【物品用途】;本創作係為一種以LED為燈源之照明燈具。;【設計說明】;由立體圖觀之，本創作具有一呈對稱設置之矩形連接部，並於兩連接部間具有四條等距且平行設置之圓柱形燈管，整體如可由手捧之托盤架般，藉中央之圓形燈管作為托盤架之支撐面，矩形連接部則為可供手持之部分，係產生獨特之視覺美感並跳脫傳統燈具常見之態樣，此外，在矩形連接部係具有多個相異形狀之幾何圖形，右端之矩形連接部於中央處係有一略似平放手錶狀之透孔，於其四周以及連接部整體點綴有多個幾何圓，對稱之另一連接部同樣呈現有該些幾何圖形，惟左端連接部對應手錶狀透孔位置係由一略似指針狀透孔取代，使二連接部悄然具有些許相異之處並且具有畫龍點睛之視覺效果，且於左側連接部係凸設有略呈幾何圓狀之電連接孔。由前視圖觀之，整體略呈一可一分為二之矩形，並於上綴有略呈圓形之該電連接孔及該開關，使其如一平放之公事箱或行李箱，電連接孔係如同鎖孔而似可以鑰匙開啟般，具有別於其他視角之視覺呈現並增添了動態觀感。由俯視圖及仰視圖觀之，上下分別具有一矩形，並於矩形間以四垂直矩形連接，使其如同一柵欄般，垂直矩形處既似欄杆，又如羅馬建築之立柱般聳立，俯視圖中上下兩矩形處具有多個幾何圓以及手錶狀及指針狀透孔，使得整體頂側與底側呈現較為繁複之線條圖樣，搭配中間簡潔排列之矩形，更具有衝突之美感呈現。其中，圖式所揭露之虛線部分即立體圖標示之A區域，係為本創作不主張設計之部分。;綜上所述，本創作所呈現之特異視覺效果實為創作者極具巧思之設計，使本創作於各視角皆產生相異的美感，實為富含美學與設計感;之創作，乃依法提出設計專利申請。[Use of item]; This creation is a lighting fixture using LED as the light source. ;[Design Description];Viewed from a three-dimensional view, this creation has a symmetrically arranged rectangular connecting part, and between the two connecting parts, there are four equidistant and parallel cylindrical light tubes.
