【物品用途】;本設計係一種「蓋體之部分」的設計專利，其係一種裝設於一飲料容器上，以供啟閉該飲料容器之物品。;【設計說明】;本設計係一種造型獨特的蓋體之部分，該蓋體設有一上蓋部、一樞接件、一下蓋部與一啟閉部，其中，該上蓋部的縱向高度係由前側往後側縮減，其後側係樞設於該樞接件，且該樞接件係位於該下蓋部的後側，該下蓋部的頂側朝中心軸凹設縮徑，令該蓋體呈關蓋狀態時該上蓋部的底緣與該下蓋部側緣能大致銜接，又，該下蓋部的中央部分係貫設有一液體流通孔，以供飲料從該液體流通孔經過，且該啟閉部係裝設於該蓋體之側面，使得該蓋體能藉由該啟閉部開啟與關閉，整體觀之，本設計之造型別緻且新穎大方，視覺設計上予人層次鮮明又不失流利變化之觀感，完全合乎設計專利要件。;1、圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。

本設計係一種「蓋體之部分」的設計專利，其係一種裝設於一飲料容器上，以供啟閉該飲料容器之物品。
本設計係一種造型獨特的蓋體之部分，該蓋體設有一上蓋部、一樞接件、一下蓋部與一啟閉部，其中，該上蓋部的縱向高度係由前側往後側縮減，其後側係樞設於該樞接件，且該樞接件係位於該下蓋部的後側，該下蓋部的頂側朝中心軸凹設縮徑，令該蓋體呈關蓋狀態時該上蓋部的底緣與該下蓋部側緣能大致銜接，又，該下蓋部的中央部分係貫設有一液體流通孔，以供飲料從該液體流通孔經過，且該啟閉部係裝設於該蓋體之側面，使得該蓋體能藉由該啟閉部開啟與關閉，整體觀之，本設計之造型別緻且新穎大方，視覺設計上予人層次鮮明又不失流利變化之觀感，完全合乎設計專利要件。
