【物品用途】;一種玩具氣槍之外型設計，可提供娛樂並兼具觀賞及收藏的價值，同時更可用於訓練及模擬之用途。;【設計說明】;如附圖所示，本設計之玩具氣槍的下機閘包含依序排列的弧狀握把、主握把及氣槍手柄，玩具氣槍的上機閘包含槍管、槍身及槍托，槍管的管體微突出於槍身，簡約的設計凸顯流利的外部輪廓；槍托之側表面分佈有凹凸之條紋圖樣，除了在抵持於使用者的肩部時可提供緩衝作用之外，立體的條紋圖樣融合於槍托設計中，更別具視覺趣味性。本設計之玩具氣槍為犢牛式(bullpup design)的設計，使槍枝整體外觀精緻靈活，在縮短槍長的同時卻能保有槍管長度的特性。由前視圖及後視圖來看，主握把底緣設置一延伸部連接至槍托而圍設出一略呈倒三角形之鏤空部，又主握把以一連接部與弧狀握把連接，主握把及弧狀握把可供使用者之雙手分別地握持固定，槍管鄰近槍口的下緣更具有一勾狀結構，更能方便使用者把持。此主握把與弧狀握把具有新穎的外觀設計，提供截然不同的視覺感受。另一方面，由俯視圖來看，玩具氣槍之上部具有類似拉鏈狀的圖樣排列，提供獨特的視覺美感。其中，在立體圖中所示的槍托側表面上、以及前視圖及後視圖中所示的槍身側表面上，所標示的文字及商標圖樣為不主張設計之部份。綜上所述，本設計玩具氣槍以流暢之線條構成俐落之輪廓，呈現穎異且造型特殊之美感訴求，整體形狀具有絕佳之視感，誠為一極佳之外觀形體設計，爰依法提出專利申請。[Item Usage]: A toy air gun with an exterior design that can provide entertainment and has both viewing and collection value.
