Abstract
A method to adjust the clock frequency of CPU is disclosed, in which is an optimum adjustment of clock frequency is proceeded step-by-step based on the current usage state data of CPU, such as: CPU usage, CPU loading, etc. The method comprises first calculating the proper clock level, and then adjusting the current clock frequency to the target clock level by fuzzy control, so that the CPU can exert maximum function with large operational loading, and can save the consumption of unnecessary resource when the operational loading is small.
