Description

[Prior art] In the past, anglers have easily stored damaged fishing rods in fishing rod bags and then carried them to fishing maggots. Most of such fishing rod bags are provided with a cylindrical trunk portion (bag body) for accommodating a fishing rod, a base body (bottom cup) attached to the bottom of the trunk portion, and a shoulder strap attached to the trunk portion. Or bags for small items (front or side pockets). However, 'the conventional fishing rod bag is, for example, although the trunk is formed of a thin and light woven fabric such as nylon, but recently there is a case where the fishing rod bag hits a corner of a rock or the fishing rod bag is lowered and hits the ground. It is known to form a trunk bag of a trunk part made of a material having a cushioning effect that can absorb the collision and protect the fishing rod inside (for example, refer to Patent Document 丨). (Patent Document 1) Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 200 1-190 0 196 (paragraph numbers "0015" to "0018", Fig. 1). FIG. 15 is a fishing rod bag disclosed in Patent Document 1, and FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view thereof. In the figure, 1 is a thick tarpaulin 3 having excellent shape retention. The trunk is formed into a substantially rectangular tube shape. A bottom body 5 made of synthetic resin can be fitted and sewed on the bottom of the bottom to prevent the fishing rod contained from falling off. As shown in FIG. 16, the tarpaulin 3 is formed on the surface of the foamed material 7 made of polyurethane by using the foamed material 7 to form a thin surface material 9 made of unfoamed vinyl chloride. The laminated structure of welding is to bend the 5 326 \ total file \ 92 \ 92109458 \ 92109458 (replacement) -2 1243643. The tarpaulin 3 has a roll receiving portion 11 having a substantially C-shaped cross section and the cut tarpaulin 3 has a band shape. The trunk portion 1 is formed by sewing on the back surface portion i 3 of the reel storage portion 11. A sliding knot 15 is sewn between one side of the back surface portion 13 and the reel receiving portion 1 1. In addition, a recessed portion 17 is formed on the outer surface of the scroll accommodating portion 11 in the pattern of the annual ring, and the scroll accommodating portion 11 is deformed in a manner that reduces local impact, and the thickness of the foamed material 7 can be ensured by the thickness portion 19. Fully elastic, the trunk of the fishing rod bag 2 1 has a rich shock-absorbing structure. [Summary of the Invention] (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the above-mentioned fishing rod bag 21 is formed by bending the tarpaulin 3 into a reel receiving portion 11 having a substantially C-shaped cross section, and cutting the tarpaulin 3 into The band-shaped back surface portion 13 forms the trunk portion 1. However, since the tarpaulin 3 has a recess portion 17 on the outer side surface, it is easy to bend to the outside and it is difficult to bend to the inside with the elasticity of the foamed material 7. Therefore, when the sliding knot 15 is pulled down in order to remove the fishing rod (or when the fishing rod is to be accommodated), the upper portion of the elastic trunk portion 1 (reel receiving portion ii) of the foamed material 7 is enlarged and the cross section cannot be maintained substantially C-shaped. As a result, it is difficult to close the sliding knot 15. For example, the upper part of the scroll accommodating part 11 must be bent with a left hand into a substantially c-shape, so that the back part 13 is along one of the scroll accommodating parts U. Operate the sliding knots 15 and so on with the right hand on the side, which makes the operation very troublesome. In addition, the other structure of the conventional fishing rod bag is that a thin outer cloth and an inner cloth such as vinyl chloride are used to cover the front and back sides of the foam material, and the fishing is formed in each of a plurality of parts. 6 326 \ Total file \ 92 \ 92109458 \ 92109458 (Replacement) -2 1243643 The structure of the trunk of a thousand bags, and then sequentially sewing the trunk is also known. Then, according to this structure, the seam portion (sewing stitches) of each part becomes a so-called crease to maintain the cylindrical shape of the trunk. Therefore, although the upper part of the trunk does not expand when the sliding knot is pulled down, However, the foamed material has the disadvantage of increasing the manufacturing cost in the structure that the trunk is formed in each of a plurality of parts and then sewn sequentially. The present invention has been made in view of this situation, and an object thereof is to provide a fishing rod bag capable of protecting the received fishing rod from being impacted, and at the same time, the fishing rod can be easily accessed and the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and a manufacturing method thereof. (Means for Solving the Problem) In order to achieve the object, the fishing rod bag of the present invention includes a trunk portion made of a tarpaulin made of foamed material, a base body attached to the bottom of the trunk portion, and a trunk portion. It is given a tendency to bend at least in its inner peripheral direction. Further, in the fishing rod bag of the present invention, the tendency is caused by a groove portion provided along the longitudinal direction of the inner periphery of the trunk portion. In the fishing rod bag of the present invention, the trunk portion has a joint portion at the end of the tarpaulin as the fishing rod. The takeout port is provided with an opening and closing member. The manufacturing method of the fishing rod bag of the present invention is to cut a piece of tarpaulin made of foamed material to make it easy to bend, and then bend the tarpaulin into a tube shape to form a trunk portion. A bottom body is attached to the bottom of the portion, and the joint portion at the end of the bent tarpaulin is used as a fishing rod outlet, and an opening and closing member is attached to the joint portion. (Function) 7 326 \ Total file \ 92 \ 92109458 \ 92109458 (Replacement) -2 1243643 According to the present invention, "the trunk is given a tendency to bend at least easily in its inner circumferential direction", so it is not affected by the foam material. The effect of elasticity can be maintained in a certain shape. The foaming material can reduce the impact on the fishing rod and protect the fishing rod. Furthermore, according to the present invention, even when the fishing rod extraction opening is opened when the opening and closing member is operated, the trunk portion is prone to bend in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the elasticity of the foamed material does not enlarge the fishing rod extraction outlet. The opening will be large, and as a result, it becomes easy to close the opening and closing member. Furthermore, according to the present invention, after cutting a piece of tarpaulin made of foamed material to make it easy to bend, the tarpaulin is bent into a tube shape to form a trunk portion. A base is attached to the bottom of the trunk, so that The joint portion at the end of the bent waterproof portion serves as a fishing rod take-out port, and an opening and closing member is attached to the joint portion, so that a fishing rod bag capable of achieving the above-mentioned effect can be manufactured. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 7 show an embodiment of the fishing rod bag of the present invention. In FIG. I, '2 3 is cut into a certain shape as shown in FIG. 2 and formed into a sheet of waterproof cloth 25, as shown in FIG. The cloth ends 2 5 a and 2 5 b are joined to the trunk part (fishing bag body) of the fishing rod bag 27 bent into a tube shape, and the bottom part is fitted and shaped into a substantially square shape as shown in the sections of FIGS. 4 and 5. In the trunk portion 23, a base body (bottom cup) 29 made of synthetic resin or the like made of a material having a more rigid molding material, and a peripheral wall portion 31 protruding upward along the peripheral edge of the base body 29, It is stopped in a cylindrical shape around the seam by a line 3 3 along its inner periphery. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, 8 326 \ total gear \ 92 \ 92109458 \ 92109458 (replacement) -2 1243643 shoulder strap 3 7 or a handle for carrying 3 9 is attached to the rear abutment surface 3 5 of the trunk 2 3. A side pocket 43 for small objects is attached to one side 41 of the trunk part 23. In addition, three stitching stitches 4 5 to be described later are provided in the trunk portion 23 at regular intervals in the length direction. In this embodiment, three stitching stitches 4 5 are provided in the length direction of the trunk portion 23. The trunk portion 23 has a tendency to easily bend in the inner peripheral direction and the outer peripheral direction. That is, as shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 7, the tarpaulin 25 having the trunk portion 23 formed therein is a synthetic resin such as polyurethane, cyclopropyl vinylate, or the like formed into a certain shape by cutting the shapeable trunk portion 23. Foamed materials such as rubber (individual cell foamed material or continuous cell foamed material) 4 and 7 have a laminated structure with a thin outer fabric 49 or inner fabric 51 added with synthetic resin such as nylon or polypropylene. As shown in FIG. 2, three stitching stitches 45 are provided in the length direction (the length direction of the forming torso 23). The stitches 4 5 are formed continuously by inserting a thread 5 3 through an outer cloth 4 9, a foam material 47, and an inner cloth 51 using a needle (not shown). As shown in FIG. 7, grooves 55 reaching the foam material 47 are formed on the outer cloth 49 side and the inner cloth 5 1 side along the stitching stitch 45, as shown in FIG. 6. The three grooves 55 formed by the stitching stitches 45 have a tendency to bend in the inner and outer circumferential directions (arrow directions in the figure) as creases, and the trunk portion 23 becomes easy to bend in the circumferential direction with the groove 55 . In particular, the groove portion 55 formed by the sewing stitches 45 on the inner periphery of the tarpaulin 25 is easily bent in the inner peripheral direction (the inner periphery can be bent on the inner side of the curved shape). Therefore, the trunk portion 23 easily becomes cylindrical. 9 326 \ Total file \ 92 \ 92】 0945S \ 92109458 (replacement) -2 1243643 In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the ends of the tarpaulin 2 5 a and 2 5 b are used as the fishing rod outlet of the trunk 2 3 5 7 In addition, a sliding knot 5 9 that crosses the bottom body 2 9 from the top of the trunk part 2 3 to open and close the fishing rod take-out port 5 7 is sewn between the tarpaulin ends 2 5 a and 2 5 b. The fishing rod bag 27 according to this embodiment is configured as described above. The fishing rod bag 27 is manufactured by one embodiment of the method of the present invention as described below. First, 'cut the tarpaulin of the formable trunk 23 into a certain shape of foam material 47. On its front and back sides, a woven fabric made of synthetic resins such as nylon or polypropylene is added by heat welding or bonding. A thin outer cloth 49 and an inner cloth 51 made of cloth or tarpaulin are manufactured as shown in FIG. 2. Then 'through the thread 5 3 through the outer cloth 4 9, foam material 4 7, inner cloth 5 1 in its length direction (length direction of the shape of the trunk 23) 3 sewing stitches 4 5 because of the waterproof cloth 2 5 Three groove portions 5 5 are formed along the respective sewing stitches 4 5 on the inner side and the outer side. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the tarpaulin 2 5 can be bent on the inner and outer sides along the respective stitching stitches 4 5 (the groove portion 5 5). Square (arrow direction in the figure). Also, a sliding knot 5 9 is sewn between the ends 2 5 a and 2 5 b of the tarpaulin. As shown in FIG. 2, the tarpaulin 25 is bent in the direction of the arrow and the bottom is fitted into the bottom body 2 9. As shown in FIG. 5, the peripheral wall portion 31 of the base body 2 9 is sewn with a line 3 3, and a shoulder strap 3 7 or a handle 3 9 and a side bag 4 3 for small items are attached to the trunk portion 2 3 to manufacture a fishing rod bag. 27. Then, according to the fishing rod bag 27 manufactured in this way, the bottom of the tarpaulin 25 is sewn into a tubular shape along the peripheral edge portion 31 of the base body 29, so that the trunk portion 2 3 (the tarpaulin 2 5) is integrated. The shape of the inner periphery (inner cloth 5 1 side) 10 3 26 \ total groove \ 92 \ 9210945 8 \ 9210945 8 (replacement)-2 1243643 State W and 'because the torso 23 is formed, it is easy to bend on the inner periphery And the outer periphery I tends to be in the direction of the square direction. Therefore, it becomes difficult to be affected by the elasticity of the foamed material. The It ^ ® stems 2 and 3 must be formed into a tube shape to maintain a shape suitable for a certain inner periphery. In addition, the trunk portion 23 is formed into a tube shape when the fishing rod take-out opening is closed. For example, in order to receive the fishing rod, the sliding rod attachment 5 9 is pulled down from the top of the trunk portion 2 3 to the bottom body 2 and the fishing rod take-out outlet 5 is opened. At 7 o'clock, since the trunk portion 23 is formed to have a tendency to bend in the circumferential direction, the elastic trunk portion 23 formed of the foamed material 4 3 does not enlarge the fishing rod take-out port 5 7 and becomes a large opening. Compared with the conventional example shown in Fig. I 5, it becomes very easy to operate the sliding knot 59, and the fishing rod can be easily taken out or stored. The 'foaming material 47' can alleviate the impact on the fishing rod and securely protect the fishing rod. According to the manufacturing method of the fishing rod bag described above, the trunk part of the fishing rod bag is formed in each of a plurality of parts, and then sewn together in sequence, as compared to the thin outer cloth and the inner cloth covering the front and back foam materials. In the conventional example of manufacturing a fishing rod bag, since one piece of tarpaulin has a tendency to bend, the trunk portion 2 3 can be easily formed. Therefore, compared with the conventional example, a lot of work can be reduced and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In addition, as a method for making the tarpaulin to be bent, the method of Figs. 8 to 14 may be used instead of the method of the embodiment described above. As explained below, first, Figures 8 to 10 are new styles to improve the overall beauty of the fishing rod bag. As shown in Figure 8, on the surface side of the tarpaulin 25, three eye-catching slender strips are formed. Resin-made straps 61 are arranged in the longitudinal direction (the lengthwise direction of the formed trunk portion 23), and then each of them is sewn around the line 53. Then, as shown in FIG. 10, if the wire 53 is inserted through the tape 6 1. Outer cloth 49, 11 326 \ Total file \ 92 \ 92109458 \ 92109458 (replacement) -2 1243643 Foam material 4 7. Inner cloth 5 1 The strap 6 1 is sewn to the tarpaulin as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9. Although stitches 6 3 and 6 5 are formed on the surface side and inside of the strap 6 1 respectively, but the stitch 6 5 is closed by the inner cloth 5 1 side. Fuxiang 67 is formed to reach the foamed material 47, and these groove portions 67 become such that the tarpaulin 2 5 can be bent inward along the respective ridges 6 5 (the groove portions 6 7). In addition, since the surface side of the tape 6 1 2 5 is added to the surface side of the tarpaulin 2 5, no groove is formed. Therefore, the surface side of the tarpaulin is curved, that is, the surface side is difficult to be bent to become a curved side. Instead, it is in a state of being bent at the inner periphery of the groove portion 67. FIG. 11 is a substitute for the stitching pins 4 5 of FIG. 2, and 3 groove portions 6 9 are provided at the same position on the tarpaulin 2 5 side in the length direction of the long trunk portion 2 3 of the tarpaulin 2 5). Has a tendency towards p. Then, when the above-mentioned groove portion 69 is to be added, as shown in FIG. 12, the surface of the metal mold 7 1 which is first heated presses the inner cloth f of the tarpaulin 2 5 as shown in the figure. Three for molding are in the length direction of the tarpaulin 25. In addition, if the tarpaulin 2 5 side is pressed on the surface of the metal mold 7 1, as shown in FIG. 13, the inner fabric 5 1 side (the inside of the tarpaulin 2 5 has three grooves reaching the foam material 47. 69. These grooved water cloths 25 have a tendency to bend inward. Instead of the above-mentioned protrusions 73, as shown in FIG. 14, the tarpaulin can also be squeezed in a metal mold 7 1 having a plurality of corners 7 5 2 5 3 26 \ Total file \ 92 \ 9210945 8 \ 9210945 8 (replacement) -2 25 When the cloth 5 1 side will sew along it (the groove of the strip J stitch stitches in the tarpaulin 2 5 is difficult to be in the shape of 3 The inner cloth in the direction of 5 1 degree (only three sides of the cloth can be bent on the side of the side, the 3 protrusions are provided on the inner cloth 5 1 side) will be shaped 6 9 can prevent the formation of the inner surface of the I side 5 1 12 1243643 side, the tarpaulin 2 5 tends to bend, and the corner portion 7 5 can also be loosened or lost. The surface side can be used as a metal mold with a curved shape, and the tarpaulin 2 5 can be bent in accordance with the surface shape. Even if the method described above is used, the desired purpose can be achieved in the same manner as the embodiment shown in Figs. 1 to 7 'It becomes easy to operate and the sliding joint can be easily taken out or closed. In addition to the capacity of a fishing rod, it also has the advantage of reducing manufacturing costs compared to conventional methods. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the foamed material having excellent shape retention can prevent deformation of the fishing rod bag. The impact on the fishing rod can be alleviated and the fishing rod is surely protected. Also, since the trunk portion is prone to bend in the circumferential direction, according to the present invention, even when the fishing rod take-out opening is opened by operating the opening and closing member, the foamed material is used. The elastic trunk portion does not enlarge the fishing rod take-out opening to become a large opening. Therefore, it becomes easy to close the operation opening and closing member, and the fishing rod can be easily taken out or stored. According to the present invention, since one piece of waterproof cloth has a tendency to bend, that is, The trunk can be easily formed. Therefore, compared with the conventional technology, it can reduce a lot of work and has the advantage of reducing manufacturing costs.
