【物品用途】;本設計係有關於一種鞋墊，尤指一種富有美感設計且實用之鞋墊。;【設計說明】;本創作設計如圖所示，本創作係為一種鞋墊設計，由立體圖及前視圖觀之，可見鞋墊頂面設計佈滿波浪紋路，且複數組波浪條紋之間設有間隔，由後視圖觀之，鞋墊底面佈滿網格紋路，整體來說，本設計之鞋墊設計簡約大方，線條及造型具有美感，跳脫傳統習知鞋墊設計，本設計之鞋墊具有獨特新穎之美感，符合設計專利申請要件，爰依法提出申請，圖示以半透明紅色所覆蓋之部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。[Purpose] This design relates to a shoe insole, particularly one that is both aesthetically pleasing and practical. ;[Design Description];This creation is a shoe insole design as shown in the figure. From the three-dimensional image and the front view, it can be seen that the top of the shoe insole is covered with wavy patterns, and there are intervals between the multiple sets of wavy stripes. From the rear view, the bottom of the shoe insole is covered with a grid pattern. Overall, the shoe insole design of this design is simple and generous, with beautiful lines and shapes, breaking away from traditional insole design. The shoe insole of this design has a unique and novel aesthetic and meets the requirements for design patent application. Therefore, an application is filed in accordance with the law. The portion covered by the translucent red color in the figure is the portion not claimed in this case.

本創作設計如圖所示，本創作係為一種鞋墊設計，由立體圖及前視圖觀之，可見鞋墊頂面設計佈滿波浪紋路，且複數組波浪條紋之間設有間隔，由後視圖觀之，鞋墊底面佈滿網格紋路，整體來說，本設計之鞋墊設計簡約大方，線條及造型具有美感，跳脫傳統習知鞋墊設計，本設計之鞋墊具有獨特新穎之美感，符合設計專利申請要件，爰依法提出申請，圖示以半透明紅色所覆蓋之部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。 This design, as shown in the figure, is a shoe insole.
