1246859 玖、發明說明 (發明說明應敘明:發明所屬之技術領域、先前技術、內容、實施方式及圖式簡單說 明) 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明爲有關一種互動電視裝置判斷輸入電話號碼形態 之方法,乃係涉及互動電視與電話通訊的技術領域,特別是 指有關一種適用發話端爲互動電視裝置,並可自動依發話端 所輸入之通訊指向撥號資料,由控制單元根據撥號資料所含 之標示碼,判斷指向受話端的通訊設備型態,進行相對連線 路網之通訊連線程序執行。 【先前技術】 按,雩話通訊,係爲一種利用有線或無線通訊連線,進行 發話端與受話端的語音通訊。此爲一種被廣泛使用且相當快速 的訊息通訊之技術與方法,但這種通訊方式在具體的使用上, 是必需透過另外架設的電話連線,再經過通訊交換機的訊號處 理,達到電話通訊的連線,換言之,就目前的技術,該習知的 電g舌機連線’目則仍限制於受到電話線進行連線的限制。 又,網路電話係爲一種透過網際網路進行語音通訊的產 品。技術原理在於將語音轉換爲數位資料,然後透過網路把杳 料傳送到受話者的連網電腦或電話’再轉換爲語音播放出來。 由於這種通話模式,只要支付家中寬頻或撥接網路的費用,所 以無論受話者的距離多遠,撥打長途或國際電話都不需額外支 付通話費給電信業者。因此’對於時常需要撥打長^國際電 話的使用者來說,習知網路電話是一種非常經濟的通识產品。 3705-009TWP.doc-4/26 1246859 另一方面,隨著互動電視的應用日益廣泛,使用者對於各 種互動電視相關的服務需求亦日漸增加。然而’由於目前互動 電視所提供的服務項目仍然不足,所以間接地影響到使用者使 用互動電視的意願。再者,若使用者利用互動電視的意願不 高,則降低系統業者提供更多服務項目的動機。因此,硏發出 更多專屬於互動電視的技術,是當前提昇互動電視產業發展最 重要的課題。 由於習知互動電視之主要功能往往僅被侷限於收看電視, 所以目前尙未有將受話端所使用之各種通訊連線型態設備,如 一般市內電話、手機、具電話機之互動電視及網路電話等,用 以直接與互動電視作整合與連線判斷受話端使用通訊設備型 態,而自動選擇連線路網的技術。此外,由於使用及判斷這些 受話端通訊設備型態與自動選擇相對連線路網,必須先經過一 系列的安裝與設定程序,對於一般使用者與業者來說,都存在 許多技術上的門檻,這也是習知互動電視與通訊無法普及結合 與使用的原因。 【發明內容】 本發明的主要目的之一是,提供一種互動電視裝置判斷輸 入電話號碼形態之方法,本發明讓使用者可以同時使用互動 電視與通訊連線,並可以根據受話端使用之通訊單元,自動 判斷執行相對應連線程序。 爲達成上述及其他目的,本發明提出一種互動電視裝置判 斷輸入電話號碼形態之方法。此互動電視裝置包括一控制單 元、一儲存單元、一輸入單元與顯示單元。又前述互動電視裝 置藉由耦接之網路系統,分別耦合通訊伺服器與電話服務系統 3705-009TWP.doc-5/26 1246859 轉接,並透過通訊伺服器耦接受話端之網路電話或互動電視電 話機;同時該服務系統轉接提供電話網路與受話者之通訊單元 連線;同時互動電視裝置耦接電視系統。下述之發話端係爲前 述互動電視裝置,而受話端則爲一網路電話或互動電視電話機 或市內電話/手機。前述方法首先執行一通訊請求程序,即由 發話端輸入受話者撥號資料,以進行通訊請求程序執行。 根據前述通訊請求程序執行,使發話端輸入之受話者撥號 資料,爲含有標示碼及電話號瑪組成,由本方法之一裝置在執 行前述通訊請求程序時’自動根據撥號資料所含之標示碼判斷 受話端之通訊單元型態,則選相對連線路網透過網路系統進行 撥號程序與振鈴訊號’透過網路系統’根據受話端通訊單元之 執行接聽程序與網路系統連線,形成發話端與受話端之通訊連 線。此外,若受話端未回應或拒絕請求’則顯示未連線之通知。 爲達成上述及其他目的,本發明提出一種互動電視裝置判 斷輸入電話號碼形態之方法。互動電視裝置透過網路系統耦接 各種不同之受話端通訊單元,以根據撥號資料自動判斷連線路 網與受話端通運單元連線;此互動電視裝置包括一輸入單元、 一^顯示單元、一^控制單兀及一儲存單兀。其中目亥輸入卓兀提供 收視頻道與影像電話頻道選擇爲輸入頻道或撥號資料;而顯示 單元根據顯示信號,爲影像或通訊請求程序執行之通訊連線介 面顯示;控制單元耦接前述輸入單元、顯示單元及儲存單元’ 並與網路系統耦接。在啓動進入影像電話頻道暨電話連線介面 時,控制單元根據所指向輸入之受話端撥號資料’根據撥號資 料中的標示碼,自動判斷連線受話端之通訊單兀型態進行對應 的撥號程序。另一方面,當互動憾視裝置係爲受話端時,控制 單元經由網路系統輸入振鈴訊號,根據振鈴訊號中所含之標示 3705-009TWP.doc-6/26 1246859 碼,判斷發話端使用之通訊單元型態,由控制單元輸出對應型 態之連線訊號’形成發話端與受話端之通訊連線。 據本發明一較佳具體實施例中,上述之通訊請求程序,包 括發話端進入一個影像電話頻道,在電話連線介面中由發s舌端 透過輸入單元輸入受話端指向的撥號資料。接著,控制單兀根 據前述撥號資料之標示碼’自動判斷受話端使用之通訊單元型 態,接下來’發話端與網路系統連線。網路系統根據所判斷之 受話端通訊單元型態’而透過該相對型態耦接之通訊連線路 網,如通訊伺服器或服務系統轉接與指向的電話號碼’進行與 指向之受話端通訊單元’執行連線通知程序並發出振鈴訊號’ 根據受話端之執行接聽成序訊號,形成發話端與受話端之通訊 連線。另一方面’若受話端爲未連線回應或拒絕請求’則顯示 未連線之通知。 據本發明一較佳具體實施例中’上述之方法更包括於判斷 並根據受話端撥號資料執行連線通知程序後,若受話端未與網 路系統形成連線’則發話端之顯示單元中顯示未連線畫面。 據本發明一較佳具體實施例中’上述方法之通訊請求程 序,係於發話端之控制單元’根據發話端輸入指向受話者的撥 號資料,自動由撥號資料之標示碼’判斷電話號碼型態所相對 受話端使用之通訊單元與連線路網,在經設定之間隔時間後自 動執行撥號程序與網路系統連線,藉以透過網路系統根據所判 斷之受話端使用耦接之連線路網,進行指向受話端的連線通知 程序。 據本發明一較佳具體實施例中’上述之受話端撥號資料, 更包括一標示碼與一電話號碼所組成。該標示碼在提供受話端 使用之通訊單元與連線路網判斷;電話號碼則在指向連線的受 3705-009TWP.doc-7/26 1246859 S舌贿。 據本發明一較佳具體實施例中,上述之互動電視裝置更包 括一個機上盒。 據本發明一較佳具體實施例中,上述之輸入單元包括頻道 輸入鍵,透過頻道台數被按選輸入,進行電視收視頻道與含有 電話連線介面顯示之影像電話頻道選項切換。或進一步設置一 影像電話頻道切換鍵,進行電視收視介面與電話頻道介面選擇 切換。 據本發明一較佳具體實施例中,上述之輸入單元包括連線 鍵,用以在電話連線介面,輸入執行通訊請求程序。 據本發明一較佳具體實施例中,上述之受話端通訊單元係 爲互動電視電話機、網路電話、市內電話/手機之其一配置使 用。 據本發明一較佳具體實施例中,上述之輸入單元係爲無線 遙控器。 據本發明一較佳具體實施例中,上述之輸入單元係爲有線 裝置。 據本發明一較佳具體實施例中,上述之儲存單元係爲記憶 媒體。 據本發明一較佳具體實施例中,上述之顯示單元係爲液晶 顯示器。 據本發明一較佳具體實施例中,上述之控制單元係包含於 機上盒之內。 綜合上述,本發明提出一種互動電視裝置判斷輸入電話號 碼形態之方法。利用本發明,使用者可以決定使用何種通訊系 統,以便選擇最有利之通訊模式。由於各種通訊系統的收費方 3705-009TWP.doc-8/26 1246859 式、系統流量、系統成本··都不相同’若使用者可自行選擇通 訊模式,不僅能讓使用者節省通訊費用’也能使各種系統發揮 最大效能。因此,本發明明顯可以增加互動電視的功能’且使 互動電視提供更多服務的可能性大幅增加。 【實施方式】 本發明之較佳實施例’將前述的互動電視裝置判斷輸入電 話號碼形態之方法的主要技術內容’適當揭示於以下所列舉 的一較佳實施例中,並利用該較佳實施例系統將本發明之主 要技術內容予以適當實施。 請參照第1圖,其繪示依照本發明之一較佳實施例之執行 判斷輸入電話號碼形態之互動電視裝置的電路方塊圖。互動鼇 視裝置100包括顯示單元102、主機104、輸入單元106。其 中,主機1〇4包括控制單元108與儲存單元110。再者,控制 單元108耦接顯示單元102、輸入單元106、儲存單元110。 此外,控制單元1〇8輸入之影音串流信號分別爲電視信號與,網 路信號。在本實施例中,顯示單元102係爲液晶顯示器。主牛幾 1〇4係爲機上盒(set-top box)。輸入單元106係爲一個無線遙 控器,或者有線裝置。再者,控制單元108耦接網路系統112, 透過網路系統112耦接通訊伺服器114與服務系統轉接il5 等通訊路網。此外,控制單元108耦接電視系統116。 以下說明,透過互動電視執行輸入電話號碼形態判斷;^ 互動電視裝置1〇〇之使用方法。請參照第2圖,其繪示的裹 依照本發明一較佳實施例之輸入裝置示意圖。請參照第3 _, 其繪示的是依照本發明一較佳實施例之通訊連線介面之頻道 視窗示意圖。在本實施例中,如第4圖。發話端係爲互動鼇 3705-009TWP.doc-9/26 1246859 視裝置100架構,前述發話端之互動電視裝置1〇〇,利用控制 單7C 108進一*步親接一^轉接器802’並透過轉接器8〇2鍋接通 訊元件800暨電話機,用以與輸入單元106提供發話者選擇 輸入撥號資料。而受話端則包含有網路電話113、互動電視裝 置100’耦接之電話機118、市內電話/手機U1等之其一。使 用者藉由發話端輸入執行通訊請求程序,經直接由撥號杳料 判斷受話端使用之通訊單元型態,如網路電話113、互動電視 裝置100’稱接之電話機118、市內電話/手機等之其一, 進而由網路系統112透過稱接之通訊伺服器114或服務系統 轉接110,進行與受話端使用之通訊單元,如網路電話U3、 互動電視裝置1 〇 〇 ’親接之電g舌機118、市內電話/手機111等 之其一之通訊連線。 請參照弟4圖’其繪不依照本發明之一較佳實施例,透過 互動電視執行發話端輸入之收話端電話號碼形態判斷之通訊 連線架構電路方塊圖。該發話端爲前述互動電視裝置1〇〇,而 受話端使用之通訊單元,如網路電話113、互動電視裝置1〇〇, 耦接之電話機118、市內電話/手機m等之其一;由網路系統 112透過耦接之通訊伺服器114或服務系統轉接110,根據判 斷輸入之撥號資料而自動選擇相對匹配之通訊連線形成雙方 的連線。前述發話端之互動電視裝置10〇,利用控制單元108 透過網路系統112耦接之通訊伺服器u4或服務系統轉接n0 通訊路網;該通訊伺服器114進一步耦接一網路電話U3 ;以 及耦接一受話端爲互動電視裝置1〇〇,透過轉接器117耦接之 電話機118。則述受g舌端爲網路電話丨丨3者,在一具體實施例 中,可設定撥號資料爲無標示碼;而受話端爲互動電視裝置 100’耦接之電話機Π8者,在一具體實施例中,可設定撥號 3705-009TWP.doc-10/26 1246859 資料之標示碼爲007 ;另前述服務系統轉接110通訊路網進一 步透過所提供之電話網路115與一市內電話/手機111爲通訊 連線,在一作爲受話端之具體實施例中,可設定撥號資料之標 不碼爲『#』子號;另該撥號資料之標不碼爲『*』字號者, 則代表執行對應之快捷功能,請參照第4圖。前述這些標示 - 碼,係爲一經預設指向對應一通訊路網與執行功能之符號,並 被預先設定並儲存在耦接控制單元108儲存單元110中,提 供控制單元108進行判斷之準據。另前述服務系統轉接u4, 根據本發明之一較佳具體實施例中,係爲一由電話路網系統所· 提供之閘道器或爲一服務代理器。 使用者於發話端,可利用輸入單元1〇6輸入執行一組頻道 切換設定指向,以進入影像電話頻道。接著,於發話者在電話-連線介面中執行連線請求程序,由輸入單元106或通訊元件 ~ 800執行輸入程序,輸入一組受話端之撥號資料,此撥號資料 包括標示碼及電話號碼,如撥號資料# 87654321後,控制單 元108隨即執行判斷程序,包括由標示碼判斷受話端所使用通 訊單元,如網路電話113、互動電視電話機118、市內電話/ 手機111等之其一,以及相匹配耦接之連線路網,如通訊伺服參 器114或服務系統轉接111所提供之電話網路等;接著判斷受 話者之電話號碼,於設定間隔時間後自動進行指向受話端之撥 號程序。接下來,利用發話端與網路系統112之連線,進而根 據前述輸入之受話端撥號資料,透過判斷而選項之通訊伺服器 ' 114或服務系統轉接111,向所耦接或連線指向之受話端使用 - 通訊單元輸入振鈴訊號,通知受話者接聽曁建立通訊連線。即 由受話端使用的通訊單元發出來電通知或提醒訊息。之後,若 受話者啓動通訊單元或按下通話鍵,則受話者即可與發話者建 3705-009TWP.doc-11/26 1246859 立通話連線。亦即,發話端所輸出之聲音信號’經由網路系統 與耦接之通訊伺服器114或服務系統轉接111等通通路網’進 而傳輸並輸入受話端。再者,建立通話連線雙方之其一,按下h 掛斷鍵204,即可結束通話。 以下說明互動電視裝置判斷輸入電話號碼形態之方法的 -
