【物品用途】;本設計係關於一種擺飾品，尤指一種關公雕像的外觀。;【設計說明】;本設計由立體圖與其他各視圖觀之，本設計外觀為關公手持 青龍偃月刀並且另一手指向天空的雕像，其坐落於一由多個元寶錢幣所構成的基座。關公五官端整且頭戴帽子，臉部的線條勾勒出莊嚴的神情，已超脫於世俗的煩惱之外，同時衣物皺褶的造型刻劃都是靜態的，烘托出關公的忠義與莊嚴；本設計之立體圖與其他各視圖之色彩顏色，也是本案主張保護之範圍，其中關公本體為略帶復古之古銅金屬色，而元寶所形成之基座為具有玉感之淡橘色，綜上所述，本設計外觀以莊嚴手法方式呈現出關公的神聖姿態，予人莊嚴威武的視覺印象，不僅是為新穎獨特之樣式，也適合擺飾於各處，營造出令人一入眼簾、萬憂具融之氛圍，可謂是匠心獨具、極盡巧思之設計。;1. 仰視圖非本設計重點，故省略之。

本設計係關於一種擺飾品，尤指一種關公雕像的外觀。
