Abstract

【物品用途】;本物品係一種流體壓力缸，可在從一組壓力流體導出導入通口供給之壓力流體的作用下推壓收納在缸管內之活塞，使連結在活塞之活塞桿做直線狀之往復動作。;在使用之際，將壓力流體交互地供給至壓力流體導出導入通口，使缸管內部之活塞前進後退。藉此，活塞桿會沿著缸管之軸線方向做直線狀之往復動作。;供給至頭罩側之缸室之壓力流體係在推壓活塞之頭罩側而使活塞桿伸長後，從排氣返回通口經由未圖示之電磁閥及連通至桿罩側之缸室的壓力流體導出導入通口流入至桿罩側之缸室，再度利用於推壓活塞之桿罩側而將活塞桿拉入至缸管內之工作。;【設計說明】;本設計物品之流體壓力缸係具有：缸管；設置在缸管之一端的頭罩；設置在缸管之另一端的桿罩；固定桿罩之固定環；以及從桿罩突出之活塞桿(參照顯示各部名稱之參考立體圖1及顯示各部名稱之參考立體圖2)。;缸管係呈大致長方體狀，且如顯示各部名稱之A-A線參考剖面圖所示，在缸管之內部設置有缸室。在缸室收納有未圖示之活塞，且在該活塞連結有活塞桿。;此外，在缸管之內部設置有在由活塞所區隔出之桿罩側的缸室與頭罩側的缸室之間讓壓力流體可逆地通過的流路。;在缸管之隅角部設置有螺栓安裝孔。;在缸管的一面設置有：與桿罩側之缸室連通之壓力流體導出導入通口；與頭罩側之缸室連通之壓力流體導出導入通口；排氣返回通口，用以使頭罩側之缸室的壓力流體經由未圖示之電磁閥返回至桿罩側之缸室；以及節流閥，用以調整往缸管之外部進行排氣的壓力流體之流量。在缸管之剩餘的三面設置有感測器安裝溝。;本創作之特徵係在於「流體壓力缸」之整體形狀。
