Description

[Prior Art] A general luminescent paint, such as a varnish, can, in some cases, impart a safe or decorative effect to an object coated with the luminescent paint. Luminous coatings absorb light energy under the sun or under the illumination, which emits visible light without light. Therefore, the luminous properties of the luminous coatings provide a high degree of visibility. The composition of the luminescent coating and the type of the additive are related to the manner in which it can be applied, such as by directly applying a brush to the object. At present, there is no spray on the market to spray the luminous paint. The luminous powder, which is one of the luminous coatings, is usually a metal-inorganic compound, and its specific gravity is very large, and it is easy to cause precipitation and agglomeration in a general organic solvent environment. In addition, the luminous paint is loaded into a general hairspray device, usually because the nozzle of the hair spray device is very small. If there is no proper luminous paint formulation and hair spray device, the luminous paint will block the spray in the nozzle. Bad, and even worse, it is impossible to erupt. Due to the aesthetic requirements, the use of spray to spray the luminous coating must have the effect of preventing cracking of the paint surface, forming pinholes or depressions. In general, luminous paints must have good thixotropy, anti-settling and dispersibility, meaning that the luminous powder will not precipitate under a short period of storage, and still have a good dispersion effect, in addition, After a long period of storage, precipitation will gradually occur, but by shaking the cans of 1247787 paint, the overall luminous powder and other components can be evenly dispersed. (4) Acetic acid fiber 1 to 5% to improve the adhesion, strength, anti-dust, and bending of the acrylic resin. Anti-discoloring and anti-crack. (5) The dispersant is 0.5 to 1.5%, has a wetting function, and reduces the interfacial tension between the acrylic resin, the luminous powder and the fluorescent powder. (6) Anti-precipitate agent 1.5~5.5% to prevent precipitation, gelation, agglomeration and hardening of luminous powder and phosphor powder. (7) Slip and leveling agent 0.5~3%, increasing the directionality of the luminous powder and the fluorescent powder, so that the paint surface has good flatness. (8) Epoxy-plasticizer 0·5~5%, increasing the turbulence of acrylic resin, 1247787 makes the paint surface not easy to crack and has anti-pulverization effect. (9) The organic solvent is 15 to 30%, and has the function of helping to disperse the above components and adjust the viscosity. The composition of the present invention is suitable for use in the form of a spray, and has good shake, dispersibility and precipitation resistance. In addition, with the use of a white primer or sprayed on the surface of a white object, the present invention will provide better visibility and stable long-lasting luminosity, and the painted surface of the crucible will not be cracked due to drying or environmental factors. . The above and other objects and advantages of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the appended claims. [Embodiment] The acrylic resin solution in the present embodiment has an acrylic resin content of 45%, and the appearance thereof is a viscous transparent liquid, and is a thermoplastic acrylic resin or a hard acrylic resin material. It has good fluidity in an organic solvent environment and is used as an adhesive. The luminous powder is a luminescent material of a rare earth aluminum bismuth citrate series, and the powder has a particle size of 15 to 25 μm, absorbs visible light and emits light such as yellow-green light, blue-green light and orange light. Fluorescent powder absorbs ultraviolet light that is invisible to the naked eye, and magnifies the wavelengths of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, enamel and violet light to make the visual effect of the luminous paint more vivid and bright. In order to make the luminescent coating of the present invention suitable for spraying on the surface of an object by spraying, additives are used to improve the properties of the coating. Cellulose acetate is a thermoplastic polymer that enhances the adhesion of acrylic resin and increases the adhesion of the overall luminescent coating. Its 1247787 appearance is a white powder. The dispersing agent is a non-fluorenone polymer dispersing agent, and its appearance is a yellow viscous liquid for wetting the luminous powder and the fluorescent powder, and reducing the interfacial tension between the luminous powder, the fluorescent powder and the acrylic resin, so that The luminous powder and the fluorescent powder are sufficiently dispersed between the acrylic resin to prevent the occurrence of floating color. The anti-settling agent is a polyethylene polymer organic compound, and its appearance is a paste-like solid, which is used to prevent the formation of night light powder and phosphor powder, gelation, agglomeration and hardening, and makes the overall luminous paint paint have Good shake degeneration. The leveling agent is a polymer-fluorine-modified olefinic acid copolymer, and the appearance is a pale yellow liquid, and its function is to make the luminous powder and the fluorescent powder align in a directional arrangement, thereby improving the fluidity and flatness of the paint surface. And to prevent the occurrence of craters, depressions and pinholes. Epoxy plasticizer is an epoxidized soybean oil, a non-volatile liquid. Its appearance is a yellowish oil to increase the toughness of the acrylic resin, making the paint surface less prone to cracking and anti-pulverization. The organic solvent can be used as a solvent for ketones, benzenes and esters, and its appearance is mostly a white transparent clear liquid to help disperse the various components of the night paint coating and adjust the viscosity of the coating.
