【物品用途】;本設計係為一種裝盛液體之杯子，為指一種可供裝液體之容器。;【設計說明】;如圖所示，本設計所提供之杯子，其主要特徵係杯體外觀呈現「斜條紋」狀，如同槍管膛線紋路，再由俯視圖觀之，杯口則設計成「嘴唇」形狀，讓使用者在使用杯子喝水或飲料時，猶如親吻的意境，使其具有簡約大方又兼具創新時尚的設計風格。;本設計在整體外觀上已展現出與習用物品完全不同之新穎風貌，爰依法提出設計申請。【Use of item】;This design is a cup for holding liquid, which refers to a container for holding liquid. ;[Design Description];As shown in the picture, the main feature of the cup provided by this design is that the cup body has a "diagonal stripe" appearance, just like the rifling pattern of a gun barrel. 本設計係為一種裝盛液體之杯子，為指一種可供裝液體之容器。This design is a cup for holding liquid, which refers to a container for holding liquid.

如圖所示，本設計所提供之杯子，其主要特徵係杯體外觀呈現「斜條紋」狀，如同槍管膛線紋路，再由俯視圖觀之，杯口則設計成「嘴唇」形狀，讓使用者在使用杯子喝水或飲料時，猶如親吻的意境，使其具有簡約大方又兼具創新時尚的設計風格。As shown in the figure, the main feature of the cup provided by this design is that the appearance of the cup body is in the shape of "oblique stripes", which is similar to the rifling pattern of the barrel.
