Description

Description of the Invention (1) [Technical Field] The present invention relates to artificial plants; in particular, it has functions such as indoor humidification, and it can change the color and shape of flowers from the appreciation side and the aesthetic side. . [Background Art] In the past, the mainstream of ornamental artificial plants has been artificial flowers, dried flowers, and plastic plants. These artificial plants have the advantage that they do not require manual care and can be placed for a long period of time. However, on the contrary, it cannot get rid of the artificial feeling, and because it has no change, it is bad for the ornamental surface, and it cannot have the indoor humidifying effect like natural plants. However, the object of the present invention is to provide an artificial plant that can achieve the humidifying effect possessed by natural plants without the care of natural plants and a method of using the same. In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide an artificial plant capable of changing color, shape, aesthetics, and excellent facial viewing; in addition, it has excellent deodorizing and aromatic properties, and a method of using the same. [Summary of the Invention] As a result of research conducted by the present invention group in order to achieve the above-mentioned object, it was found that the use of a liquid-absorbing substance such as a water-absorbing substance and the capillary phenomenon can make the flower part and / or the leaf part viable. , Or change the color and shape to make it aromatic, and complete the present invention. That is, the present invention provides a liquid-absorbent material made of a water-absorbent substance, etc. (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) Order printed by the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Consumer Cooperatives. This paper is suitable for China National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -4- 1226822 A7 ___B7 V. Description of the invention (2) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) The flower and / or leaf parts formed, and An artificial plant having a stem portion and / or a branch portion of a core portion formed of a liquid-absorbing substance such as a water-absorbing substance. The core of the stem has an exposed portion capable of coming into contact with the liquid medium. The flower part and / or the leaf part and the stem part and / or the branch part communicate with the liquid-absorbing substance having water absorption by contacting the core part with the liquid medium. The artificial plant with the above structure is exposed to the liquid medium such as an aqueous solution through the exposed part of the core of the stem. The capillary medium is used to penetrate the core of the stem and the liquid medium is supplied to the flower or leaf; especially the liquid medium is an aqueous solution. When it is used as an aqueous medium, it can be made to have vitality. It can feel like a real flower, and at the same time, it can evaporate and diffuse water and vapor from the flower and leaf to achieve a humidifying effect on the room. In the present invention, the flower portion may include a flower portion formed by a moisturizing agent such as a hygroscopic moisturizing agent whose shape change is limited by a certain direction of the liquid medium moisturizing agent, and a flower petal portion provided in the direction of the change. This situation. When the liquid medium such as water is absorbed into a moisturizing agent such as a hygroscopic moisturizing agent, the shape of the flower can be changed, such as the petals blooming. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs In addition, when the core of the stem and / or branch contains a pigment, it is desirable that when a water-soluble pigment is contained, 'the capillary phenomenon is used, and the liquid medium containing the pigment can make the flower and / or Leaf color changes. Furthermore, it can be maintained for a long period of time, and the pigments at the ends of the flowers and / or leaves can be gathered to change the flower margin. When the flower portion of the stem and / or branch contains fragrance and / or deodorant, it is not only a vision that can change color, shape, etc., but also has an effect on indoor deodorization or indoor bromine perception of fragrance distribution. When the flower and / or leaf contains substances that change color by changing pΗ, using liquid media such as an acidic or alkaline aqueous solution, the color paper size can be adapted to the CNS Α4 Specifications (210X297mm) Τ 1226822 Α7 Β7 5. Description of the invention (3) Color chemical changes. In addition, after the change, the color can be changed again by neutralization (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page). Furthermore, if the core of the stem and / or branch contains acidic and / or alkaline substances, it will interact with the core of the stem. The liquid medium in contact with the exposed part of the part is not acidic or alkaline but only water. When the water moves to the flowers and / or leaves, it forms an acidic and alkaline liquid medium. p 色彩 changes the color of the flower and / or leaf of the substance that changes color. In addition, when the flower portion and / or the leaf portion contains fluorescent particles, if a liquid medium such as water is contained in the flower and / or leaf by using a capillary phenomenon, the color of the fluorescent light is greatly changed, and the impression is greatly changed. Furthermore, when one or more of petals, leaves, branches, and stems are composed of one or two or more of an emollient, a curing agent, and a gum flowering agent, a change or impression can be formed. When the flower part and / or part of the leaf part contains water-repellent / oil-repellent substances, for example, when the water-repellent / oil-repellent substances are diffused and distributed in the petals by a sprayer or the like, the appearance of the petals can be changed. Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs In addition, when the core of the stem and / or leaf contains a color change preventing agent, it can fix the desired color and appearance change state. In addition, when a color change preventing member is provided around the stem and / or leaf, the pigment can be effectively prevented from moving from the stem or leaf to persons or objects that come into contact with the stem or leaf. In the present invention, it is preferable that the stem portion has a storage portion capable of storing the liquid medium, and the flower portion also has the same storage portion. Especially when the stem is longer, the capillary medium is used to connect the liquid medium to the liquid medium.-This paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) Α4 specification (210X297 mm). 1226822 Employees of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs Consumer cooperatives print A7 ____B7_ V. Description of the invention U) It will be difficult to transfer the exposed part of the stem part (usually the lowermost part) to the upper leaf or flower part (usually the uppermost part). In this case, since the liquid medium can be stored in the storage section, the stored liquid medium is smoothly moved to the upper side. Furthermore, when the flower part has petals that can communicate with the liquid-absorbing substance and petals that do not communicate with the liquid substance, petals that change color and appearance and petals that do not change can be adjusted and designed. Overall appearance, impression. In addition, a combination of one or two or more artificial plants of the present invention and one or two or more artificial plants is generally used to improve the ornamental properties. Description of the invention f) [Embodiment] The present invention will be described in more detail below. The present invention provides an artificial structure composed of flowers and / or leaves formed of a liquid-absorbent substance such as a water-absorbent substance, and stems and / or branches having a core portion formed of a liquid-absorbent substance such as a water-absorbent substance. plant. The flower part and / or the leaf part and the stem part and / or the branch part are connected with a liquid-absorbing substance such as a water-absorbing substance. The core portion has an exposed portion that comes into contact with a liquid medium such as an aqueous solution. In the artificial plant having the above structure, the exposed portion of the core of the stem is brought into contact with a liquid medium such as an aqueous solution, and the liquid medium is absorbed into a liquid-absorbing substance such as a water-absorbing substance provided inside the stem and / or branch. The capillary phenomenon is used to flow into the flowers and / or leaves. In particular, water-based media such as aqueous solutions are transferred. Water is contained in flowers and / or leaves formed of water-absorbent substances, and it feels like flowers, but ordinary artificial flowers have no such feeling, and water gradually moves from flowers and / or leaves. Partially evaporates, but has the function of indoor humidification. That is, the artificial plant of the present invention can make a flower or a leaf feel like a flower by using a capillary phenomenon, and at the same time, it has a humidifying effect on the room. Here, the water-absorbent substance means a liquid-absorbent substance, and it is not particularly limited as long as it is a substance having a capillary phenomenon, regardless of whether it is a natural product or a synthetic product. Specific examples include a thin glass tube or a combination thereof, toilet paper, Xuan paper, linen, cotton cloth, silk cloth, polypropylene cloth, cotton, hollow thread, sponge, glass fiber, and the like. Here, in consideration of the humidifying effect, it is preferable to be a water-absorbing substance capable of absorbing and transferring water, but it is not limited thereto. The size of this paper is applicable to Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210X297 mm) ~ 7Z '1 (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) Pack-Order Printed by the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs Consumer Cooperatives 1226822 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention 0) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) In the invention, the water-absorbing substance used in the core of the flower, leaf, stem, and branch uses the capillary phenomenon to transfer the aqueous solution, etc. The "liquid medium" is only a fiber used for the liquid-absorbent substance constituting the core. In addition, in this case, the thickness of the fibers tends not to change and moisturize due to liquid absorption, and it is preferable that the liquid-absorbent substance constituting the core is Xuan paper; especially Xuan paper produced on demand is more desirable. The flower part in the present invention refers to a part having petals, and the shape and composition are not particularly limited, and the type of flower is not particularly limited. The shape, number of leaves, size, etc. of the leaves are not particularly limited, but considering the humidification effect, it is desirable to transfer the water and keep it for a while, and then evaporate it. The torus section has the function of storing liquid. From this point, liquid absorption properties such as water absorption are preferable. In addition, the liquid medium transfer speed can be adjusted according to the size and material, so the color change speed of the petals can also be adjusted. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs Further, one or more of petals, leaves, branches, and stems may contain one or more types of bulking agents, curing agents, and gelling agents. For example, epoxy resins which cure by absorbing water, or water-based adhesives can be suitably used. One or more of these petals, leaves, branches, and stems contain one or two or more of a moisturizing agent, a curing agent, and a gelling agent in whole or in part, so that the shape or image can be greatly changed. The core of the stem and / or branch is composed of a liquid-absorbent substance such as a water-absorbent substance. From the exposed part of the stem that is in contact with the liquid medium, the capillary medium of flowers is used to transfer the liquid medium such as water and aqueous solution to: Necessary conditions; if the liquid-absorbent substance can achieve this purpose, its material, shape, quantity, etc. ^ paper size applies Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) Printing A7 B7 V. Description of Invention 6) There is no particular limitation. The proportion of the liquid-absorbing substance such as the water-absorbing substance used here is to transfer water and the like to the flowers or leaves, so it is not only the quality of absorption, but it is preferable to smoothly transfer the water and the like. Examples of liquid-absorbent substances have been described. Generally, the path from the exposed part of the stem to the flower and / or leaf can take the form of a liquid-absorbing substance such as water absorption. Alternatively, the liquid-absorbent substance may be used as a core, and a certain degree of processing may be used as the outer skin of the stem, or a space may be formed in the inside of the stem or the like in advance, and a liquid-absorbent substance may be introduced into the inside. Further, the present invention also includes passing a liquid-absorbing substance filled with a plastic resin pipe or the like into a stem or a branch in advance. The outer skin material of the stem and branch is not particularly limited. However, if the liquid medium such as water is efficiently transferred to the flowers and leaves for the purpose, it will not be easy to absorb the liquid medium such as water, and the liquid such as water will not evaporate in the middle. It is ideal to use materials such as plastic, vinyl, and metal that are impermeable to moisture, and materials that are not easily deformed from the point of convenience. The stem and / or branch have a multilayer structure. As in the present invention, since a channel for transferring water is provided inside a stem or a branch, it has a good "luxury feeling" as an ornamental plant with the highest price. In the past, ornamental plants have been detached externally from the tube, which has a negative effect on the appearance. According to the present invention, even if water is transferred to a plurality of places of flowers or leaves, it is only necessary to absorb water from one cut of the stem or the like, and the path of the liquid medium is not visible from the outside. However, when the tube is installed on the outside, a plurality of suction ports and a plurality of tubes must be connected to each other externally, the appearance is not good, and the existence price is greatly reduced for viewing. In addition, as this paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) ^ ~ (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) 1226822 A7 Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs__B7 五Description of the invention (ίο) The following description, for example, when changing the color, the present invention is to set the pigment directly in front of the flower or leaf (stalk side) to change the color; For different colors, as long as you can change the set color. When the outer tube corresponds to this color, as shown above, the plural tubes extend to the outside, and the appearance is not suitable for viewing. Furthermore, if the change in color is known in advance, the effect will be halved. Therefore, when using an external tube, it is limited to the colored opaque tube, and the viewing is limited, which is not ideal. The types of artificial plants are not limited to flowers, grasses, plants, potted plants, etc. In addition, even processed artificial flowers, dried flowers, etc. may be used. In addition, in one aspect of the present invention, the flower portion has a torus formed by a moisturizing agent which is shaped by moisturizing a hygroscopic moisturizing agent whose shape deformation is limited in a certain direction, and petals provided in the direction of change. The change in shape caused by nourishment is limited by the moisturizer in a certain direction to make the petals corresponding to the change. When the liquid medium is transferred, the shape of the moisturizer is restricted to a certain direction, and the position and direction of the petals can be changed. You can make the whole flower dance; you can also change its shape. According to the above-mentioned method, even if the Si leaf or the stem part dances the same, it can change its shape. Moisturizing agents such as hygroscopic moisturizing agents include viscosity minerals such as moisturizing agents, water-moisturizing rubber, and high-molecular-weight rubber; other well-known moisturizing agents can also be used. The shape change is limited by a certain direction, and the surrounding of the moisturizer can be exemplified, and only one of them is not fixed. Limited by a certain direction here is not limited by only one direction, but includes a plurality of certain directions. Therefore (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) This paper size is applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A4 size (210X297 mm) -13- 1226822 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (1 彳) to limit moisture Agent change direction. (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) Set the petals in the direction that the moisturizer deforms and changes, so that the petals can dance, bloom, etc. Conversely, the gradual evaporation of the liquid medium can also cause the flowers to fade. In addition, it is possible to visually grasp the excessive shortage of moisture or liquid medium. In particular, when fixing the surroundings in only one direction (only one direction is open), the petals are integrated according to the surroundings, and fixed to the extent that it is not blooming. The change of the moisturizing agent is used to change the appearance of flowering. In addition, when the core of the stem and / or branch contains a pigment, it is desirable that when a water-soluble pigment is contained, a capillary phenomenon is used, and a liquid medium such as an aqueous solution is gradually transferred through the inside of the branch. At the time when the flower and / or leaf is reached, an aqueous solution or the like containing a pigment is formed, and since the color can be applied to the flower and / or leaf, the color of the flower and / or leaf can be changed. By adjusting the nature, amount or setting of the pigment used, you can adjust the color change or speed. Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs In addition, if it is continued to be used for a long time, it can be expected that the color of the flowers and / or leaves will start to fade and gradually increase. Furthermore, the pigment is not monochromatic, and multiple colors may be used. Depending on the setting of the pigment, various changes in the color of the flowers and / or leaves can be expected. When setting a plurality of pigments, you can adjust the status of the color change, the order of the changes, etc., by the properties, amount, and configuration of the pigments. Furthermore, it can be adjusted by taking advantage of the different solubility in the liquid medium used. Various pigments with different colors are set at the root of flowers and / or leaves. Ideally, water-soluble pigments are set to obtain multi-colored flowers and leaves. -14- This paper size applies Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specifications. Invention Description (12) Artificial plant; other changes can be expected. In addition, a single-color pigment is provided at the root of the flower and / or leaf, and one or more pigments of other colors are applied to the liquid medium described in detail later. The flower and / or leaf can also be changed in multiple colors. . In addition, after long-term maintenance, pigments can be gathered at the ends of flowers and / or leaves, which can change the leaf edge. As described above, even if pigments of various colors are not provided at the roots of flowers and / or leaves, it is desirable to use liquid media such as an aqueous solution containing pigments, of course, when water-soluble pigments are not provided, and the same effect can be obtained. In addition, when a part of the flower part and / or the leaf part contains water-repellent / oil-repellent substances, the water-repellent / oil-repellent substances can be arranged into various shapes through the arrangement of the water-repellent / oil-repellent substances. For example, when spraying water-repellent / oil-repellent substances on the petals with a sprayer or the like, it can be changed into a striped pattern. Therefore, water-repellent / oil-repellent substances refer to substances that have water-repellent and / or oil-repellent properties; for example, silicon, hydrocarbon polymers, poly (perfluorooctyl acrylate resin), or fluorine-based water-repellent materials containing this quality. / Oil repellent. Examples of actual use include Uniden (trade name, manufactured by Daikin Industries, Japan) and the like. In addition, a tube made of vinyl resin or the like is filled with a liquid-absorbent substance before passing into the stem or branch, and a liquid-absorbent substance is further provided between the outer wall of the tube and the inner wall of the stem or branch. The inside and outside of the tube and the like are different pigments such as water-soluble pigments, etc., and the color of each flower or branch can be changed; in addition, the flower part can be changed in color or appearance by mixing the pigments. When the core of the stem and / or branch contains fragrance and / or deodorant, the Chinese paper standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) is not applicable for this paper size (Please read the precautions on the back first) (Fill in this page again) 1226822 A7 __ B7_ V. The description of the invention (13) is to change the vision of color and shape only, and then has the effect of deodorizing the room or making the room full of fragrance. (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page.) You can use the well-known spices and deodorants, and you can choose for various uses such as room, toilet, entrance, and pet. The important existence of ornamental plants is to make people feel at ease. According to the above structure, the room can be filled with fragrance, and the fragrance can relax the heart ', and it can also be used for aromatherapy. In addition, choosing the same floral scent as the artificial plant can also make it more realistic. As for the fragrance, of course, a water-soluble fragrance is used; for oily fragrance, it can be suitably used by diluting it with an organic solvent such as ethanol. When a deodorant is used, it has the effect of removing odors from the room and improving the living environment. In addition, when used as a perfume, tincture is better than when the fragrance is used alone; the aforementioned relaxing effect is more enhanced. When using deodorant, it is more ideal when it is generally used in the room and used in kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, and entrances. So it can be used simply. For example, when a deodorant is contained in a water tank of a toilet at any time, the artificial plant of the present invention can be directly used in the water tank to appropriately obtain a deodorizing effect. Such an artificial plant of the present invention is considered to be very desirable because of its aesthetic and deodorizing functions. When a flower and / or leaf contains a substance that changes color by a change in pΗ, an acidic and alkaline aqueous solution is transferred to the flower and / or leaf, so that its color can be changed chemically. -16- This paper size applies Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 × 297 mm) 1226822 Α7 Β7 Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 5. Description of the invention (14) Substances that change color due to changes in p Η Acid salt-based indicators, redox indicators, and the like can be used. The salt-based indicator is a collective name for indicators used to know the P Ρ of the solution; the types of general organic pigments are classified into phthalate-based, azo-based, triphenylmethane-based, benzene-based, and nitrate-based indicators. Examples include methyl red, α-naphtholphthalein, phenolphthalein, phenol red, bromothymol blue, and thymolphthalein. Color change For example, thymolphthalein discolors in the range of P Η 8 · 2 to 1 0 · 0; acidic color is colorless, and salt-based color is red. In addition, a universal indicator that displays a variety of colors according to the respective ρ 使用 including a plurality of kinds of P 而 can be used to obtain the artificial plant of the present invention which changes to different colors according to ρ Η 値. The redox indicator is a pigment used to estimate the redox potential. Examples are methylene blue, toluidine blue, phenol saffron red, neutral red, and the like. After its color changes, an aqueous solution of the opposite nature (an aqueous solution that has been changed with an acidic aqueous solution) is contained in the flowers and / or leaves, and it can be returned to its original color by chemical neutralization; Plural changes in color ρ 改变 When the substance that changes color is contained in flowers and leaves, continuous delivery of an aqueous solution of the opposite nature can change multiple different colors. Furthermore, when the inside of the stem and / or branch contains an acidic and / or alkaline substance, the liquid medium such as an aqueous solution that comes into contact with the exposed part of the stem is not acidic or alkaline. Even pure water, when the water is transferred to The flowers and / or leaves are acidic and alkaline, so the color of flowers and / or leaves containing substances that change color can be changed by the above-mentioned change of ρ Η. In addition, the flowers and / or leaves contain changes in color due to changes in different ρ ((please read the notes on the back before filling this page) This paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) Α4 specification (210X297 mm) -17 -1226822 A7 B7 Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. 5. Description of the invention (15) If you set acid and alkaline substances at the root of flowers and / or leaves, you can obtain flowers and leaves with multiple colors. Artificial plants; changes can also be expected. When the flower and / or leaf contains fluorescent particles, the capillary phenomenon is used. If the liquid medium is contained in the flower and / or leaf, the fluorescent color is developed and the impression is greatly changed. Other paints in the form of particles or fine powder can be applied to flowers or leaves in advance to achieve the same effect. For the use method of the artificial plant described above, the function of changing color, fragrance, and dancing can be obtained by connecting the flower and / or leaf and stem and / or branch to the liquid. More ideal. For example, the solution may be directly injected into the stem and branch; and the exposed portion of the core portion exposed to the lower end surface of the stem may be brought into contact with a liquid medium such as water or an aqueous solution. The contact with this liquid medium is to immerse the stem in the liquid medium or to insert the stem into a substance containing the liquid medium (for example, 'aquatic sponge, soil, etc.). Therefore, from the exposed portion of the stem core, a liquid medium such as an aqueous solution is transferred to the flowers and / or leaves through the water-absorbing substance such as the water-absorbing substance inside the stem and the branch. Therefore, the color of flowers or branches can be changed by using a humidifying effect, or pigments or spices provided inside the stem or the like; in addition, the room can be deodorized or full of fragrance. Furthermore, the liquid medium preferably contains a pigment, and it is desirable to contain a water-soluble pigment. When adjusted to be acidic and / or alkaline, the color of flowers or leaves can be changed as described above. In particular, when using a liquid medium containing a pigment, preferably an aqueous solution containing a water-soluble pigment, etc., in order to expect unexpected changes, use a lid or a closed or near-closed container so that the color cannot be seen. -(Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) The size of the paper used for this edition applies to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210X297 mm) -18- 1226822 A7 B7 5. Description of the invention (16) Color is ideal. Deodorizing and fragrant effects are desired to be maintained for a certain period of time. For certain effects, it is also desirable to use a closed or nearly closed container. (Please read the precautions on the back before filling in this page.) Liquid media is not particularly limited, but can include aqueous liquid media such as water or aqueous solutions, such as oily liquid media, etc. For artificial plants of the present invention, The capillary phenomenon can be transferred to the flower and / or branch. Similarly, if the above-mentioned object can be achieved, its viscosity and other properties are not limited. In addition, the surface tension and the like can be adjusted according to the artificial plant used. As described above, the liquid medium is preferably a medium containing water, a medium containing a water-soluble pigment, a medium adjusted to be acidic and / or alkaline, and a medium containing a fragrance and / or a deodorant. Further, it is preferable to use an aqueous solution or the like as an aqueous liquid medium; for example, an aqueous organic solvent is mentioned. Specifically, an aqueous ethanol solution is mentioned; in this case, it has a humidifying effect, which is ideal for improving the transferability or volatility of perfumes and / or deodorants; in addition, it is used for improving the p Η The transferability of a substance that changes color and the like is ideal. In addition, it may be desirable to make it contain an oily pigment moderately. Printed and used by employees' cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, using artificial plants whose characteristics are changed to change the color of the flower and / or leaf. This use form is an important use form of the present invention; it can be changed in color using the method described above. Furthermore, one or more of the color change, the speed of change, the period of change, and the shape of the change are adjusted to expand the use purpose according to the purpose form. For example, it is ideal to change the decoration of a room over a long period of time; on the contrary, it is ideal to change it over a short period of time as an entertainment product. Furthermore -19- This paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 × 297 mm) 1226822 Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (17) to improve and / or maintain the smell of space It is ideal to use for the purpose of taste. This is also an important form of use of the present invention, and an important form when used for applications other than viewing. In addition, it is important to promote the use of the device as an ornamental device to increase its price. In addition, when the design is centered on functions such as deodorization; for example, even when installed in a room or a toilet, it has a moderate function and has a good visual appearance; it is more suitable than existing products . In addition, it is characterized in that it is ideal to use a method of deforming the flower portion. Therefore, it is ideal to increase the ornamental and unexpectedness, and it is more ideal to emphasize the elements of plants. The above-mentioned adjustment of the color change, speed of change, color, appearance, etc. can be adjusted according to the type and amount of the pigment used or the nature of the liquid medium. The coloring matter can be adjusted according to the molecular weight, solubility in a liquid medium, and the like. For liquid media, the transfer speed of pigments, perfumes, and deodorants is specifically adjusted according to the type, content, and molecular weight of organic solvents such as ethanol, surfactants, surfactants, flavors, and deodorants. Therefore, the above-mentioned changes and the like can be adjusted. Organic solvents such as ethanol can affect the solubility of pigments and the volatility of fragrance and deodorants. Examples of organic solvents include ethanol, ethylene glycol, ethylene glycol, glycerol, etc., but from the viewpoints of safety, handling, and cost, ethanol (including denatured products), propylene glycol, butanediol, and polyethylene are used. Diols (molecular weights from about 100 to about 100) and glycerol are preferred. The content can be appropriately adjusted according to its function. However, for example, p E G-2 0 (made by Japan Sanyo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) is polyethylene glycol.  1 ~ white This paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 male shame) Approved IT (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) -20- 1226822 A7 _B7 V. Especially when the liquid medium contains PEG, you can control the movement of the pigment or the pigment's adhesion to the petals. That is, a place where the appearance, hue, color, and pigment of the modulation flower can be controlled. In more detail, PEG adjusts the suction speed of the liquid medium, and at the same time, it can adjust the moving speed of the pigment. In addition, it is possible to adjust the adhesion of pigments by blending PEG, so the color of the central part of the flower is thickened, and the entire flower can be evenly colored. In particular, if the P E G is not blended, it is generally formed as a marginal pattern and cannot be adjusted in hue or appearance. However, the hue and appearance can be adjusted by blending P E G. Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Additives such as surfactants can affect the transfer speed of pigments. Therefore, you can adjust the period of color change and the period of continuous aroma and deodorant effect. In particular, the surfactant improves the transfer speed of the solution, and also has the effect of diffusing perfume or oily pigment in water, etc .; this molecular weight, the branching of the alkyl chain, the amount of ethylene oxide, and the amount of propylene oxide can be adjusted. The strength of the effect. Examples of the surfactant include anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, and nonionic surfactants. In addition, 'when stems and / or branches contain pigments, spices, and deodorants', the arrangement and arrangement of the pigments in the stems and branches can be adjusted by using -21-This paper applies Chinese national standards (CNS) A4 specifications (210x297 public directors) 1226822 A7 B7 printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 5. Description of the invention (19) Sequence of changes. In addition, the poor solubility between the liquid medium and the pigment can be adjusted. Even if the water-soluble pigments and oil-based pigments are set at the same position, the solubility of the liquid medium is used. For example, the water-soluble pigments are transferred first to change the color of the petals, and then the oil-based pigments are transferred, so that the next one can be generated. The change. In addition, the fragrance and deodorant can be adjusted in the same manner. For example, the fragrance and deodorant can be adjusted to perform deodorization first, and then generate flavor. The intensity and type of flavor can also be changed over time. For example, the core of the stem of an artificial plant contains multiple pigments (such as water-soluble pigments and oily pigments) that have different solubility in liquid media; a mixture of organic solvent and water (aqueous organic solvent) ), So you can adjust the order of color change of flowers or leaves, the period when the change starts, the appearance of the change, and the color tone. That is, the color change can be adjusted over time. In addition, the cores of a plurality of artificial plants contain pigments having different solubility in liquid media with each other, so that the plurality of artificial plants form a bouquet and are immersed in the aqueous organic solvent, so each artificial plant has a different color. As different periods begin to change, each artificial plant can also have a different appearance and hue. With this configuration, the entire bouquet can be enhanced in aesthetics. However, in the above-mentioned case, an aromatic solvent such as ethanol is used as the water-containing organic solvent, so that the surrounding environment is full of fragrance. In addition, in the present invention, when a pigment is used, it is preferable to use a color migration preventing agent that prevents the transfer of pigment to surrounding objects or people. For example, if the core of the stem contains pigment, use a medium containing a color migration preventive agent as the liquid medium (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page). Description of the invention) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) The body can be used to fix the liquid medium and its pigments dissolve and expand when blooming / leaves Coloring status. That is, in the process of changing the color or appearance, the artificial plant is taken out of the liquid medium at the desired change stage, so that the artificial plant with the desired color and appearance can be obtained. In this case, since the pigment is fixed, the color does not fade, and contamination of the hands, clothes, walls, etc. caused by the pigment can be prevented. The same effect and effect can be achieved by including a color migration preventing agent in the core of the stem, using a medium containing a pigment as a liquid medium. In the latter case, since the liquid medium does not contain a color migration preventing agent, the color can be changed more freely. In addition, in any case, the color migration preventing agent is sealed in a pouch, and the color can be mixed into the liquid medium after a certain period of time. In this case, after a certain period of change in petals, etc., the pigment can be stabilized in this state. In addition, the same effect can be obtained by removing the artificial plant from the liquid medium after changing the color / appearance to a desired stage without using a color migration preventing agent, and applying a color migration preventing agent using a sprayer or the like. However, by appropriately selecting a pigment and a color migration preventing agent, an unexpected color change can be obtained. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The color migration prevention agent contains a mordant used to fix and color plant pigments (grass dyes). Among the mordants, the iron mordants include first ferric chloride, second iron chloride, and first sulfuric acid; chromium mordants include chromium acetate; copper mordants include copper acetate and copper sulfate; tin mordants Examples of the agent include sodium stannate, etc .; examples of the aluminum mordant include aluminum, potassium alum, and aluminum sulfate; and examples of the lime mordant include slaked lime and other vinegar. The mordant can be used at a concentration of 0.1 to 1% by weight, ideally a concentration of 0.2 to 0.5% by weight; a ratio of 1 to 10% by weight is suitable for petals and leaves, and ideally suitable for this paper size Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 public envy) 1226822 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention) It is applicable at a ratio of 2 to 5% by weight. (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page.) In addition, since the color does not fade, it prevents the staining of hands, clothes, and walls with pigments. Therefore, a film-forming color migration prevention agent can be applied to flowers or leaves. The film-forming color migration preventing agents include cationic surfactants; egg white; soaps such as linoleic acid soap, linolenic acid soap, and conjugated linoleic acid soap; paints such as lacquers and paints; Natural resins such as rosin, dammar, zamba, shellac, etc .; natural oils such as tung oil, linseed oil; natural waxes such as palm wax, white wax, wood wax, dense wax, etc .; paint, oil stains, polyamines Fat paint, transparent paint (transparent is ideal, transparent paint refers to nitrocellulose as the main component, and natural resin, synthetic resin, and plasticizer are added to this cellulose); it is called the synthesis of acrylic emulsion paint One type of emulsion paint (AEP), two types of synthetic emulsion paint called water-based emulsion paint, resins and coatings such as vinyl chloride resin enamel. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs In addition, in the present invention, blue dyes and dye liquors can also be formulated in liquid media. The artificial plant changes the color through the dye, and then uses the oxygen in the air to oxidize the dye, so that it can produce and change to blue. These color migration preventing agents are dissolved in the solvent as required and sprayed with a sprayer. In this case, it is possible to prevent color migration by applying a color migration preventing agent to the peripheral portions of the petals and leaves. These color migration preventing agents can also be completely dyed on the petals and leaves that make up; when applied to the surface of petals and leaves, the applied part changes the color, but it can also prevent color migration. Furthermore, by using a coating-forming color migration preventing agent, it is possible to produce desired patterns (pattern patterns, dot patterns), graphics, symbols, characters, or a combination of these on petals or leaves. That is, according to the desired pattern, the paper size is applied to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X29? Mm) 1226822 Printed on the A7 B7 by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 5. The description of the invention is 2) Sexual color migration preventing agent; the pigment can not be transferred to this part, but can be made into a desired appearance. When using water-repellent or oil-repellent agents, you can obtain unpredictable appearance, but when you predict the desired shape or when you want to get a clear message, it is ideal to use a film-forming color migration prevention agent. In particular, when the liquid medium containing a pigment is an aqueous system, it is preferable to use an oily film-forming color migration preventive agent. In addition, when the liquid medium containing a pigment is oily, use an aqueous film-forming color migration prevention agent. The agent is relatively reasonable. In addition, in order to prevent the migration of pigments that expand into petals or leaves, a color migration prevention member may be provided around the petals or leaves. The color migration prevention member may be provided around the petals or leaves by an electrostatic hair-planting process. Alternatively, the color migration prevention member may be constituted by a ribbon membrane that holds both sides of the periphery of a petal or a leaf. In addition, as mentioned above, even if the material and size of the torus part are adjusted, the speed of change can be adjusted. For example, even if the torus part is liquid-absorptive, such as water-absorbing properties, the liquid medium will evaporate more quickly due to excessive evaporation of water in the torus part when it is too large, and the color medium tends to change earlier. In addition, the appearance of the flower can be adjusted by applying the water-repellent / oil-repellent substance. In addition, the speed of change can be adjusted depending on the application amount. Furthermore, plural kinds of material combinations such as petals can also make the color change speed and the like of each petal different. Furthermore, when the flower part of the artificial plant of the present invention has plural kinds of petals, at least one kind of petals communicate with the liquid-absorbent substance in the core part, and other petals communicate with the liquid-absorbent substance in the core part. The color produced (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) This paper size is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -25- 1226822 A7 Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 3, the description of the invention Pan 3) 'The petals that have changed appearance and the petals that have not changed, but the overall appearance and impression of the design flower can be adjusted. For example, the petals in the center of the flower can communicate with the liquid-absorbent substance in the core of the stem, and the petals in the outer periphery can communicate with the liquid-absorbent substance in the core of the stem. In this case, since the pigment does not reach the petals on the periphery, it does not cause pollution even if it comes into contact with the wall or clothes. In order not to communicate with the liquid-absorbent substance in the core of the stem, the other petals are connected to the stem outer skin (plastic tube, etc.) or the other petals are formed with non-absorbent substance. In an ideal form of the present invention, the pigment used may be a pigment with low light resistance. When light (sunlight, ultraviolet light) is irradiated to a flower part or a leaf part colored with a pigment having low light resistance, the color gradually fades, and finally the flower part or the leaf part becomes the original color. Such artificial plants with faded flowers or leaves can be used again. In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pigment used is a combination of a pigment having low light resistance and a pigment having high light resistance. When light (sunlight) is irradiated to a flower part or a leaf part colored with a combination of the two pigments, a pigment having a low light resistance fades, and a pigment having a high light resistance appears in a flower part or a leaf part. For example, when using red No. 102 (higher C · I _ 16255) with higher light fastness and yellow 403-1 (C.I · 10316) with lower light fastness in combination, the flower portion is colored as it was Orange color, but when the sun shines on the flower or leaf, the yellow light resistance 403-1 (Japan C. I · 10316) fades gradually. As the color fades, the color of the flower is slightly reddish, and finally Turns red. In addition to pigments with low light fastness, in addition to yellow 4 0 3-1, yellow 5 (Japan C. 15985) and fading (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) This paper size is applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A4 Specification (210X297 mm) -26- 1226822 Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs A7 B7 V. Invention Description (24) No. 201 and / or Red No. 40 (say c. I. 45190). In addition to pigments with high light fastness, in addition to Red No. 102, it is possible to use page color No. 4 (Japan C_I · i9i4〇), cyan No. 1 (Japan C. I.42090), and red No. 227 (Japan c. I. 17200), purple No. 40 and / or black No. 401. The artificial plant of the present invention can change the color of the flower part and / or the leaf part, and has an aromatic effect and a deodorizing effect as important effects, but as described above These effects can be combined. In addition, this method can also be achieved by loading pigments, fragrances, and deodorants into stems and branches; only pigments can be installed by using liquid media prepared by using fragrances and deodorants. In addition, it is also possible to use a liquid medium prepared by using a pigment, a fragrance, and a deodorant. Furthermore, the effect and appearance of petal opening can be appropriately added depending on the purpose. In addition, in the state of a bouquet, bouquet, etc., in which one or two or more artificial plants of the present invention are combined with one or two or more artificial plants in general, it is ideal for improving the ornamental property. As described above, in order to enhance the ornamental performance, the artificial plants of the present invention can be combined with each other, and then combined with other general artificial plants, such as artificial flowers and resin molded flowers, to form bouquets, bouquets, Forms such as wreaths are also more gorgeous in appearance and increase the price of goods. In addition, of course, it can also be used as a garland. In addition, it is possible to use a liquid medium prepared by a fragrance and a deodorant to obtain the fragrance effect. Invention Explanation (25) The composition containing the liquid medium such as the artificial plant and the aqueous solution of the present invention is more convenient for sale and use. In particular, only water is suitable for capillaries with limited uptake. In addition, it is ideal to design the liquid medium in advance to facilitate the change of the group. For example, the content of the color change, the time of the change, and the type of the spice can be adjusted, and the artificial plant of the present invention can be easily used according to the purpose. In addition, from the viewpoint of the usability of the buyer and the price of the product, it is more desirable to prepare a group product. Here, the liquid medium is, as described above, of course a liquid medium containing pigments, fragrances, deodorants, and the like. In addition, in consideration of long-term use, it is desirable to appropriately mix a preservative and the like. FIG. 1 is a view showing an artificial plant in a more specific form of the present invention. Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view along the line I I-I I in Figure 1 (that is, a cross-sectional view of the stem). The artificial plant 10 shown in Figs. 1 and 2 includes a stem portion 11 and a flower portion 12 formed of the above-mentioned water-absorbent substance such as a water-absorbent substance, and a portion formed of the above-mentioned liquid-absorbent substance. The flower portion 12 has a petal 121 formed on the upper end of the stem portion 11 and formed of a liquid-absorbing substance. During use, the artificial plant 10 is immersed in a liquid medium 22 housed in a container 21. The liquid medium 2 2 is transferred from the core exposed part of the lower part of the stem part 1 1 to the flower part 12 through the stem core part 1 12 to achieve the above various functions. Of course, when the liquid medium 22 contains a colorant, a fragrance, a deodorant, a coloring agent, etc. (these are collectively referred to as a functional additive), the functional additive achieves the aforementioned effects. Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of an artificial plant in which the functional additive FA is contained in the liquid-absorbent substance 1 1 2 constituting the core portion of the stem, except that the artificial plant is the same as the artificial plant shown in Figs. 1 and 2. Sectional view. The functional additive F A comes into contact with the liquid medium 2 2 sucked up through the stem core portion 1 12 to achieve the various functions described above. Fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing an artificial plant of another form of the present invention having a flower portion that changes in a certain direction due to swelling. The artificial plant 30 shown in FIG. 4, for example, contains a swelling agent such as the hygroscopic swelling agent described above in a receiving container 33 formed of plastic and the like to become a flower tray 3 1. The petals formed of a liquid-absorbing substance 3 2 is fixed around the upper end of the torus 31. The torus 31 is connected at its upper end to the core 1 1 2 of the stem 11. The swelling agent constituting the torus 31 is restrained by the container 33 in its surroundings, so it is absorbed by the liquid medium and moisturizes upwards. As a result, the petals 32 also move upwards.
