【物品用途】;本設計為一種用以承接嘔吐物之物品。;【設計說明】;請參閱所附圖示，本設計係具有十分獨特且富含特異視覺美感之外觀表現。由圖觀之，本設計整體予人圓潤流暢之視覺觀感，並具有一朝下漸擴之主體，且於主體頂側具備一如特殊造型結構，搭配前、後、及左右側視圖觀之，可見其係為造型十分獨特之非對稱弧狀擋牆，並於各視角展現出不同之外觀輪廓，整體觀之似如一造型搖床般。主體上亦有向外延伸之長條結構，使得本設計整體觀之產生朝另一方向擴增之視覺觀感，以吸睛設計豐富化整體視覺層次表現。主體頂側之弧狀表現則是大幅地增加了本設計予人之視覺涵蓋範圍，而予人顯著之延伸感。本設計並具有些許設計者之創作巧思展現，如由右側視圖觀之即可見以長條與圓形搭配之設計，結合非對稱弧狀擋牆觀之，整體即呈現十分特異之外觀表現。綜上，本設計著實為一外型獨特新穎，且充分展現出特異視覺美感之嶄新產品。;據上所述，本設計整體予人相當圓潤、順暢且具有視覺張力之觀看感受，並展現出特殊且特異之視覺觀感與美感，乃依法提出設計專利申請。【Use of item】;This design is an item used to absorb vomitus. ;[Design Description];Please refer to the attached illustration.
