Abstract
【物品用途】;本設計所應用之物品係玩具車。;【設計說明】;本設計關於一具有車身的玩具車，其包括：前艙，其包含前保險桿、前車燈、引擎蓋及兩個前擋泥鈑；座艙，由擋風玻璃、兩個帶窗的側門、兩個後側窗戶、後車窗及車頂所界定；及後艙，其係藉由後車窗底部界定的後艙蓋關閉，該後艙包含兩個後擋泥鈑、兩個後車燈及後保險桿。;本設計的特徵在於：該引擎蓋具有一中央凸起部分，該凸起部分藉由一大致上呈等腰梯形的輪廓所界定，該輪廓具有面向前保險桿並與前保險桿隔開的較短邊，由擋風玻璃的一部分下緣所限定的較長邊及相對的傾斜彎曲側邊，其間距係朝擋風玻璃逐漸增大；等腰梯形的較短邊和側邊有略微外凸的形狀，並由圓頂點連接；該引擎蓋的中央凸起部分沿著側邊和較短邊藉由凹進的條帶部分而被包圍；該引擎蓋在與前保險桿相鄰的位置處具有延伸穿過該引擎蓋本身之前空氣管道的上部出口；該前空氣管道的上端開口係界定在該中央凸起部分的較短邊和該引擎蓋本身之前部條帶端部之間，該前部條帶端部橋接至與其相對的側邊部分；該前空氣管道具有一入口開口，該入口開口形成在前保險桿的下部中央部分中並且具有大致上呈等腰梯形狀的輪廓，其中該較短邊佈置在比該較長邊更高的上部位置；在後艙蓋上方，設置有一後擾流板，該後擾流板從玩具車的車身以懸臂的方式突出並且具有兩個根臂(root arms)，該兩個根臂在後側窗下端部的相對側上附接到玩具車的車身本身；以及一橫向葉片，藉由根臂支撐並具有相對的錐形側端和位於比相對的內邊緣高的位置的外邊緣；及玩具車的車身的後部型態類似於一種三體船(trimaran)。;本設計還包含有以下細部特徵：每一前車燈具有一類似軍刀狀的構造；每一側門具有三角形凹部，該三角形凹部在側門的中間區域具有一頂點，並且兩個側邊從該頂點朝向側門本身的後邊緣展開；每一個三角形凹部在與玩具車的車身的各自後側面的一部分上延伸；車頂設有兩條縱向延伸穿過的平行中間線；後車燈具有圓形輪廓；及後車窗係逐漸漸縮至後艙蓋。;圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計的部分；及左側視圖與右側視圖對稱，省略左側視圖。
