Abstract

Disclosed is a power generator able to drive wheels of a vehicle, including an engine, an air compressor driven by the engine, a gas storage cylinder for storing the compressed air, a switch unit with a first and a second flow path, a first pipeline unit with one end communicating to the gas storage cylinder, a pneumatic motor, and a second pipeline unit with a third and fourth pipeline with one end communicating to the pneumatic motor. When a vehicle brakes, the second flow path is switched into an ON state, whereby the other end of the first pipeline unit and the fourth pipeline are communicated to the second flow path, such that the rotation inertia for the wheels of a vehicle is able to drive the pneumatic motor, and the compressed air is forced into the fourth pipeline by the pneumatic motor, and recycled in the gas storage cylinder through the second flow path and the first pipeline unit.
