Abstract
【物品用途】;本設計係一種立體浮印的大象造型球，其係具觀賞與玩樂之用途。;【設計說明】;請參閱所附圖示，由立體圖視之，本設計係具浮水印花之球型結構，並以一大象作為整體之創作核心，如同一頭大象濃縮形變為一顆球之樣貌。其中，以其二大圓眼為本設計之亮點，其係以三個同心圓勾勒而成，係為整體創作之神韻大柱。並且，搭配象眼的半月彎眉毛與心型符號，替該象更添加活潑之精神，為可愛大方且精細之創作。自前視圖觀之，球體上的浮刻印大致呈現水平對稱設計，惟大象之鼻子略偏左側擺動，更添增一絲生命氣息。另外，其半月狀的象耳以缺角之方向相互對應，極似宗教中所使用的聖筊，而在此設計中賦予虔誠又神聖之意涵。自後視圖觀之，其係刻畫出該象之屁股與尾巴，並以圓滑之線條連結而成，進而以活潑大方之觀感與本設計精神相互呼應。復自左側視圖與右側視圖觀之，其象腿因球型設計而有伸縮拉長之功效，再次呈現調皮又可愛的氣息。自俯視圖觀之，以一愛心符號為中點之左右對稱設計，維持整體視覺平衡感。復自仰視圖觀之，其伸長之象腳又再增添可愛氣息，且其中心位置並無多餘之刻劃圖像，宛如平靜之大海，呈現平和之神秘感。;據以上所述，本設計係以一大象濃縮成球體之立體印花創作，其具活潑可愛之視覺觀感且於細節中瀰漫一絲神秘感，可於各視角獲得相異之視覺享受，實為極具創意與美感之創作，乃依法提出設計專利申請。
Description
本設計係一種立體浮印的大象造型球，其係具觀賞與玩樂之用途。
