1226822 A7 B7 五、發明説明(1 ) 〔技術領域〕 本發明係關於人工植物;特別是關於具備室內加濕等 的功能,變化花的色彩、形狀等從鑑賞面及美感面都優越 之人工植物。 〔背景技術〕 過去,觀賞用的人工植物其主流爲人造花、乾燥花、 塑膠製的植物等。 這些人工植物具有不需人工照顧且能夠長期間放置的 優點。但是相反地,無法擺脫人造的感覺,另外由於沒有 變化因而對觀賞面不良,且無法如同天然植物具有室內的 加濕效果。 但是本發明之目的係提供不需如同天然植物的照顧而 能達到天然植物所具有的加濕效果之人工植物及其使用方 法。另外,本發明之目的係提供能變化色彩、形狀、美感 、觀賞面部優良;另外也有優良的除臭、芳香性之人工植 物及其使用方法。 〔發明槪要〕 本發明群爲了達成上述目的而加以硏究所得到的結果 ,發現使用吸水性物質等的吸液性物質,利用其毛細管現 形成之花部及/或葉部、和具有由吸水性物質等的吸液性 物質所形成的芯部之莖部及/或枝部之人工植物。莖芯部 具有得以與液狀媒體接觸之露出部分。花部及/或葉部和 莖部及/或枝部利用莖芯部與液狀媒體接觸就具有吸水性 之吸液性物質加以連通。 上述構成的人工植物,經莖芯部的露出部分與水溶液 等的液狀媒體接觸,利用毛細管現象,透過莖芯部,液狀 媒體供應到花部或葉部;特別是液狀媒體爲水溶液等的水 性媒體時,可以使其有活力’可以如同真花的感覺,同時 從花部、葉部,蒸發擴散水氣,而對室內達到加濕效果。 本發明中,花部可以具有由液狀媒體滋潤所形成形狀 的變化受限於一定方向之吸濕滋潤劑等的滋潤劑所形成之 花托部、及以其變化的方向所設置之花瓣部。此情況.,水 等的液狀媒體吸收到吸濕滋潤劑等的滋潤劑,就可以使花 瓣綻開等變化花的形狀。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 另外,在莖及/或枝的芯部含有色素,理想的是含有 水溶性色素時’利用毛細管現象,含有色素的液狀媒體就 可以使花及/或葉的顏色變化。進而長期間保持,仍得以 聚集花及/或葉末端的色素而變化花緣。 在莖部及/或枝部的花部含有香料及/或除臭劑時, 不單是可以變化色彩、形狀等的視覺,對於室內的除臭或 室內散播芳香之溴覺方面都具有效果。 花部及/或葉部含有經p Η的變化而改變顏色之物質 或鹼性而單是水,當水分移往花及/或葉之際形成爲酸性 、鹼性之液狀媒體,因而可以使含有因上述p Η的變化而 改變顏色的物質之花及/或葉的色彩變化。 另外,花部及/或葉部含有螢光粒子時,利用毛細管 現象而使水分等的液狀媒體含在花及/或葉中,則螢光發 色,而大幅改變其印象。 進而,花瓣、葉、枝、莖的其中一者以上,其全部或 一部分以豐潤劑、固化劑、膠花劑的1種或2種以上所構 成時,可以使其變化形成或印象。 在花部及/或葉部的一部分含有撥水/撥油性物質時 ,例如以噴霧器等使撥水/撥油性物質擴散分布在花瓣中 時,可以變化花瓣的模樣。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 另外,莖部及/或葉部的芯部含有顏色變遷防止劑時 ,可以使其固定所期望的顏色、模樣的變化狀態。 另外,在莖部及/或葉部的周圍設置顏色變遷防止構 件時,可以有效地防止色素從莖部或葉部移往與莖部或葉 部接觸的人或物。 花部(通常是最上方)會有困難。該情況,因在儲存部可 以儲存液狀媒體,所以順利將該所儲存的液狀媒體移送到 更上方。 進而,花部具有得以與吸液性物質連通液體之花瓣、 及不與液性物質連通液體之花瓣時,因產生顏色、模樣會 變化的花瓣及不會變化的花瓣,所以可以調整、設計花全 體的模樣、印象。 另外,組合本發明人工植物的1種或2種以上及一般 人工植物的1種或2種以上所形成之花束、捧花等的狀態 則用來提高其觀賞性較具理想。 本發明的人工植物由於可以經使花部及/或葉部和莖 部及/或枝部連通液體而變化顏色或得有花香、舞動等的 功能,所以可以達成此功能之使用方法較爲理想。具體上 ,本發明的人工植物使用方法包括使莖芯部的露出部分與 液狀媒體相接觸。因此從莖芯部的露出部分,液狀媒體透 過構成莖、枝芯部的吸液性物質,移送到花部及/或葉部 。進而,液狀媒體含有色素,較理想的是含有水溶性色素 的芯部之莖及/或枝而構成之人工植物。花部及/或葉部 和莖部及/或枝部係以吸水性物質等的吸液性物質加以連 通。莖芯部具有與水溶液等的液狀媒體得以接觸之露出部 分。 上述構成的人工植物,經使莖芯部的露出部分與水溶 液等的液狀媒體相接觸,液狀媒體被吸收到設在莖及/或 枝的內部之吸水性物質等的吸液性物質,進而利用毛細管 現象,流到花及/或葉中。特別是水溶液等的水性媒體移 送,水分含在由吸水性物質所形成的花及/或葉中,而感 覺到如同鮮花,一般的人造花則無此感覺,並且水分逐漸 從花及或葉的部分蒸發,而具有室內加濕的功能。 即是本發明的人工植物,利用毛細管現象可以使花或 葉感覺如同鮮花,同時對室內具有加濕效果。 此處,吸水性物質係指吸液性,若爲具有毛細管現象 的物質則沒有特別的限制,而不論是天然品還是合成品。 具體例可以列舉有細玻璃管或多種組合、衛生紙、萱紙、 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 發明中,用於花部、葉部、莖部、枝部的芯部之吸水性物 質利用毛細管現象使其移送水溶液等的液狀媒體’不過構 成芯部之吸液性物質所使用之纖維,長條狀對移流液狀媒 體更具效果。另外,該情況,纖維的粗細具有不因吸液而 變化、滋潤的傾向,構成芯部之吸液性物質爲萱紙較理想 ;特別是依需求所製作之萱紙較爲理想。 本發明中花部係指具有花瓣的部位,其形狀、構成並 沒有特別限定,其花的種類也沒有特別限制。葉部也是其 形狀、片數、大小等都沒有特別的限制,不過考慮到加濕 效果等,則使水分移送,保持一段時間,進而使其蒸發較 爲理想。 花托部具有儲液的功能較爲理想。由此點則爲吸水性 等的吸液性較理想。另外,可以依大小、質材調整液狀媒 體的移送速度,所以也可以調整花瓣的顏色變化速度。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 進而,花瓣、葉、枝、莖的其中1個以上,其全部或 一部分可以含有膨脹劑、固化劑、膠化劑的1種或2種以 上。例如吸收水分而固化之環氧體、或水系的膠劑等都能 適宜使用。此樣花瓣、葉、枝、莖的其中1種以上,其全 部或一部分含有滋潤劑、固化劑、膠化劑的1種或2種以 上,因而可以大幅改變形狀或形象。 以吸水性物質等的吸液性物質構成莖及/或枝的芯部 係從與液狀媒體接觸之莖的露出部分,利用對花等的毛細 管現象,移送水、水溶液等的液狀媒體爲必要的條件;若 通常,從莖的露出部分到花及/或葉的路徑,可以採 用透過吸水性等的吸液性物質之形態。另外,以吸液性物 質當作芯,施予一定程度的加工作爲莖的外皮,或預先在 莖等的內部形成空間且在其內部塡入吸液性物質亦可。進 而本發明也包括將預先在塑膠樹脂製管道等充塡的吸液性 物質後通到莖或枝的內部。莖、枝的外皮材質沒有特別限 制,不過若以使含水等的液狀媒體有效地移流送到花、葉 中爲著眼點,則不易吸收含水等的液狀媒體,中途不致蒸 發含水等的液狀媒體,因而使用不透過水分之塑膠、乙烯 樹脂、金屬等的材質較爲理想;另外,從方便使用之點則 使用不易變形的材質較爲理想。莖部及/或枝部具有多層 構造。 如同本發明,經由在莖或枝的內部設置移送水的通路 ,因而作爲觀賞用植物具有良好的最大存在價値之「豪華 感」。過去觀賞用植物發生外部脫離管筒,這種情況對外 觀造成不良影響。依據本發明,即使使水移送到花或葉的 複數個處所,也只要從莖的一處切口等吸水即可;況且其 液狀媒體的路徑從外部看不見。但是設置在外部之管筒時 ,必要複數個吸水口及複數個管筒,以外部互相連結,外 觀不良,作用觀賞用會大幅削減其存在價値。另外,如同 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) ^ ~ (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 1226822 A7 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 __B7五、發明説明(ίο ) 下述所說明,例如使顏色改變時,本發明則是在欲使顏色 變化的花或葉正前方(莖側)設置其色素即可;欲使花或 葉呈現複數種不同的色彩時,只要能改變所設置的顏色即 可。外部管筒對應於此顏色時,則如上述複數個管筒伸到 外部,外觀不適於觀賞。進而若預先知道花色的變化則其 效果減半,因而使用外部管筒時侷限於經著色的不透明導 筒,觀賞性受限制而不理想。 人工植物的種類不受限於花、草、植物、盆栽等;另 外,即使是加工過的人造花、乾燥花等亦可。 另外,本發明的1種形態,花部具有由滋潤所造成形 狀變形受限於一定方向之吸濕滋潤劑的滋潤劑所形成之花 托、及以其變化的方向所設置之花瓣。 滋潤造成形狀的變化受限於一定方向之滋潤劑使其對 應於該變化而設置花瓣,當移送液狀媒體時往限制滋潤劑 的一定方向變形,而可以使其變化花瓣的位置、方向,且 可以產生花全體的舞動;另外還可以使其改變形狀。 依據上述的手法,即使Si葉或莖部產生同樣的舞動, 也可以使其改變形狀。 吸濕滋潤劑等的滋潤劑,列舉有滋潤工等的粘度鑛物 、或水滋潤橡膠、高分子膠等;也可以使用其他眾知的滋 潤劑。 形狀的變化受限於一定方向,可以例示固定滋潤劑的 周圍,只有一者不固定的情況。此處受限於一定方向並不 可以使花凋謝。另外,也可以在視覺上把握水分或液狀媒 體的過度不足。 特別是只除了一方向(只開放一方向)固定周圍時, 依照其周圍整合花瓣,而以未開花的程度加以固定,則利 用滋潤劑的變化,改變開花的樣子。 另外,在莖及/或枝的芯部含有色素,理想的是含有 水溶性色素時,利用毛細管現象,水溶液等的液狀媒體透 過枝的內部逐漸移送之過程中,通過具有色素的部分,因 而到達花及/或葉的時間點形成爲含有色素的水溶液等, 可以對花及/或葉施加該顏色,因而可以使花及/或葉的 顏色變化。經調整所使用色素的性質、量或設置的位置, 就可以調整顏色的變化狀況或速度。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 另外,長時間繼續使用,可以期許花及/或葉的顏色 開始淡薄而逐漸增濃的過程變化。進而,色素並不是單色 也可以使用複數種顏色;依色素的設置狀況也可以期許花 及/或葉的色彩種種變化。設置複數種色素時,經由其色 素的性質、量、配置可以調整顏色變化的狀況、變化的順 序等。進而可以利用溶解到所使用的液狀媒體之溶解性不 同進行調整。 在花及/或葉的根源處設置各種色彩不同的色素,理 想的是設置水溶性色素,而可以得到具有多色的花、葉之 -14- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) 1226822 A7 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 _ B7五、發明説明(12 ) 人工植物;另外可以期許其變化。另外,在花及/或葉的 根源設置單色的色素,在以後詳述的液狀媒體施加其他顏 色的1種或更多的色素,也能夠以複數種顏色變化花部及 /或葉部。 外加經長時間保持,而在花及/或葉的末端集結色素 ,可以使其變化葉緣。 如上述,即使不在花及/或葉的根源設置各種色彩的 色素,理想的是不設置水溶性色素時,當然也使用含有色 素之水溶液等的液狀媒體,而可以取得同樣的效果。 另外,在花部及/或葉部的一部分使其含有撥水/撥 油物質時,經由其撥水/撥油性物質的配置,可以使其變 化成種種的模樣。例如以噴霧器等將撥水/撥油性物質散 布在花瓣時,可以使其變化成斑紋狀的模樣。因此,撥水 /撥油性物質係指具有撥水性及/或撥油性的物質;例如 矽、碳化氫聚合體、聚(全氟代辛基丙烯酸酯樹脂)、或 含有此質的氟系撥水/撥油劑。實際使用的可以例示優尼 代因(商品名,日本大金工業製)等。 另外,預先在乙烯樹脂製的管筒等充塡吸液性物質再 通到莖或枝的內部,在該管筒的外壁與莖或枝的內壁之間 進而設置吸液性物質時,使用其管筒等的內側與外側各不 相同之水溶性色素等的色素,而可以對各別花或枝的顏色 施加變化;另外花部等可以經色素的混合施加色彩的變化 可以使用眾知的香料、除臭劑,可以依房間用、廁所 用、玄關用、寵物用等種種的用途加以選用。 觀賞用植物所具有的重要存在意義係使人心舒暢。依 據上述構成,室內可以充滿芳香,依該芳香可以人心舒暢 ’也可用於芳香劑療法。另外,選擇與人工植物同種的花 香,也可以使其提高實際感。 關於香料當然是使用水溶性的香料;關於油性的香料 經由以乙醇等的有機溶媒加以稀釋就可以適合使用。 使用除臭劑時,具有除去房間的異臭等而提高居住環 境之效果。另外,倂用香料時比單獨以香料的芳香時好印 象;上述過的舒暢效果更加提高。使用除臭劑時,加上一 般用於房間,用於廚房、浴室、廁所、玄關等時更加理想 〇 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 廚房、浴室、廁所則由於水經使用或積留,因而可以 簡單地使用。例如在廁所的儲水槽內隨時含有除臭劑時, 在該儲水槽內直接使用本發明的人工植物,就可適當地獲 Η的變化而改變顏色之物質可以使用酸鹽基指示 劑、氧化還原指示劑等。 酸鹽基指示劑係用來得知溶液的Ρ Η値所用之指示劑 的統稱;一般有機色素的種類,分類爲酞系、偶氮基、三 苯甲烷系、苯系、硝系指示劑。例舉有甲基紅、α -萘酚 酞、酚酞、酚紅、溴百里酚藍、百里酚酞等。色彩的變化 例如百里酚酞在Ρ Η 8 · 2〜1 0 · 0的範圍變色;酸性 色爲無色,鹽基性色爲紅色。另外使用含括多種的Ρ Η値 依照各別的ρ Η値顯示不同的顏色之萬能指示劑,而可以 得到依各ρ Η値變化成不同的顏色之本發明的人工植物。 另外,氧化還原指示劑係指用來推測氧化還原電位所 使用之色素。例舉有亞甲藍、甲苯胺藍、酚藏花紅、中性 紅等。 其色彩變化後,進而將相反性質的水溶液(已以酸性 水溶液變化過則爲鹼性的水溶液)含在花及/或葉中,利 用化學性中和就可以回到原來的顏色;另外將以複數種 ρ Η的變化改變顏色之物質含在花及葉中時,持續輸送該 相反性質的水溶液則可以變化複數種不同的顏色。 進而,在莖及/或枝的內部含有酸性及/或鹼性的物 質時,接觸到莖的露出部分之水溶液等的液狀媒體並不是 酸性、鹼性,即使單純的水,當水分移送到花及/或葉中 之際形成爲酸性、鹼性,因而經上述ρ Η的變化而能夠變 化含有變化顏色的物質之花及/或葉的色彩。 另外,花及/或葉中含有經不同ρ Η的變化而改變顏 臭效果的期間。特別是界面活性劑提高溶液的移送速度,· 另外具有使香料或油性色素擴散在水中等的效果;利用此 分子量、烷基鏈的分岐、乙烯氧化物的數量、丙烯氧化物 的數量可以調整該效果的強弱。界面活性劑例如列舉有陰 離子界面活性劑、陽離子界面活性劑、兩性界面活性劑、 非離子界面活性劑;從安全性、操作性、成本性的觀點, 則可以使用非離子界面活性劑等。含量可以依其功能作適 可以隨著時間經過使其變化香味的濃烈度、種類。 例如在一株人工植物其莖部的芯部使其含有對液狀媒 體具有不同溶解性之複數種色素(例如,水溶性色素、及 油性色素);使用有機溶媒與水的混合物(含水有機溶媒 ),因而可以調整花或葉其顏色的變化順序、變化開始的 時期、變化的模樣、色調。即是能隨著時間經過調整顏色 的變化。 另外,在複數種人工植物的莖芯部使其含有相互間對 液狀媒體具有不同溶解性的色素使其複數種人工植物成爲 花束同時浸漬在上述含水有機溶媒,因而各個人工植物其 不同的色彩,不同的時期開始變化,各株人工植物也可以 是不同的模樣、色調。利用此種構成,花束全體可以使其 提高審美性。 然而,上述的情況,使用乙醇等芳香性的溶媒作爲含 水有機溶媒,因而周圍環境佈滿芳香。 另外,在於本發明,使用色素時,倂用阻止對周圍的 葉的著色狀態。即是在顏色或模樣改變的過程,於所期望 的變化階段從液狀媒體中取出人工植物,因而能夠得到喜 好的顏色、模樣之人工植物。該情況,色素由於被固定, 因而不致褪色,可以防止色素所造成手、衣服、牆壁等的 污染。同樣的作用,效果若在莖芯部使其含有顏色遷染防 止劑,使用含有色素的媒體作爲液狀媒體也可以達成。此 後者的情況,因液狀媒體未含顏色遷染防止劑,所以顏色 的變化更具有自由度。另外,無論任何的情況,將顏色遷 染防止劑封塡到囊袋中,經一定時間後顏色就可以使色素 調配到液狀媒體中。該情況,花瓣等經一定期間的變化後 ,就可以在該狀態下使色素穩固。另外不使用顏色遷染防 止劑,直到所期望的階段爲止使顏色/模樣變化後,從液 狀媒體取出該人工植物,利用噴霧器等塗上顏色遷染防止 劑也能得到同樣的效果。然而,適當選擇色素及顏色遷染
