【物品用途】;本設計物品係為一種鞋子。;【設計說明】;請參閱所附圖示，本設計之外觀輪廓整體係具備極為特異之視覺外觀，除以中央為界線而呈對稱之花紋外觀以外，更具有鋸齒狀拉鍊設計，其係由鞋身延續至頂側處，而具備特異之視覺表現，並於鞋身可見如交錯樹葉般之花紋，故而使整體兼具柔和與剛強之美感表現。由左右側視圖觀之，則可見鞋身之特殊流線設計，而使整體外觀具備流暢生動的視覺美感表現，並藉由鞋身上具拉鍊概念之鋸齒狀結構夾設特殊花紋之設計而豐富整體外觀美感呈現，並使整體具備一致性之設計感。綜上，本設計著實充分體現創作者之設計概念，而為一造型新穎、富含特異視覺外觀之嶄新產品。其中，仰視圖中的數字與商標圖樣係為本案不主張設計之部分。;據以上所述，本設計將美感與特異之視覺效果融合體現於整體外觀上，且於各視角皆具備獨特且富含美感之特異視覺呈現，乃依法提出設計專利申請。【Use of item】;This designed item is a kind of shoe. ;[Design Description];Please refer to the attached diagram.
