【物品用途】;本設計係一種「飲料容器蓋體之部分」之設計專利，其係一種裝設於飲料容器頂部，以密封飲料容器之開口之物件。;【設計說明】;本設計係一種飲料容器之蓋體，包括一本體及一上蓋，該本體之構型係由二圓柱狀體構成，且其頂端之外徑係小於其底端之外徑，以能在該本體之中段部形成一段差，且該本體之中段部上對應於該段差之位置係沿圓周向設有複數道凹槽，以呈現出宛如的縫線般的皮革質感；該上蓋係透過一連接繩繫於該本體之底部，其構型係與該本體之頂部相匹配，以能遙相呼應，在視覺上形成密不可分的關聯感，整體觀之，本創作之造型獨特且別緻，利用凹槽的排列方式形成皮革般的縫線效果，呈現出手工藝品般的精緻質感，完全合乎設計專利要件。;圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。
