Abstract
【物品用途】;本設計物品為一種薄膜晶片支撐件，其用以固定一薄膜晶片以形成一氣密空間，使電子顯微鏡之電子束可穿透薄膜晶片以觀察常壓狀態之樣品。;【設計說明】;本設計之特點在於薄膜晶片支撐件為一圓盤狀之薄片，其後視圖、左側視圖以及右側視圖皆與前視圖相同，故省略之。薄膜晶片支撐件之一側具有上寬下窄之一寬口凹槽。寬口凹槽之底部則設有一通孔，如俯視立體圖所示。薄膜晶片支撐件之另一側具有一淺凹槽，如仰視立體圖以及局部放大剖面參考圖所示。淺凹槽之形狀依不同設計可為方形、圓形或圓角方形等，因此淺凹槽之形狀為本案不主張設計之部分，如仰視立體圖之虛線所示。淺凹槽用以容置圓孔、方孔或窄孔等不同開孔形狀之薄膜晶片，使薄膜晶片略突出於薄膜晶片支撐件之表面，如設置圓孔薄膜晶片之局部放大剖面參考圖所示。綜上所述，本設計之薄膜晶片支撐件是關於一種新穎且獨特的外觀設計，不僅可達到預期的功能，並具有賞心悅目之視覺效果的獨特外觀，爰依法提出專利申請。
Description
本設計物品為一種薄膜晶片支撐件，其用以固定一薄膜晶片以形成一氣密空間，使電子顯微鏡之電子束可穿透薄膜晶片以觀察常壓狀態之樣品。
