【物品用途】;本設計係有關於一種鞋墊，尤指一種富有美感設計且實用之鞋墊。;【設計說明】;本創作設計如圖所示，本創作係為一種鞋墊設計，由立體圖及前視圖觀之，可見鞋墊底面設計佈滿仿網格紋路，且設計有複數條橫向止滑凸條，複數凸條長短不一卻又整齊間隔排列，產生獨特設計之美感，由後視圖觀之，鞋墊頂面同樣設計有複數止滑凸條，同樣長短不一卻又整齊間隔排列，與底面複數凸條相呼應，鞋墊頂面設計有足杯部、後跟部及足心凸部，高低起伏設計產生山巒連綿之視覺效果，整體來說，本設計之鞋墊設計簡約大方，線條及造型具有美感，跳脫傳統習知鞋墊設計，本設計之鞋墊具有獨特新穎之美感，符合設計專利申請要件，爰依法提出申請。[Item Usage] This design is about a shoe insole, especially one that is aesthetically pleasing and practical.
