printed on the dot. In addition, the points on the map printed on the map Only the two of the ST laminate 5 and the laminate 6 of the laminate 5 or the laminate 6 may be used. Further, the shape of the mesh 4 is 'in addition to the dot shape, the line is printed on the entire surface. The object is cut and pulverized in both directions in the longitudinal and transverse directions. Further, the cutting size of the laminate 5 and the laminate 6 is - the edge is ^. Further, the types of materials and thicknesses of the synthetic resin films 5& and 6& and the metal layers 5b and 6b may be the same as those of the laminated yarn i and the laminated yarn 2. The fabric A thus constituted And the fabric B, through the moisture content of the products and the living environment and the moisture of the sweat, the kitchen disregard, the bathhouse, the washing and the like, the water is given by the artificially mixed yarn and the laminated yarn 2, or the laminate 5 A potential difference is generated between the laminate 6 and the weak current of the potential difference to produce the above-mentioned function and effect. Further, since the metal layers lb, 2b, 叻, 叻, the side surface is outside, it is inevitable to oxidize and chlorinate, but Adjacent fibers rub against each other, and the oxidized portion is apt to fall off, and is not easily seen even if it is not detached. Further, the metal layers lb, 2b, 5b, and 6b are not bonded to the side of the metal resin la, 2a, 5a or 6a is protected, so it is not oxidized and vaporized. Because of the repeated washing or use of bleach, the anti-g effect, the anti-mildew effect and the negative ion-generating effect are not reduced. Thereafter, the fabric of the present invention is produced, and various tests are carried out. Description (1) The system of laminated yarn A 50 nm metal layer was deposited by a vacuum evaporation method 10 1269820 in a film of thickness 12 " mm, and a polyester film of the same metal layer was deposited by a polyester binder. The metal layer was bonded to the inner surface to form a sandwich structure. Finally, the sandwich structure was cut to have a width of 150/m in the longitudinal direction to produce a first laminated yarn. The second stack was produced by vapor-depositing instead of aluminum. (2) The manufacture of the fabric is made by using 40 yarns at an equal interval of 1 inch and 1 inch as the warp of the automatic loom. Then the third layer of yarn, 4 () cotton The yarn and the second laminated yarn are 50 in total between i inches, and the distance between the ith laminated yarn and the second laminated yarn is 4 mm, and the first laminated yarn, the 4 twisted yarn, and the second laminated yarn are used. The order of 40 cotton yarns, first laminated yarns, ... was used as a weft yarn to produce a plain weave (Example 1). Further, the laminated yarn at this time was formed by using a polyester fiber, a yarn of 隹20 denier, and a reverse twist of 2 0 //m. (3) Resistance test Further, in Example 1, the sample was washed 10 times according to JIS L027103, (the JAFET standard detergent was used as the laundry agent), and the antibacterial property test was carried out by a shake flask method. However, the test strains use Klebsiella. The result is an effective reduction rate of 84.6%, indicating excellent antimicrobial properties. In addition, the shellfish was also subjected to an antibacterial test according to JIS L 0 2 710 No. 3 (JACKER standard laundry detergent), and then subjected to an antibacterial test according to the jis [1902 quantitative test (uniform test method). As a result, the activity of the bacteria was 0.02, and it was confirmed that the bacteria had an excellent antibacterial and deodorizing function. The test strain used Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P. However, it is a well-known fact that the metal layer is a layered yarn of Ming, or a single layer of tin with a metal layer of 1269820. The fabrics produced by the usual methods do not have such a function, and therefore such functions are considered to be due to the laminated yarns produced in (1). Further, the composite film, the turtle, the tin, and the like which constitute the wavy yarn are not resistant to g, but the antibacterial property is obtained by using the two kinds of woven yarns. Therefore, the above-mentioned antibacterial action is considered to be caused by the presence of moisture in the antibacterial test to make a conductive state between the laminated yarns, so that the potential difference between the metals is contained, that is, the battery acts as a battery, and the weak current flows. (4) The manufacture of the laminate, except that the metal layer is silver, the slab-like structure produced by the method of (1) is pulverized into 〇·15 0.1 0.15 丽, and the first layer containing silver and the second layer containing aluminum are produced. Laminate. (5) The printed fabric is made of 100% spun-type non-woven fabric of polyacetate, and the total weight of the non-woven fabric, the deadener, and the laminate is 4 times that of the first laminate and the second laminate. The mixture was mixed to prepare a mixture, and the mixture was printed by dot printing to produce a printed fabric (Example 2). This fabric contained 2nd and 2nd laminates each accounting for 25% by weight of the entire fabric. 》In the smear-bonded non-woven fabric of the polyacetate, the ith composition of the second layer of the laminate and the binder is produced, and the second mixture of the second laminate and the binder is prepared, Printed by screen printing, the dots formed by the i-th mixture, and the printed fabric in which the points of the second mixture are intersected with each other (Example 3). The fabric also comprises a 1·2 stack of 2% by weight of the total weight. 12 1269820 Moreover, in a 100% spunbonded nonwoven fabric of polyester, a mixture of only 4 times of foamed binder of the first laminate was prepared, and the mixture was screen printed into a dot-shaped printed fabric (Comparative) example 1). This fabric contains 3% of the total weight of the first laminate. (6) Anti-fungal test The anti-mildew test was carried out in accordance with the test of the JIS Z2911 fiber test and the wet method in Example 2, Example 3 and Comparative Example 1 produced in (5). The test strain was a mixed cell suspension of Aspergillis niger ATCC 6275, Penicillium citrinum ATCC 98489, Chaetoraium globosum ATCC 6205, Myrothecium verrucaria ATCC 9095, 4 strains at 28 °C ± 2. (: 14 cultivating. The result was "long-term mildew after 14 days in Comparative Example 1, but the phenomenon of mildew was not recognized after 14 days in Example 2 and Example 3. Aluminum and synthetic resin film body and adhesive There is no antibacterial property and anti-fungal property is common scientific knowledge, but the amount of antibacterial and anti-fungal silver laminate is reduced, and the antibacterial property and anti-fungal property are reduced to be obvious. However, in Example 2 and In Example 3, the antibacterial property and the antifungal property were remarkably improved. This is the antibacterial property and the antifungal property of silver, and the potential difference between the two metals constituting the laminate is the function of the battery, flowing through Further, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments or examples, and various modifications are possible within the technical scope of the patent application. First, in the above embodiments, the use of the fabric A & B is not particularly mentioned. 'In fact: underwear, underwear, socks, all kinds of shirts, belly, pajamas and other clothing, bed sheets, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and other bedding, socks, 13 1269820 ceiling materials, floor boards and other daily necessities, carpets ,curtain , wallpaper, residential equipment, etc. can be used. The fabric can also be used. 4 In addition, the laminated yarn can be used alone or as a yarn selection material, or the laminated yarn can be used as the core and the outer skin yarn can be used as a subtle yarn, 1 owe, / 々 然 fiber or synthetic fiber. A core yarn). Further, the laminate may be attached to the fabric by an adhesive as in the above embodiment, or a synthetic resin adhesive layer having a lower melting point than the artificial resin film may be disposed outside the synthetic resin film 5a or 5b, and then blanched. Press and dissolve the two dry layers to fit. Further, as the metal type constituting the metal layer, a laminated yarn or a laminate of three or more different types may be used as a constituent element of the woven fabric or the fiber product. The woven fabric and the fiber product according to the present invention have a plurality of laminated yarns and laminates in which a metal layer is sandwiched by a synthetic resin film as a constituent member. The metal layers constituting the laminated yarns and the laminates are made of different kinds of metals capable of generating a potential difference. Therefore, 'the potential difference generated between the laminated yarns or laminates containing different kinds of metals' means that the battery acts through a weak current, and there are insects, antibacterial, anti-mildew, negative ions, and decomposition of harmful substances by electrical decomposition. Chemical effects, etc. _ 14 1269820 Moreover, the metal layer is protected by the synthetic resin film, and the exposed surface is rubbed, and the woven fabric and the fibrous product which are the constituent members of the laminated yarn and the laminate are repeatedly washed or bleached, and the insectproof, antibacterial, and The anti-mold effect or the occurrence of negative ions is not reduced, or the metal layer is free from blackening, and the appearance of the fibrous product of the laminated yarn, the laminate, and the fabric constituting the member is not impaired. 15 1269820 [Simple description of the drawing] 苐1Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 = month: Part of the enlarged fabric of the closed fabric constitutes the composition of the layer yarn, (a) is the stack of the first: !2 ,) is a partial enlarged view of the other fabrics of the second laminated yarn shown in Fig. I: The composition of the laminate of the constituent members of the fabric shown in Fig. 1 is the composition of the layer of Fig. 1, and (8) is the third Layer [Description of Symbols] A, 织物 Fabric 2 Second tiered yarn 5, 6 Thickened material 5b, 6b Metal layer First laminated yarn Fiber composite tree
