Description

在糊膠塗敷裝置 不使用時,於殼體6 2的液體充塡室6 1內以噴嘴口 1 3的滿 水程度充塡液體後,藉由此等蓋體70、71來閉塞開口 66 及活塞插入孔6 4,即可抑制長時間的不使用時的液體的蒸 發,可防止噴嘴口 relates to a paste applying device for glue for packaging paper and a paste nozzle suitable for the same device in the step of packaging a product. [Prior art] A paste coating device is incorporated in the outer packaging device used for the packaging of goods for the purpose of encapsulation. Fig. 7 is a procedure showing an example of a packaging step of the outer packaging device. First, as shown by an arrow A, the packaging paper 100 is pulled out from the paper feeding position 102 of the stacker. At this time, the glue is sprayed from the back surface of one end of the wrapping paper 100 moved by the glue applying device. As shown by the arrow, after the product 104 is transported to the supply position 1 0 5 set below the paper supply position 102, as shown by the arrow C, the product 104 is lifted toward the upper position and disposed on the paper. The wrapping paper 100 at the supply position is coated on the top and both sides of the product 104. The receiver 104 and the wrapping paper 100 move horizontally (arrow D), and in the process, the wrapping paper 100 is folded into the lower side of the merchandise 104. Subsequently, the shape is folded into the ear portion 100a of the package extended from both ends of the product 104 to the outside, and at the same time, the paste application device 106 sprays paste on the local portion thereof, so that the ear portion 100a The overlapping portions are joined and the package is completed. FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a procedure when the arrow C goes to the arrow D. Referring to the same figure, the steps from arrow C to arrow D will be described in more detail. In the paper feed position 102, it is referred to as a sawtooth guide 1 07 312 / Invention Specification (Supplement) / 92-04 / 92100907 Picture on the topsheet. 101 to 1 03 head to the product of head B. Set 102, the business has to move to a certain paper 100 100b steps. The structure of the steps in the mode 5 1234488 is a plurality of jagged guide rods, which support the lower surface of the wrapping paper 100, and the back surface of one end of the wrapping paper 100 is coated with glue 108. When the product 104 is lifted upward as shown by the arrow c, the wrapping paper 100 is also pressed toward the product 104 and moved upward, and at the same time, the folding guide 1 009 is set in the middle. Fold both sides of the wrapping paper 100 into both sides of the product 104. Next, move the propeller 1 1 1 with the plate-shaped lower fold plate installed in the direction of the arrow D, and move the product 104 and the wrapping paper 100 horizontally in the direction of the arrow D, and then fold down Pleated board 〖〗 〇 side of the wrapping paper 〇〇 〇〇b folded into the lower side of the product 〇4. Next, the other side 100c of the wrapping paper 100 is folded into the lower side of the product 104 by the folding guide 112 'provided on the moving path. Here, the other side of the folded wrapping paper 100 c is coated with paste 108 near its end. As a conventional paste application device, a configuration is known, for example, disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 63-1 2 5 1 62. The gluing device (gluing gun) disclosed in this publication is constructed by ejecting gluing from a nozzle opening at a high pressure through a flow path formed inside the gun body. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The above-mentioned conventional paste coating device has a structure in which paste is ejected from a nozzle opening at a high pressure. Therefore, a large amount of paste is not economical, and if a large amount of paste is used, As a result of coating in a state of being stacked on the wrapping paper 100, the following problems are caused. (A) When the wrapping paper 1 supported by the sawtooth guide 1 7 is lifted up at the paper feeding position 1 0 2 shown in FIG. 8, the wrapping paper 1 0 0 is coated with the folding operation on both sides. The glue 1 0 8 on the back of the one end is transferred to the sawtooth guide 6 312 / Invention Specification (Supplement) / 92- (M / 9210090 * 7 1234488 1 07. The sawtooth guide 1 07 is for the minimum suppression The transfer of the glue is jagged. However, if the glue is applied to the wrapping paper 1 00, the transfer amount of the glue for the sawtooth guide 107 is necessarily the same, and for the sawtooth guide 1 07 The transfer of a large amount of glue caused the next feeding paper 100 to stick to the sawtooth guide 107, and there was a fear of poor conveyance. (B) In addition, as shown in FIG. 〇〇 the other side 100c folded into the lower side of the merchandise 104, the same as the whip rotation. At this time, if the amount of end glue 108 applied to the same side 100c is large, it will follow the same side 100c Rotating, the glue spreads around and contaminates peripheral products such as the lower fold plate 110 and the wrapping paper 100. As a result, there is a concern that it will cause malfunction and bagging. (C) If For wrapping paper that does not easily absorb moisture, when the glue is applied, the glue will overflow from the end of the wrapping paper, which may cause bag drop. Here, it was necessary to increase the glue edge of the glue. The size of the wrapping paper must be increased. (D) When a large amount of paste is applied to the wrapping paper, the moisture contained in the paste is sucked into the wrapping paper. When such a large amount of moisture is sucked into the dry paper, creases and ripples may occur Therefore, the packaging quality is reduced here. The present invention was completed in view of the above situation, and its purpose is to spray the glue in a mist state, achieve a high closed state with a small amount of glue, and at the same time, it is used in products Packaging steps: Glue nozzles and glue coating devices for various problems mentioned above. 3] 2 / Invention Specification (Supplement) / 92-04 / 92100907 The amount of writing will increase and the amount of coating will increase. In addition, there will be, Caused by: Paste 100c near the edge of the packaging paper 1 08 to week goods 1 04 Loading quality: Under too much packaging quality, this also creates a lot of plastic packaging paper to dry. The purpose is to improve the quality of the connection, which can eliminate 1234488 [Summary of the Invention] To achieve the above object, there are The invention of item 1 in the scope of patent application concerning a glue nozzle is characterized in that it is provided with a nozzle body, and a nozzle opening for discharging glue is formed on the front end surface; a cap member is mounted on the outer periphery of the nozzle body; The gas passage is formed between the nozzle body and the cap member; and the gas injection port is configured to inject the gas supplied to the gas passage from the periphery of the nozzle port toward the front at a certain closing angle, and spray the gas from the gas injection port. With this structure, a negative pressure is formed around the nozzle opening. With this configuration, the negative pressure is formed so that the paste flowing out of the nozzle opening is effectively sucked into the gas ejected from the gas injection opening, and thus becomes mist. It spreads and spreads on the bonding target. Even if the paste spreads in a small amount, it can be evenly applied to the joining object, so that high-quality joining can be achieved. In addition, the glue is not easily left around the nozzle opening where the negative pressure is formed, and accordingly, clogging of the nozzle opening caused by drying of the glue can be suppressed. Here, the glue nozzle of the present invention may have a configuration in which the peripheral surface of the nozzle body is extended from the outside of the gas injection port, and at the same time, gas is sprayed along the extended peripheral surface (patent application scope No. 2) item). With such a configuration, it is possible to avoid clogging caused by the glue flowing out from the nozzle opening and the surroundings of the gas ejection opening, and confusion of the gas ejection direction. In addition, the peripheral surface of the nozzle body forming the gas passage and the inner peripheral surface of the cap member may be configured to be water repellent at least in a certain area from the gas injection port (the third in the scope of patent application). Thereby, in order to prevent clogging of the nozzle opening, even if the nozzle opening is partially immersed in water when not in use, it is possible to prevent water from entering the gas from the gas injection opening by the surface tension 8 312 / Invention Specification (Supplement Pieces) / 92-04 / 92100907 1234488 inside the body passage. Further, the peripheral surface of the nozzle body forming the gas passage may be formed into a tapered surface that is necked toward the front end, and the inner peripheral surface of the cap member forming the gas passage may also be formed into a tapered neck. In a planar shape, a gas passage is formed between the peripheral surface of the nozzle body and the inner peripheral surface of the cap member, and the cross-sectional area decreases toward the gas injection port, and is behind the gas injection port on the peripheral surface of the nozzle body. A circumferential groove is formed at a nearby location (item 4 in the scope of patent application). With this configuration, when the nozzle opening is partially immersed in water, the groove can be used to prevent water from entering the gas passage from the gas injection opening through the capillary phenomenon. In addition, the invention of item 5 of the scope of application for a paste application device is characterized by having a paste nozzle having the above-mentioned structure; a supply mechanism for supplying a liquid paste to the nozzle opening; and a device for supplying gas to the gas passage. Gas supply mechanism. With this configuration, it is possible to obtain the same effects as the invention of the above-mentioned glue nozzle. In addition, the paste application device of the present invention has a configuration including a nozzle clogging prevention unit. The nozzle clogging prevention unit includes a casing provided around the paste nozzle and formed between the paste nozzle and the paste nozzle. The liquid filling chamber has an opening at a position opposite to the nozzle opening; a liquid passage communicating with the liquid filling chamber; a piston insertion hole opened in the passage; a piston member is inserted through the piston insertion hole for pressing Or attract the liquid in the liquid passage; and a driving mechanism for driving the piston member (the 6th in the scope of patent application). With such a structure, the water level of the liquid filled in the liquid filling chamber can be changed by the driving of the piston member, so that the nozzle mouth can be immersed in the liquid 9 312 / Invention Manual (Supplement) / 92-04 / 92100907 1234488 in the body 'or to make the nozzle opening exposed from the liquid. In other words, the nozzle opening is exposed from the liquid surface when the glue is sprayed, and the nozzle opening is immersed in the liquid when the glue is not sprayed. Even if the glue remains in the nozzle opening, the paste can still be prevented. Blockage of nozzle caused by glue drying. In addition, the nozzle clogging prevention unit configured as described above can increase the liquid filling capacity by appropriately extending the liquid passage. When the liquid filling amount is small, the concentration of the melted paste in the liquid rises in a short time, so it is necessary to frequently perform liquid exchange operations. However, the method described above is used to increase the liquid filling amount, that is, Can increase the implementation cycle of the same operation and can achieve productivity improvements. In addition, the paste coating device of the present invention may have a configuration including a cover body that closes the opening of the casing (Patent Application No. 7). This can suppress the evaporation of the liquid filled in the liquid filling chamber when not used for a long time, and prevent the liquid at the nozzle opening from being exposed. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the paste can be sprayed in a mist state, and a small amount of paste can be applied to achieve a high-quality bonded state. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. An embodiment of the glue nozzle according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. As shown in Fig. 1, the glue nozzle 1 is composed of a nozzle body 10 and a cap member 20 attached to an outer periphery of the nozzle body 10. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the nozzle body 10, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the cap member 20. As shown in FIG. 2, the nozzle body 10 is formed with a paste supply 10 312 / invention specification (supplement) / 92-〇4 / 921009〇7 1234488 path 11 inside the nozzle body 10, and a connecting paste is formed at the front end surface 12. Nozzle port 1 3 of the glue supply path 1 1. The outer peripheral surface 14 of the front end portion of the nozzle body 10 is formed in a tapered shape that is necked toward the front end. In addition, a flange portion 15 is formed in a middle portion of the peripheral surface of the nozzle body 10. The reference numeral 16 is an external thread portion of the screw cap member 20, and 17 is an external thread portion for assembling the glue nozzle 1 into a glue application device described later. As shown in FIG. 3, the cap member 20 is formed in a conical ring shape, and is formed in a tapered shape that is necked toward the front end from the middle portion toward the inner peripheral surface 21 of the front end portion. An opening 22 is formed at the front end of the cap member 20. In addition, an internally threaded portion 23 is formed on the inner peripheral surface from the intermediate portion to the base end portion, and the externally threaded portion 16 is screwed to the nozzle body 10 to form the internally threaded portion 23 as shown in FIG. 1. Nozzle 1. As shown in FIG. 1, between the outer peripheral surface 14 of the front end portion of the nozzle body 10 and the inner peripheral surface 21 of the cap member 20, a gas passage 30 having a ring shape in cross section is formed, and the gas passage 30 communicates with the cap. The gas supply path 31 of the member 20 and the flange portion 15 of the nozzle body 10 is 31. The front end of the gas passage 30 is formed with a gas injection port 32 through an opening 22 of the cap member 20. Fig. 4 is an enlarged view showing the configuration of the nozzle body 10 from the gas passage. In this embodiment, a minute gap is formed in a ring shape to form a gas injection port 32. The size a of the gap is adjusted to, for example, about 0.0 5 mm. This gap is between the flange portion 15 of the nozzle body 10 and the end surface 20a of the cap member 20, and can be adjusted with high accuracy by inserting a thin plate (crevice sheet). In this way, by forming the gas injection port 32 with a small gap, the nozzle clogging prevention unit described later can prevent the liquid from flowing into the gas passage 30 even when immersed in the liquid (water). Alternatively, the gas injection port 3 2 may be closed by the elastic material 11 312 / Invention Specification (Supplement) / 92-04 / 92100907 1234488 or at least near the front end, and the gas injection port 32 may be closed at the same time. The gas pressure opens the gas injection port 32. Here, the outer peripheral surface 14 of the front end portion of the nozzle body 10 has a configuration in which the front end extends outward from the gas injection port 32, and a jet gas is formed along the extended peripheral surface. The extension length b may be arbitrary, but is set to about 0.5 mm in this embodiment. With such a configuration, it is possible to avoid clogging caused by the glue flowing out of the nozzle openings 13 and the surroundings of the gas injection openings 32 and confusion of the gas injection direction. In addition, the outer peripheral surface 14 of the front end portion of the nozzle body 10 and the inner peripheral surface 21 of the cap member 20 are water-repelled by polytetrafluoroethylene (trade name) to increase the surface tension of the liquid and prevent Water enters the gas passage 30 from the gas injection port 32. Further, a circumferential groove 18 is formed at a position near the rear of the gas ejection port 3 2 on the outer peripheral surface 14 of the front end portion of the nozzle body 10, and the groove 18 can prevent water from flowing through the capillary phenomenon. The gas injection port 32 penetrates into the gas passage 30. The paste nozzle 1 having the above-mentioned structure sprays the gas supplied to the gas passage 30 from the gas injection port 32, and at the same time, flows out the liquid paste from the nozzle port 13 at a low pressure. The gas ejected from the gas injection port 32 is ejected from the periphery of the nozzle port 13 toward the front thereof at a certain closing angle α. Then, the gas is ejected in such a manner that the negative pressure state is formed around the nozzle openings 13. According to this, the glue flowing out from the nozzle opening 13 is effectively sucked into the gas ejected from the gas injection opening 32, and then spreads in a mist form and is applied to the joining object 40. The paste which spreads like this in a mist state can be evenly applied even in a small amount. 12 312 / Invention Manual (Supplement) / 92-04 / 92100907 1234488 can be applied to the bonding object 4 0, thereby achieving high-quality bonding. In addition, it is difficult for the glue to remain around the nozzle openings 13 forming a negative pressure, and accordingly, clogging of the nozzle openings 13 caused by the drying of the glue can be suppressed. The condensing angle α of the gas ejected from the gas injection port 32 corresponds approximately to the cone angle of the outer peripheral surface 14 of the front end portion of the nozzle body 10, and the cone angle can be arbitrarily adjusted by adjusting the cone angle. gas. Here, if the narrowing angle α is narrowed, the width of the paste applied to the bonding target 40 becomes narrow, and at the same time, the applied paste becomes thick. Conversely, when the closing angle α is widened, the width of the paste applied to the joining object 40 becomes wider, and at the same time, the thickness of the paste applied becomes thinner. Here, if a plurality of types of paste nozzles 1 having different taper angles at the outer peripheral surface 14 of the front end portion of the nozzle body 10 are prepared in advance, the width and thickness of the glue nozzle 1 can be appropriately changed according to the joining target 40. Glue. Furthermore, an embodiment of the paste application device of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 5 and 6. The glue application device is constructed by mounting the above-mentioned glue nozzle 1 on the apparatus body 50. A paste flow path 51 is formed inside the apparatus body, and a liquid paste is supplied into the paste flow path 51 with a weak pressure from a paste supply source (not shown). This glue flow path 51 communicates with the glue supply path 1 1 of the glue nozzle 1. A drive mechanism 53 of a needle 52 is provided at a base end portion of the device body 50. The rod-shaped needle 5 2 is a glue supply path 11 extending through the glue flow path 5 to the glue nozzle, and is driven in the axial direction by the drive mechanism 53 to open and close the nozzle opening 13 from the inner side. When the inside of the nozzle opening 13 is opened by the needle 5 2, the glue in the adhesive supply path 11 flows out from the nozzle opening 13 to the outside. In other words, it is 13 312 / Invention Specification (Supplement) / 92-04 / 92100907 1234488 to form the glue flow path 5 1, the needle 5 2, the driving mechanism 5 3, and a glue supply source (not shown) toward the nozzle. The structure of the supply mechanism which supplies the liquid paste in the port 13 is provided. In addition, the device body 50 is provided with a connection valve 5 4 that communicates a gas supply source (gas supply mechanism) (not shown) and a gas supply path 31 with a gas supply source (not shown) connected through the connection valve 54. The gas supply path 31 supplies compressed gas. The paste application device includes a nozzle clogging prevention unit 60. The same unit 6 〇 includes: a housing 62 that is provided around the glue nozzle 1 and forms a liquid filling chamber 6 1 between the glue nozzle 1 and the liquid passage 6 that communicates with the liquid filling chamber 6 1. 3; a piston insertion hole 64 opened in the passage 63; and a piston member 65 through the piston insertion hole 64 to press or attract the liquid (water) in the liquid passage 63. The case 62 is formed with an opening 66 at a position facing the nozzle opening 13. The piston member 65 is driven in the axial direction by a drive cylinder (drive mechanism) (not shown). The nozzle clogging prevention unit 60 configured as above is driven by the piston member 65 to change the water level of the liquid filled in the liquid filling chamber 61 to immerse the nozzle opening 13 in the liquid, or If yes, the nozzle openings 13 are exposed from the liquid. That is, the nozzle opening 13 is exposed from the liquid surface when the glue is sprayed, and the nozzle opening 13 is immersed in the liquid when the glue is not sprayed, and the periphery of the nozzle opening 13 is washed by the liquid. A function to prevent clogging of the nozzle openings 13 caused by drying of the glue. Here, the liquid passages 63 and 3 are formed long to increase the liquid filling capacity. As already mentioned, when the filling capacity of the liquid is small, the paste concentration of 14 312 / Invention Specification (Supplement) / 92-04 / 92100907 1234488 melts in the liquid rises in a short time, so it is frequently carried out. The liquid exchange operation is necessary, but by using the method described above to increase the liquid filling capacity, the implementation cycle of the same operation can be increased, and productivity can be improved. In addition, as shown in Fig. 6, detachable covers 70, 71 may be provided in the opening 66 of the housing 62 and the piston insertion hole 64. When the glue coating device is not in use, the liquid filling chamber 61 of the housing 62 is filled with liquid to the full extent of the nozzle opening 13, and then the openings 66 are closed by the covers 70 and 71. With the piston insertion hole 64, it is possible to suppress the evaporation of the liquid when it is not used for a long time, and to prevent the liquid of the nozzle port 13 from being exposed. When the cover 71 is installed in the piston insertion hole 64, the piston member 65 ° is first taken out from the piston insertion hole 64.
