【物品用途】;本設計係有關一種飲料杯的杯蓋設計，尤指在杯蓋上直接設有吸取飲料的吸管。;【設計說明】;本設計主要是在蓋體之頂面設有一軸向凸起的中空錐型體，一可分離的管狀體，呈軸向凸起一體成型連接在環狀肩部，且管狀體的上端部係呈一封閉面，而底周緣與環狀肩部連接的位置，設有一可被折斷分離的環形撕開線；當管狀體折斷後，中空錐型體成為一可在杯蓋上直接吸取飲料的錐型吸管。;本設計外型新穎獨特，線條曲度優美，予人舒目順暢之視覺感受，為一融合實用特性與新式樣美感的工業設計。;後視圖、及左、右側視圖與前視圖相同，故省略之。;圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。
