Abstract

The present invention provides a field-emission display device. The field-emission display device includes a cathode electrode, a number of field-emission units which are electrically connected with the cathode electrode; a spacer disposed on the cathode electrode; a gate electrode formed on the spacer; and a phosphor screen. The spacer includes a shadow mask and an insulative layer formed thereon. The shadow mask has a number of patterned microholes which correspond to the field-emission units.
