Description

Description of the invention: [Technical field to which the invention belongs] The present invention relates to a connector mounted on a wiring substrate, and particularly to a connector having a locking portion that is engaged with a locking engaging portion of a counterpart connector. In addition, the present invention relates to a wiring substrate mounted on such a connector and an electronic and electrical device having such a wiring substrate. [Prior art] The surface-mount connector corresponding to the automatic installation is supplied to the market in a state of being accommodated in an embossed carrier tape. Embossed carrier tape system, a band-shaped carrier tape body connected to a container-shaped box part of a closed surface Anyu connector, and a band shape that can be peeled and attached to the carrier tape body to cover the box part Formed by a protective sheet. ~ An automatic mounting machine for automatically mounting a surface mount connector on a wiring board. It has an adsorption member (such as an air nozzle) that holds and holds the surface mount connector. This automatic mounting machine_face peeling protection sheet feeds the embossed carrier tape on one side, and-on the side ', the surface-mounted connector in the box portion is taken out by the suction member, and is arranged at a certain position on the wiring substrate. In order to attract and hold the surface-mount connector accurately, it is necessary to ensure that the flat surface of the surface-mount connector is capable of being attracted by the adsorption member at a position accessible from above by 2 mm to 3 mm. surface. For electronic and electrical equipment such as liquid crystal display devices, surface-mounted connectors with narrow pitches between contact points (such as U-plane pitches) are often used for the purpose of minimizing the area of connections on wiring boards. 94086.doc 1235525 is used for the surface grading connector f 乂 t of the liquid crystal display device. So far, there is no lock a structure with the connector on the opposite side (the wire side is connected to each other 夕 山 入土 土), but By the coupling of the connectors with each other, the secret is maintained ^ ^ ^ In this normal use state of the liquid crystal display device, it is considered that it will not accept a large impact from the outside. However, as the number of liquid crystal display devices gradually increases, there is a concern that the wiring may surround the connector, and eventually it may become a state of device disconnection. If the wiring in the device is large, the large force from the wiring is applied to the connector on the wire side. The connector on the substrate side is connected here. In electronic and electrical equipment such as liquid crystal display devices, the review uses a lock. Constructed connector. More specifically, it is considered that a locking protrusion is provided on the top surface of the shield of the connector on the substrate side, and a locking claw portion that is engaged with the locking protrusion is provided on the electric wire side connector. The structure of the locking claw and the locking protrusion is engaged when the connector is fitted. However, on the top surface of the cover of the substrate-side connector with a narrow pitch between the contact points, if a locking protrusion is provided, the top surface of the cover is secured by the suction member of the automatic mounting machine to ensure the suction. The adsorbed surface is extremely difficult. In particular, in the case of a connector with a small number of contact points, the suction surface cannot be ensured, and since automatic mounting becomes impossible, the assemblability of electronic and electrical equipment is significantly deteriorated. In order to solve this problem, although it is considered to form a locking protrusion on the side portion of the shield of the substrate-side connector, the area of the connector on the wiring substrate becomes larger, so the electrons on the wiring substrate are greatly restricted. 2. Configuration of electrical parts. 94086.doc 1235525 In addition, on the wiring board side of the shield, since the contact points of solder bonding are placed on the wiring board ', no locking protrusions can be provided on the wiring board side. What's more, if a locking protrusion is provided on the wiring substrate side, since the locking claw portion of the wire-side connector is also arranged on the wiring substrate side, the unlocking of the locking claw portion and the locking protrusion is significant. Difficulties. [Summary of the Invention] The object of the present invention is to provide a connector with a locking portion which has a locking structure and ensures the suction surface for automatic installation. In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a wiring board to which a connection jig with such a locking portion is mounted. It is still another object of the present invention to provide an electronic and electrical device having such a wiring substrate. The connector with a locking portion of the present invention includes: a connector shield which can be fitted with a counterpart connector having a locking engaging portion; and a contact point which is received in the connector. The shield is in contact with the terminal of the counterpart connector and is bonded to the wiring substrate. The connector shield includes a receiving trough, which is a contact point arranged on the wiring substrate side, and a middle wall, which The contact point accommodating portion is divided; the locking portion is engaged with the above-mentioned locking and engaging portion of the counterpart connector formed on the upper surface of the intermediate wall, and the top wall is provided on the locking portion Above, there is a flat adsorbed surface on the upper surface for adsorption by the adsorption member. According to the above structure, when viewed from the wiring substrate, a top plate wall is provided above the lock portion, and a flat suction surface is formed on the top plate wall. By using the suction member of the automatic mounting machine to hold and hold the suction surface, the connector with a locking part of the present invention can be installed 94086.doc 1235525. Moreover, since the locking portion is formed on the upper surface of the intermediate wall of the zonal contact point accommodating portion, even if a locking protrusion protruding from the intermediate wall is provided as the locking portion, the exclusive area of the connector on the wiring substrate is not changed. Will get bigger. It is preferable that a lock-fitting portion insertion hole is formed between the intermediate wall and the top plate wall to receive the lock-fitting portion of the counterpart connector. According to this configuration, if the mating connector is fitted, an insertion hole is inserted into the mating and engaging portion formed between the middle wall and the top plate wall, and the mating and engaging portion of the mating connector can be received and can be mated. The two connectors form a locked state. Therefore, in the locked state, the locked state of the locked engagement portion and the locked portion will not be accidentally released because the locked engagement portion is formed into a state covered by the top wall. The counterpart connector may be a connector with an electric wire connected to an electric wire to be electrically connected to the wiring board. In addition, the contact point accommodating portion extends in parallel to the wiring substrate, and is designed to be inserted into the wiring substrate along the counterpart connector so as to achieve the terminal of the counterpart connector and the contact point. Gas connection is also available. Furthermore, the locking portion may be a locking projection protruding from the upper surface of the middle wall of Putianjia. In addition, the locking portion may be a recessed portion provided on the upper surface of the intermediate wall by a horse. In addition, in the above-mentioned locking adjacent force, the recess ^ ^ Λ. ^ ^ Σ is in the middle part of the middle wall (the part where the opposite side is connected in the insertion direction), so that it is inserted into the connector with the opposite side. The direction of the direction of the parent fork is 1 ^ The difference of the locking section is also possible. The locking section differs in the direction of the insertion of the counterpart connector in the middle wall. 94086.doc 1235525 The first surface is arranged on the upstream side, The second side lower than the first side is arranged on the downstream side, even if a step is formed at the boundary between the first and second sides. The wiring board of the present invention has the characteristics of the locking part with the characteristics described above. The connector is mounted on its surface. In addition, the electronic and electrical equipment (electronic equipment or electrical equipment) of the present invention includes: such a wiring substrate; and a connector with a wire, which is coupled to the above-mentioned locking portion. The connector has a locking and engaging portion that is engaged with the above-mentioned locking portion; and a frame body that houses the wiring substrate, the electric wire-attached connector, and wiring connected to the electric wire-attached connector. Construction, in electronics A wiring board of an electric device is provided with a connector with a lock portion, and a lock and buckle portion of the connector with a wire is fastened to the connector with the lock portion. Therefore, most wires are surrounded in the frame. Even if a large force is applied to the connector with an electric wire, the electrical connection between the connector with an electric wire and the wiring substrate can be reliably maintained with the connecting member with the locking portion. Can improve the reliability of electronic and electrical equipment. In addition, on the wiring substrate incorporated in electronic and electrical equipment, due to the lock ^. The connector does not occupy a large area, so the layout of electrical and electronic components on the wiring substrate No major restrictions are required. Even if the above-mentioned electronic and electrical equipment includes a wiring board, it is a connector with a locking portion that has the above-mentioned characteristics; a connector with a wire, which is combined with the above The connector with the locking portion includes a locking engaging portion that is engaged with the locking portion; and a display board that can be used as a display device in which the wiring board is housed in a busy body. In this case, even in Around the body 94086.doc 围绕 235525 In order to display the majority of the wires necessary for the image display on the display board, it is also possible to reliably maintain the electrical connection between the wires and the wiring substrate. The above or further other purposes and features of this house note The effect and effect can be understood by referring to the description of the embodiment described next with the attached drawings. [Embodiment] FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a structure of a display device of a connector with a locking portion to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied. An exploded perspective view of the display device. The display device includes a display panel 1 which is a liquid crystal display panel and the like; a wiring substrate 2 which is an electrical and electronic component mounted for image display on the display panel 1; and a frame 3 'It contains this. The frame body 3 includes a front side portion 3a, which forms a window for viewing the display surface of the display panel 1 from the front of the display device; and a rear side portion 3B, which is connected to the front side. The sections 3A are combined to form a receiving space for accommodating the display panel 丨 and the wiring substrate 2. Various electronic components and electrical components 2a are mounted on the wiring substrate 2. Further, a plurality of connectors with locking portions 丨, 12, 13 are mounted on the surface. Connectors 21, 22, and 23 with electric wires are connected to the connectors 11, 12, and 13 of the locking portion. The electric wires 31, 32, and 33 are connected to the connectors 21, 22, and 23 with electric wires, and the electric wires 31, 32, and 33 are surrounded in the housing 3. Although the number of contact points (the number of leads) of most connectors 11, 12 and 13 with locking parts is different, they have a common basic structure. For example, the number of contact points of the connector 11 with the lock portion is 8 (pole), the number of contact points of the connector 12 with the lock portion is 2 (2 pole), and the connector 13 with the lock portion The number of contact points is 15 (15 poles). Therefore, the connector 12 with the locking portion is the narrowest, the connector 13 with the locking portion is the widest, and the connecting device 11 with the locking portion has an intermediate width such as 94086.doc 12 1235525. Fig. 2 (a) is a plan view of the connector with a locking part, Fig. 2 (b) is a front view, Fig. 2 (c) is a right side view, and Fig. 2 (d) is a bottom view. Take the tick as its back view. FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line A_A in FIG. 2 (a). Hereinafter, the posture of the connector u with the locking portion when the wiring substrate 2 is in the horizontal posture will be described as a reference. That is, "Fig. 2" shows the state of the connector u with the locking portion in a plan view in a state of being surface-mounted on the wiring substrate 2. In the connector 11 of the lock portion, the connector 21 side with the electric wire to the connector on the counterpart side will be described as the front (front). The connector 11 with the locking portion includes: a connector shield made of resin, which has an approximately rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a plurality of metal contact points 60 ′, which are pressed into the connector shield 50. . The plurality of contact points 60 are arranged along the front-rear direction of the connector shield 50 at approximately equal intervals in the left-right direction. The contact point 60 is an electrical connection member formed through a metal plate, and includes: a pair of holding portions 61 and 62, which are metal parts of the terminal 21 of the connector 21 with an electric wire, which holds the connector on the opposite side up and down; The end portion 63 is combined with the pair of holding portions 61 and 62; and the substrate connection portion 64 is extended from the base end portion 63 below, and is further bent along the surface of the wiring substrate 2. The substrate connection portion is soldered to the bottom of the wiring substrate 2. Among the pair of holding portions 61 and 62, the holding portion 61 on the upper side is attached to the connector cover 50, and a swinging piece which is elastically movable in the vertical direction is crimped to the front end portion to be crimped to the attached electric wire. The crimping portion 61 a of the terminal metal part of the connector 21. On the one hand, the holding portion 62 on the lower side cooperates with the holding portion 61 on the upper side 94086.doc 1Λ 1235525 and has the function of holding the terminal metal parts of the connector 21 with the electric wire. There is a latching projection 62 a at the contact point holding portion 52 of the ingress connector shield 50. The connector shield 50 includes: a contact point receiving hole 55 for accommodating a plurality of contact points 60 in a posture along the front-rear direction; an intermediate wall 56 for partitioning the contact point receiving hole 5 5 from above; a lock The engaging protrusions 57 are provided on the upper surface of the intermediate wall 56; and the top plate wall 58 is provided above the engaged protrusions 57. The contact point accommodating hole 55 includes: a plurality of press-fit holes 5 丨 which are respectively press-fitted into a plurality of contact points go formed on the back side of the connector cover 50; and a fitting hole 53 'which is formed by fitting A connector 21 with a wire is provided in front of the press-in hole 51. Each press-in hole 51 includes: a pair of upper and lower insertion holes 5 丨 & 5 lb, which are pair of holding portions 6 丨, 62 of one of the approximately parallel insertion contact points 60; and a base end valley portion 5 1 c ′ is a base end portion 63 that accommodates the contact point 60. A contact point holding portion 52 is provided so as to be inserted through the pair of insertion holes 51 &, 51b. When the contact point 60 is pressed into the press-in hole 51 from the rear face of the connector cover 50, the upper end edge of the base end portion 63 of the contact point 60 abuts on the top surface of the base end receiving portion 5 1 c and the bottom The lower edge of the side gripping portion 62 abuts the bottom surface of the insertion hole 5b and the bottom surface of the fitting hole 53, and further, the latching protrusion 62a engages the contact point holding portion 52. Thereby, the contact point 60 can be reliably locked to the connector cover 50. In this state, the holding portions 61 and 62 protrude into the rear closing hole 53. The intermediate wall 56 is formed approximately parallel to the wiring substrate 2. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2 (b) and FIG. 3, "in the connector cover 50, above the contact point receiving hole 55 94086.doc -14-1235525" followed by the German side & ι W, inserting a hole 59 forming a lock to form a lock-snap portion of the connector 21 with a wire attached. The partition wall 56 separates the lock 5 snap-insertion hole 59 from the contact point receiving hole 55 up and down, and partitions the lower part into the contact point storage hole 55, and partitions the upper part of the lock interlocking part insertion hole 59 therethrough. The top surface of the lock-fitting insertion hole 59 is partitioned by the top wall. On the upper surface of the intermediate wall 56, a locking projection 57 is protruded into the insertion of the locking engaging portion. This locking protrusion 57 is formed in the middle of the insertion and removal direction of the connector 21 with a wire in the front-rear direction and extends in the width direction of the connector cover 50 (the direction in which the contact points 60 are juxtaposed). In this lock projection ", the guide inclined surface 57a of the guide lock engagement portion is formed on the upstream side in the insertion direction (connector insertion direction) of the connector door with the electric wire, and is formed on the downstream side in the connector insertion direction. A stopper surface 57c that is engaged with the engaged fastening portion to prevent the connector 21 with a wire from accidentally falling off is formed between the guide inclined surface 57a and the stopper surface 57c along the flat surface 57b along the wiring substrate 2. Stopper The surface 57c rises approximately perpendicularly from the upper surface of the intermediate wall 56, and a stepped portion having a step height is formed between the flat surface 57b and the upper surface of the intermediate wall 56. The ceiling plate 58 has an adsorption member (for example, an automatic mounting machine) on the upper surface 58b. An air nozzle) 70 is an adsorption surface 58a for adsorption. The adsorbed surface 58a forms a flat surface along the surface of the wiring substrate 2. Fig. 4 is a connector worker fitting the locking portion of the connector on the wiring substrate 2 side. A cross-sectional view of a state with the electric wire-attached connector 21. The electric wire-attached connector 2 1 includes a resin shield 80 and a plurality of terminal metal parts 90 mounted on the shield 80. The terminal metal parts 90 are pressed in advance With the electric wire 31, in its state The shroud 80 can be mounted on the shroud 80. 94086.doc 1235525 The Han shroud 80 has a main body part μ formed with a terminal metal part receiving hole 83 for receiving the terminal metal part 90 on the two sides of the wiring substrate, and has a top side The locking and engaging part 82 for locking and engaging with the locking protrusion 57 of the connector Η with the locking part. The lock a locking part 82 is coupled to the body through a fulcrum part provided in the middle part in the front-rear direction. Part 81. The locking and engaging part 82 has a locking claw 82b protruding below from the fulcrum part 82a before the connection benefit 11 side (opposite to the electric wire 31) of the locking part, and at the supporting point part 82a. Located at the rear end of the wire 31 side, it has an operation part 82c for releasing the locked state. The fulcrum part 82 & This locking and engaging portion 82 is coupled to the main body portion 81. When Tian inserts the connector 21 with a wire into the connector η with the locking portion, in the shield 80, the fitting portion of the terminal metal fitting 90 is held. So as to fit into the attachment hole 53 of the connector a. 卩 of the connector 11. In this way, the lock engagement portion 82 is integrated The lock-fitting part insertion hole 59. In this state, if the connector 21 with a wire is inserted toward the connector with a lock-up part, the terminal metal part 90 makes the upper holding part 6 of the contact point 60 丨While facing upward (in the direction in which the holding portions 6 丨 and 62 are pulled apart), they are elastically deformed and enter between the pair of holding portions 6 1, 62. The crimping portion 61 a of the holding portion 61 is crimped to the terminal metal part. 〇, a circuit is formed between the wiring board 2 and the electric wire 31 through the terminal metal part 90 and the contact point 60. On the one hand, the locking claw 82b of the locking engaging part 82 uses the locking protrusion 57 The guide inclined surface 57 a can be guided beyond the locking protrusion 57 by guiding toward the flat surface 57 b. Thereby, the restricting surface 86 of the locking claw 82b and the stopper of the locking protrusion 57 are fastened 94086.doc -16-1235525 The surface 57c 'is brought into the locked state shown in FIG. 4. Thereby, the connection of the lock-attached electric wire is a combination state of the connector 21 with the lock-attached portion. At this time, the lock engagement portion 82 is covered by the top plate wall of the lock engagement portion 11. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the locking of the locking portion 82 and the locking protrusion 57 from being accidentally released. When the connector 21 with the electric wire is removed from the connector 11 with the locking portion, the operation of the operator pressing the locking portion 82 toward the main body portion 81 (to the wiring substrate 2 side) is $ 82c. With this, the 'locking engagement portion 82 is rotated around the fulcrum portion 82a, and the locking claw 82b is lifted upward from the upper surface of the intermediate wall 56 of the connector cover 50 in a direction away from it, and the locking protrusion is released. The fastening state of the part 57. In this state, if the inserter pulls out the connector 21 with a wire in a detaching direction, the mating state of the fitting portion 85 and the fitting hole 53 can be released, and the connector 21 with a wire can be opened and the lock合 部 的 连接 器 11。 The connector 11 of the joint. The connector 11 with the locking portion is supplied to the market while being held in the embossed carrier band 100 as shown in FIG. 5. The embossed carrier tape 100 includes a carrier tape body 101 and a protective sheet 102; and the protective sheet 102 can be peeled and adhered to the carrier tape body 101. The carrier tape body 101 is a band-shaped body formed by connecting one container-shaped box portion 10 of one connector 丨 丨 with a lock portion at intervals. The connector 11 with the locking portion is in the same position as the posture of the connector with the locking portion when the wiring substrate 2 is arranged horizontally, and is confined to the carrier body 1 0 1 Box Department 1 03. That is, the connector 11 with the locking portion is in a state where the carrier band 100 is extended horizontally, and the protective sheet 102 is positioned above. The sucked surface 58 & formed on the upper plate wall 58 is accommodated so as to face upward from the upper opening of the box portion 103. It is used to automatically install the connector 11 with the locking part on the wiring substrate 2. Since 94086.doc -17- 1235525, the dynamic mounting machine includes: a forward mechanism that pulls the embossed carrier tape 100 from the reel horizontally. Sequential delivery; and a protective film take-up mechanism, which is adapted to cope with the timing of the operation of the progressive delivery mechanism to take up the protective film i 02. The delivery mechanism extends the embossed carrier tape 100 horizontally, and the protective sheet 102 becomes the upper side. In this state, by using the protective sheet winding mechanism to take up the protective sheet 102, the protective sheet 102 can be peeled off from the carrier π body 101, and the attracted surface 58a of the connector with the locking part is provided by the box part 103. The upper opening of is exposed on the upper side. The exposed suction surface 58a is sucked and held by the suction member 70 of the automatic mounting machine. The adsorption member 70 is coupled to the adsorption member driving mechanism, which moves the adsorption member toward the box portion 103 guided to the 疋 adsorption position, and adsorbs and holds the connector 11 accommodated in the locking portion of the box portion 1Q3. After that, the suction member 70 is moved upward and the connector with the locking portion is taken out from the box portion 103. After that, the suction member driving mechanism moves the suction member 70 toward the wiring substrate arrangement portion, and transports the connector 11 with the locking portion at a certain position on the wiring substrate 2 previously arranged in the wiring substrate arrangement portion. After that, by using the suction member 70 to release the suction of the suction surface 58a, the connector u with the locking portion can be mounted on the wiring substrate 2. A cream solder is arranged on the bottom of the wiring board 2 in advance, and a connector 11 with a locking portion is mounted on the cream solder so that the contact point 60 comes into contact. By passing the wiring substrate 2 in this state to the countercurrent groove, the cream solder is melted, and after the subsequent cooling process, the solder is hardened to achieve permanent bonding between the contact point 60 and the wiring substrate 2. As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the reinforcing joints 75 and 75 are pushed in from the front of the connector cover 50 at both ends of the connector cover 50 in the width direction. These reinforcing joints 75 and 75 are also soldered to a conductor pattern on the wiring board 2. From 94086.doc -18-1235525, the 'connection as shield 50 is firmly bonded to the wiring substrate 2 by the solder joint of the contact point 60 and the reinforcing joints 75 and 75'. The reinforcing joints 75 and 75 are competent to apply an external force to the connection shield 50 to prevent the contact 60 from being peeled from the wiring board 2. As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the connector 11 with the locking portion has a flat suction surface 58a on the upper surface, the suction member 70 of the automatic mounting machine can be sucked and held from above. Thereby, one side is provided with a locking structure, and the other side is also suitable for automatic installation. In addition, since the locking projection 57 protrudes from the upper surface of the intermediate wall 56, it does not affect the exclusive area of the connector cover 50 on the wiring substrate 2, and does not affect the arrangement of electronic and electrical components on the wiring substrate 2. There are fears of greater restrictions. According to this, in the display device using the connector with the locking portion as described above, since the automatic mounting machine can be used to perform the mounting process of the connector with the locking portion of the wiring substrate 2, its productivity is excellent. In addition, the degree of freedom in designing the arrangement of electronic and electrical components on the wiring substrate 2 is high. In addition, since the connector with the locking part is used, it is caused by the surrounding of the wiring in the frame 3, because the electrical connection between the connector 21 with the electric wire and the wiring substrate 2 will not be accidentally released, so it can be realized. Highly reliable display device. Figs. 6 (a) and (b) are plan views of the connectors 12 and 13 with a lock 3 σ 卩 mounted on the wiring substrate 2 along with the connector u with the lock portion. Although the 2-pole connector 12 with a locking portion has a shorter width (the length of the contact point juxtaposed direction), the top plate wall 58 is provided above the locking protrusion 57 (see FIG. 3) as the upper surface thereof. The surface to be adsorbed 58a, so the surface to be adsorbed 58 & may have a large adsorption by the adsorption 94086.doc -19-1235525. Although the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention has been described, it can be implemented even in other embodiments this month. For example, set to lock:. The interlocking portion of the intermediate wall 56 of the joint 11 may be the interlocking recess 77 shown in FIG. 7 (not shown by the hook), or even the interlocking step difference 78 shown in FIG. 7 (b). The locking concavity 77 is provided on the upper surface of the partition wall 56 and has a stop surface 77a on the upstream side in the insertion direction of the connection with the electric wire 21 to prevent the locking claw 82b from stopping. In addition, the locking step 78 is at In the middle part of the connector insertion direction of the middle wall, a second surface 56A on the upstream side in the connector insertion direction and a second surface on the downstream side in the connector insertion direction are formed. Between the 56th surface and the lower surface) 56B, a stepped surface (a stop surface) is formed by engaging the locking claw 82b to realize the stop of the connector 2 with the electric wire. Thus, even if the middle wall 56 is formed in any shape, The structure of the locking section (the locking protrusion 57, the locking recess 77, or the locking section difference 78) can also be held by the suction member 70 in the suction surface 58 a above the top wall 58. Further, in the embodiment described above, although a liquid crystal display panel is taken as an example as a display device, The display panel is not only a liquid crystal display panel, but also can be applied to the present invention even for a display device using a flat panel display such as a plasma display panel and an EL display panel. In addition, not only the display device but also a lock that will be installed The wiring board of the connector of the joint is housed in the electronic and electrical machinery constituted by the frame body. By applying the connector with the joint as described above, the reliability can be improved and a machine with a higher degree of design freedom can be realized. 94086 .doc -20-1235525 Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, these are only specific examples for understanding the technical content of the present invention, and the present invention should not be limited to these.
