Abstract
To prepare a dielectric layer forming transfer film which can form a uniform dielectric layer without being affected by dusts and foreign matters on a substrate, and also it can form the dielectric layer having high light transmission properties, and has excellent flexibility of the film forming material layer and transfer properties (heat-adhesion properties to the substrate). The dielectric layer forming transfer film is characterized by containing 10 to 25 pts.wt. of organic ingredients against 100 pts.wt. of inorganic particules.
