【物品用途】;本設計係有關一種「擋水片(一)」，尤指一種用於提供套於水壺瓶口之擋水片。;【設計說明】;本設計係有關「擋水片(一)」之設計，尤指一種如附圖所示之擋水片者。;本設計之擋水片(一)，從各視圖綜合觀之，其主要係為一概呈ㄇ字型端面之半圓形體，該半圓形體頂面係設計呈一半圓形片體；在該半圓形片體外周緣向下一小段距離處，沿該半圓形片體周緣搭配設計一向外向下之環狀定位套緣；沿該半圓形體頂面之半圓形片體底面周緣，則向下搭配設計一呈弧形面之片體；最後在該半圓形體頂面之半圓形片體及該呈弧形面之片體上，分別搭配設計數條裂縫，進而構成本設計之擋水片(一)；整體觀之，造型獨特新穎，實為一具新穎性與創作性之美感設計。
