【物品用途】;本設計係為一種杯子，為指一種可供裝液體之杯子。;【設計說明】;如圖所示，本設計所提供之杯子，其主要特徵係由一杯蓋及一杯體構成，其中杯蓋的頂部設有一兔子造型的柄部，且於杯蓋的表面設有略呈「葉子」交錯的圖案，而杯體由八個弧形組成，又，杯體的外壁表面設有不同直徑的隕石狀坑洞，略呈月球表面坑洞，且由俯視圖觀之，杯體呈現一「月餅」外型，，使其具有簡約大方又兼具創新時尚的設計風格。;本設計在整體外觀上已展現出與習用物品完全不同之新穎風貌，爰依法提出設計申請。【Use of item】;This design is a cup, which refers to a cup that can be used to hold liquids. ;[Design Description];As shown in the picture, the main feature of the cup provided by this design is that it consists of a cup lid and a cup body. In addition, the outer wall surface of the cup body is equipped with meteorite-shaped craters of different diameters, which are slightly like craters on the surface of the moon. When viewed from a top view, The cup body has a "mooncake" shape, giving it a simple and elegant yet innovative and fashionable design style. ;The overall appearance of this design has shown a novel style that is completely different from conventional items, and a design application is submitted in accordance with the law.
