本設計所應用之物品係一種藉由電能轉換成機械能，並透過驅動軸輸出扭矩之電動機的外殼。
本設計電動機外殼，包括一個輪廓概成扁橢圓形的主體。前視圖中，自主體一端向前表面和後表面伸設有一轉子之輸出軸；在另一端的前表面包含一個凸出、軸盤狀的鼓風機罩，及在機罩的前表面佈設有輻射狀的散熱格柵等。
